Young staff seemed inexperienced and they werent wearing masks like some of the other UPS stores. They also charge more for certain services.

Fantastic service. The manager, Megan, knows her stuff. She is very customer orientated. She also knows how to organize the store in a way that helps people look for the right items. She has helped the ownership reduce costs and keep the ship going in the right direction.

I love this UPS location, everyone there is very very nice, especially Meagan and Matthew. I only use this location for the law office I run, even after we moved closer to another location. They are worth a few extra minutes drive.

I needed to renew my passport and I knew the UPS Store would be able to help me with the entire process--and boy did they! The nice young gentleman (Travis? Im sorry) was so patient and helpful and we got everything done in 2 visits because airhead me forgot to include payment for the actual passport even after Travis(?) asked me like 3 times if everything was in the envelope. As soon as I realized my mistake I called and they pulled my envelope so I could add the payment. He redid the label and envelope for me!!!!!! Always love these stores!!!! Worth every penny.

I paid extra in order to get this pacakage by a certain date and went extra lengths to insure it due to the value. i was ensured that my number would be called when the driver would be delivering the package because it needed to be signed for.their way of “attaching my number” to this package was a handwritten number in a place easily missed on the package. (this has more to do with the ups that the package was sent from, not delivered to)they definitely were not going to call me when this was delivered and when i told the woman at ups that no note was left saying they had even attempted to drop it off, she basically told me she has nothing to do with that and rushed me along to the next customer. (this has more to do with this location - the ups that the package was delivered to)i understand not having anything to do with drivers leaving notices, but i do not feel like she took into account the feedback i was providing (that their drivers are not following an important policy), or cared to make me feel heard by taking the time to listen to me. i felt dismissed and ignored.very disappointed with this service but grateful it got here.

The staff at this store are EXTREMELY competent and friendly. I’ve noticed that they know all the regular’s names. They have been able to answer every single question I’ve ever had when I walk in there. There are some UPS stores that aren’t as qualified but the staff at this place make it top notch.

The staff was very helpful and polite. I was shocked though once I went to send 10+ pages I needed faxed that it would be $1.75 per page! I would look for other options if you need to fax multiple pages.

I went into this location last night, and I am glad I did!Michelle helped me with everything that I needed and then some. She is VERY sweet if you have a question or any difficulties.Seeing as it was only a half an hour before closing time, and my situation was a little frustrating, she was the epitome of what customer service should be like.Thank you!
