I would have rather called in to leave a stellar review about an employee that helped me, but hopefully this can be seen as well.I went to this location on Sunday (7/25/21) to get a new phone after mine was destroyed and shattered.Steve in the phone department was phenomenal with getting me all set up for my new phone, helped transfer stuff over from my old phone to my new phone, even with the screen being very sensitive to use, he managed to make it work to transfer stuff.I really appreciate the time he took and patience with getting my new phone all set up and ready to go.Installed the extra glass screen protector on it, recommended me extra products (I didnt even know existed but after I bought some things there, ordered my products and received them, I can see how they were a must.)Very friendly, great conversation and very knowledgeable. Recommend Steve for phone needs!

My mother purchased a computer tower from here. After getting it home and my nephew hooking it up, it was realized it didnt even have a hard drive... I dont who thought it was cute to sell an elderly disabled woman a computer with no hard drive, but they did.. so she asked me to take her there to exchange it. The clerk that worked with her that day was awesome! He seemed to be a little upset that they didnt inform her she would need to purchase a hard drive separately. After refunding for one computer tower and purchasing another, not only did she have a tower with a hard drive, but also saved $34..

Never liked Best Buy much. They take way too long, months in fact to fix a computer.Their prices are way too expensive compared to other electronic type stores.Customer service is just mean and rude.

After driving forty miles Im standing at the counter asking the Geek guy why I cant look at the $500 dollar phone Im considering buying only to be told he didnt have one out of the box. Apparently I was supposed to be satisfied with his assurances and a picture on the web. Sorry friends that aint flying, I told him it broke down this way, Ill buy the phone, open it at the counter, and return it without ever leaving the store if I dont like it. He finally figured out where I was coming from and drug the phone out for me to look at. Of course an hour later they still hadnt managed to transfer my data off my old phone (their app didnt work so they were helpless). I spent another $50 on a case and screen protector only to learn it would cost me an additional $7 bucks for the Geek guy standing next to me to slap it on the phone. Things must be tough all over for Best Buy to be nickle and diming like this.

Just had another great experience at Best Buy in Sandusky. Had a problem with a controller that came with my series X I picked up on Saturday and they exchanged it no questions asked. Such great employees.

This store is clean and always well stocked. Staff is friendly and most have a general working knowledge of the products within their assigned AO. I would recommend checking out their online store for the product you are looking for prior to visiting the store.

Overpriced, shelves not stocked well, agents trying to sell me an $80 solution when I can get the same and better solution for $8 on Amazon. All I needed was an adapter for 1 cable. Business lost and in-store agent had me there for close to 30 min. This store used to be good but the pandemic has turned it into a shell of its former self.

We didnt think we would enjoy the store today but then we had the best customer service! Thank you Best Buy guy!

Its always nice to see a group of 5 employees leaning against a desk while youre waiting for help and having them look over then continue their chit-chat. After having to go to the service desk to ask for help, a cashier was more than willing to help us. He was actually extremely nice, helpful and spotted a sale item that saved us quite a bit of money.

This is a well run Best Buy with helpful staff and nice overall shopping experience. The only reason that this is not a five star experience has to do with stock. I fully understand being in a smaller market does not warrant stocking all items, but there often does seem to be a lack of availability of common mobile, computer, and electronic items.

I have the Geek Squad available. They are very helpful, polite and know what they are doing. I can learn quite a bit from them. They also send a text when they are on the way.

The person who posted that you can get the same product at Walmart for cheap if I may share a bit of information that I have learned from my many years work in retail. I point out the issue with Walmart the average consumers dont know is that Walmart can sale that same product whatever the item maybe for a little more then half is because its not the same below the surface. Please allow me to Elaborate sp some product manufacturers make some of there products with customized request for Walmart allowing Walmart to sale what Appears to be the same product may or may not be the same .

Still open and I have picked up at least (3) seperate orders. (1) order took the employee a little time to locate but she was very nice and the other (2) pickups went quickly.I even received some technical help while there one day. Best Buy doesnt always know the answer but they are your best bet and honestly about your only choice in many cities to get competent answers to your questions about Tech.

I WILL NEVER go back to the Sandusky store EVER again!!!! The staff is lazy an lacks any an all customer service skills!!!I suggested if you are a Verizon customer, go to the Mansfield location. In Mansfield you will get the help you need in switching over your phone at no additional cost to you, unlike Sandusky, where I was made to purchase something I didnt need. After a week of still not being able to use the phone, I returned it!!!I would rather drive an hour to Mansfield for excellent customer service, then 20min to Sandusky for the worst customer service ever!!!Sad when even Verizon is telling their customers (when I called to switch the phone I returned) to stop going to best buy because of their poor customer service skills!!!

