I have been going to Chimes for all my computer needs for several years. Chris offers excellent products and fast friendly services. I like the idea of supporting a small home town business instead of a big box store. Yep Im the owner. As for the customer that has left the negative comment, I have the emails you sent proving you had a secret folder named new folder on your C drive that you never told us about. You also wanted us to wire money to you overseas or face the negative feedback. I have it all printed out in your folder. The truth is you did get your data back from your computer and we can prove it. We cannot save what you secretly hide on your hard drive and fail to inform us of. In fact my business has recovered an entire database for a PD. Please remove your bogus comment. And Google, please answer your phones and faxes showing the correspondence proof that his post is un warranted. Google has the worst customer support on the planet. I cant even post how bad they are because they simply will not allow you to do so. I was told by their local BBB office in CA that they have a C- rating. If you have data to be recovered on your drive and share the location with us. Well get it. Period.

I mean seriously this is a nice place they get it done right the first time for a reasonable price they have a friendly staff a comfortable office and good service they are top of the line so if you have any comp trouble i recommend you go to Chime Tech!
