I went to Firestone first, so Mr. Tire was my second oppinion. They told me all the same stuff that was wrong with my brakes, but saved me $250. They also were much more pleasant to deal with. I will be a return customer for sure!

We had car issues on the way to a weekend get away and they were the only place able to take a look at the car because of the time of day and every other place was either closed or about to. They attempted to fix the issue and realized that it was something out of their wheelhouse. At that point the manager Joe, took me back to our car and explained what they thought the issue may be and explained that the shop was not equipped for this type of repair. I was at my end but they offered to not only drive my wife to get a rental car but Joe did not charge me for the labor on the work they had done.They went so far above and beyond what they needed to and where just awesome!!! I will be giving my business to Mr Tire in the future for sure!!!

The guys who work here go the mile for their customers honestly. They close at 6:30, I called them at 5:55 after work to ask them a question about my car and they told me come in so they could take a look. They stayed after to help me with what was needed and Im extremely grateful; because, between having my daughter in the car and driving a hour to and from work everyday, I was anxious to hold off on it. Theyre honestly the best and I wont go anywhere else.

Mr. Tire did a great job with my tires and oil change. Theyre going to double check my tires in a couple days and make sure they dont need tightened. Only thing I need is my oil change light turned off and Im sure theyll do that then. I never recommend someone I dont like, I highly recommend Mr. Tire.

I went in for a warranty job, just replace the tires. First I had to listen to the manager complain about how bad he hates the warranty company that I have to use, but still took the job. I waited a week and a half and never heard back from them. I called them and they said they did not have enough info from me. BUT NEVER CALLED ME! This use to be a great place but this guy running it now is a joke

What a great experience! Theyre currently beating competitors prices if you bring in their coupon, and didnt hassle me at all about either of the coupons I brought in. The staff were all polite and super friendly, and wore masks correctly anytime they were in the lobby area.Best of all, before they even took my keys, they walked me through a list of everything they were going to do and what it was going to cost. Im always afraid these places are going to sneak in extra charges and then get upset when I dont want to pay for things I didnt ask for, so to actually have an exact number, along with an itemized explanation, made me super comfortable.I ended up paying even less than the original quote because I had asked them to repair a puncture in the tire, but it hadnt actually gone far enough to need repairs, so they just pulled the screw out and didnt charge me for it. They could have charged me anyway and I would have never known, but they were honest about it instead, which is very uncommon in the industry, at least in my experience.After looking into a few noises for me, they did find some fairly expensive repairs that were needed, but they werent the least bit pushy about it. Anything on that list that I cant do myself Ill be getting done at Mr. Tire, along with anything else that I need in the future. Thanks guys!

Took car in for a alighnment and was told I needed all new tie rods and itd be almost 900$, went to 2 other mechanics and they both said i only needed 1 inner tie rod and billed me 130$ for the repair mr.tire basically tried to rob me.

Bob refused to mount 2 of my tires saying they were worn out. When I pointed out that they have legal tread he changed the story saying there was too much discrepancy. Its my car and it should be my decision as long as the tires are legal! Go to NTB. Its further but they dont act like dictators or Nazis just to sell tires they dont even have on stock!

Very poor service.2 1/2 hours to mount 4 tires. Witch wernt balanced right. Then even though I told them the day before I needed an alignment, they didnt have the parts for my f150. To top it off while waiting at 3pm two people walked in,one for an oil change, one flat tire, they said cant do today. My question is do that only have one man working the shop? I wont be back

We were traveling through Ohio on interstate 80/90 and had car troubles around the Sandusky exit. We ended up at Mr. Tire and are thankful we did. Within two hours our car was fixed and we were back on the road.

These guys are the best! They fixed my little truck and it actually cost half of what I was quoted! And...they were nice, and also smart.

Our tire blew out on the highway and thankfully Mr. Tire was not only open, but they were also incredibly helpful and quick! They got us back up and running within 15 minutes!! Great service!

I brought in a new starter from an auto parts store. Starters cost less than $100 and you get a credit for returning the old starter core. So a starter runs between $50 and $80. They told me it didn’t fit and never told me how much they would charge for a starter they would install. Upon pickup I found they charged me $199 for the starter with no old core credit and they didn’t give me my old starter as required by Ohio Law. This is in addition to their installation charges. I ended up paying nearly $500 to have a new starter installed. I’ve used them multiple times in the past but never again. I don’t mind paying a reasonable fee but now I feel that I was taken advantage of and will not return in the future. I feel they didn’t install the starter I brought in because they wanted to up charge me on their starter. More importantly, they didn’t give me a written estimate which also violates Ohio law.

Very very nice staff, very respectful and caring of the customer. They care about your wants and needs. If the repairs are costly and you are on a budget, they tell you what they recommend being done first and what being done in the future. They are all about safety first. They explain everything you have questions about very nicely without getting annoyed or giving attitude. I’m very satisfied with their overall service!

Very impressed with Bob Kinsley and the service provided on my vehicle. I needed one tire replaced due to a blow out the previous night. The tire I needed was ordered, delivered from Akron on that day, and placed on my car promptly the same day. Bob kept me informed during the entire process and explained what the price would be throughout completion. I plan to go back to them in the future as the need arises. Good job Bob and staff!