Sales rep was good but had a 3100. Refrig delivered and was damaged during the delivery spoke with my sales rep refunded my money for a water line I had to purchase but didnt resolve the damage issue. Called back later frustrated to ask for a new refrig delivered was told he would try and locate one. Not sure right now where this is going.

Just went in there for about 20 min not a single worker asked if we needed help, was about to spend a good bit of money at this place just to have them walk away from us while we were walking towards them. I can get better customer service from the stray cats in my yard.

Well you use to walk in and have every employee asking if they could help you. Not anymore. Employee was rude and didnt really want to help us.

My salesman Guy, and the sales manager went above and beyond to make me a happy customer. The service they provided was exceptional.I went in to purchase a deeply discounted open box item. I was still treated like I was paying full retail. The salesman took his time answering my questions, and making sure the item worked correctly.I am completely satisfied with the service at this location. Guy, and his sales manager proved to me that they truly value their customers.

I was in there for about 30mins wanting a new TV so when a couple walked in and got approached while I was standing there I left and drove to samms and bought the same thing cheaper, kinda glad I didnt waist anymore time there!

3 days in a row Ive waited over 25 minutes for someone to pick up the phone... They can tell you what kind of TV to get but cant figure out how to pick up the phone...find somewhere else to get electonics.

Went in shop around for a hero 7 and had lots of help offer. Staff is professional and where able to answer all my questions. If I was looking for other electronic products I would definitely come back to this store.I also had staff help me out on computer issues and I was thankful for the input.

Can schedule an appointment; but, most is curbside pickup. Salesmen wearing masks. We were helped by Zach Cooper who was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. We felt very comfortable buying our TV at Best Buy after talking to Zach.

They dont know how to pack an item. Bought a collectors game and it was damaged. The package had no bubble wrap at all or any form of protection for the item.

Go there mostly because I purchased my phone there. I have Verizon as my carrier and the staff there has more knowledge about the phones. I always have Tommy service my phone. He is great. If you have an issue I always ask for him!

The clerks here are very helpful and very willing to answer any questions about the products.

Best Buy is my go to place for electronics. The people there are very helpful when selecting what you are looking for. They will even price match so you always get the best price available.

I had to return or exchange a TV set. Process was very easy they were more than happy to help. Good store good people.

I have been trying to call all day only to be placed on hold for over an hour at a time. 3 times today.Seriously I have seen employees leaning and walking away and spending time on their cell phones. Very annoying and the customer service needs to be looked into by district management since stor management is to incompetent to handle the problem.

Bought a new 55 inch tv for my bedroom and a smart watch for my daughter. Both salesmen were knowledgeable & very helpful. However, I wish Best Buy would acknowledge our military men & women by offering discounts to show their appreciation to our active duty & veterans!

We knew what we wanted because we looked online. We was in and out in 15 minutes. Zach was great and explained everything and was very polite. Great personality!

This is one of the smaller Best Buy stores, but they had what I wanted. The staff is friendly, but in this case, not very knowledgeable. However, he did know the general area to send me after explaining that what I was looking for is inside a computer case.

Friendly staff and quick service

A great store with friendly staff that seems to have the customer in mind. The sales associate that sold us our TVs was low key and informative unfortunately we had an issue with two of them shortly after purchasing. Guy was awesome and in about ten minutes we were leaving with replacements he scheduled. The Geek Squad was great they were there when they said they would be and were courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend this Best Buy.

Tommy in the cell phone department is one of the best costumer service people Ive ever met.

Spent an hour in your phone system. Finally scheduled a pick up for my old TVs. Went to local store to pay and they couldnt find the order. Offered to reschedule for $100 more than original quote. Spent an hour at the store getting that worked out. In the end they made good on the price. Waiting to schedule time. Assuming the first scheduled pick up will arrive tomorrow as scheduled. Time will tell.

This has to be the worst Best Buy in the area by a long shot. Never but Never get anything installed in your car. It took this Best Buy 7 hours to install a radio and a remote starter to receive my car damaged. I refuse to spend my hard earned money here. I had to asked them to go to Avon to fix the problem luckily the installer there knew what he was doing.