We hit a pothole on a road trip and the spare was not going to get us all that far. Headed to the nearest Walmart since we had no idea where we were. They said three hours before they could start working on it, not to mention the Walmart employee seemed less than happy to help!! Called Mr. Tire and Nick was extremely helpful. We drove 2 minutes down the road and Nick had us back out on the road in under 30 minutes with a smile! I highly suggest Mr. Tire to everyone in the area! It was a great experience not to mention he did not try to sell us anything we did not need, huge bonus!

The first time I went because of a a/c problem but they fell to check everything concerning to problem. Had to come back again for something that could ve been fixed the 1st time. Felt like i was t treated right. The old management was better. No stars

Very quick and prompt service. Needed tires in a pinch and Robert Kinsley and John Greer were able to make it happen!! From start to finish the process could not have been any smoother. They were short staff so Robert actually helped the tech install the tires. Great to see a shop that works as a team. I will definitely be referring friends and family to them for all of their car needs. Oh and did I mention they have free coffee,pop and water for the guests as they wait. And wifi!

I called in to get a certain tire which he had ordered but then finding out after it was ordered and making phone calls that it was not available he made it right. He did everything he could to make sure I was taken care of no matter what. The customer service was outstanding from all employees. Got on oil change on 10/26/19, at that time Robert, the service manager, informed me my transmission oil pan was dripping. I scheduled an appointment for 11/8/19 and he told me parts would be there ready to go. Well when I show up on 11/8/19 new service manager no parts so the one hour job now gonna also be however long it took to get the part. Told him to cancell the appointment as I didnt make arrangements to get picked up he acted as if who cares! Must be nice to have do much business you can not care about losing customers. Oh well well just take my business elsewhere, tell people if my experience and not recommend them and take my business elsewhere.

I was in last week for an oil change. First time ever using Mr. Tire and I will definitely be going back. The staff there is very friendly and helpful. Fast for and oil change

Been there twice. Once they cheated me 3qts of oil. Cause engine lite to come on . Took it to dealership. Dealership says I see you got new oil filter but no oil. Other time they claimed to replace cabin filter. Went to dealership less than month later. They says I need new cabin filter. I tell them I just had it done. They show me old filter. Its original manufactured cabin filter. So twice mr. Tire has charged me for work they didnt perform properly or didnt perform at all. Made my complaint know to better business bureau. Anyone considering service there be fore warned they will rob you w/o a gun. The cutrate prices aint worth putting your cars or families health in danger. Spend couple bucks extra and have someone else perform work

I went there with a 99 astro van.I neeed 1 tire installed.I was told 220 dollars for 1 tire size 215/75/15. I told them they were nuts. I drove down a mile to the firestone dealer and had 4 new destination 60k tires installed and balanced for 370 dollars. Avoid Mr.Tire at all costs.Young tatooed salesman who care only about how they look and could care less about actually installing tires.

I went in nervous and anxious thinking the worst and full of anxiety, Bob and all the staff put my mind at ease. Not only were they knowledgeable, but also honest and understanding. Excellent customer service! I was a bit late getting the replacement starter to them, and the mechanic offered to stay a bit later to put it in for me. On a Saturday! Would definitely recommend, and would definitely return!

These guys are ALL so great. The staff are quick and efficient, especially with oil changes. They have free coffee while you wait. I trust them with my car.

They went out of their way to sit on hold with my tire insurance company to handle the claim process. They were quick and even cleaned the Fix a Flat I used out of the tire. There was a waiting area with a few childrens toys and a chalk board my daughters enjoyed.

Absolutely saved our weekend in Ohio. Flat tire on highway. Repaired our damaged tire imediately and got us back on the road so we didnt miss a minute with our grandkids. Thank you for the excellent service!

Good honest shop. They are really fast with their work. I had four bew tires put on, an alignment and tie rod replaced in less than 2 hours.

Needed emergency service for my daughters vehicle and was able to depend on the staff at Mr. Tire. I was in and out within an hour and my daughter had new tires and an oil change and they were very respectful of my time. We were 150 miles away from home on vacation at one of the water parks and blew a brake line on Friday afternoon at the beginning of memorial day weekend. Talked to Bob and told him the situation. Our check out was 11am Saturday morning. And they had it fixed before our checkout AND sent a tech to pick my wife up from the hotel to pick it back up. Could have been a disaster, but the guys fixed us up so we didnt have a ruined mini vacation. Thanks!

While traveling from MI to MA we had a wheel bearing failure and broken wheel hub on the Turnpike. The rear wheel was being held on by the brake caliper. I called Mr. TIre and they were able to work on it right away. They were friendly, knowledgeable, informative and professional. We were back on the road in 4 hours. Quick and friendly. Only issue is that they could have checked & put air in the other 3 tires while they had it on the rack. Most tires were low on air when I got the car back.

Was visiting the area two weeks ago, and woke up to a flat tire. Thankfully I have an air compressor, and was able to drive my car to Mr Tire. They got my tire fixed and working in no time, and thankfully my plans werent ruined.

They are so professional and will show you issues and take you back to see a visual. They will also quote diffrent brands of tires and prices and will talk through each option/ warranty they have with you.
