Worst location I’ve ever been to! The Starbucks in my area is temp closed, so I had to come here. I asked for a bagel toasted twice, a bacon gouda sandwich and coffee with French vanilla. Please tell me why the bagel was left whole & only warmed up. They did not slice the bagel open to toast it. The breakfast sandwich was frozen in the middle. The coffee was terrible & had no flavoring in it. I then had to go back and go inside to have it corrected. The girl told me that’s how they make the bagels & they don’t have the hazelnut to make French vanilla. They never communicated that when I was in the drive thru. I asked them to make me a new coffee, and new bagel. They took the bagel I already had… re-toasted it! Even when given simple instructions, they failed. Management needs to work with associates and train them properly. I’ll never give this location another dime!
This Starbucks is walking distance but I drive up to the Starbucks near chasten because they consistently forget to put a shot of espresso in the cappuccino, or they make the London Fog with english breakfast tea- This is the ONLY branch that I consistently have go trash my drink. If one has the time to come back they are quick to say oops we forgot… who has the time for this. Management please address- look at your ratings
A perfect Starbucks if you want to not get anything! Hours are incorrect, they close at 3 pm. Very convenient wjrh no signs stating this but definitely locked doorsUpdate 10/19, google says you close at 10 pm but it is 5 pm and they are closed.
Clean, well-lit, quick service! Staff was friendly enough! The only area they may could work on, I noticed, they didnt call for me when the drink was done. My drink was sitting on the counter where I just happen to look in that direction.Not a terribly big deal, just saying.
I went to Starbucks with my father at 7pm and the location was closed, I checked apple maps and it said it closes at 8 while in Google Maps, it says it closes at 10 pm. Pick a number! We drove 10 minutes to the place and Im genuinely disappointed. The only reason why I have it 3 stars is because I understand that COVID is messing up stuff
Typical Starbucks. Folks spell your name wrong even if you spell it for them. Consistent good beverages. They gave us a $4 gift card for a long wait that I didnt even notice.
Very displeased with the service...I was serviced at the drive thru on 5/8/21. I wasnt happy about my beverage so I decided to go inside for another one to be made. I returned the one that was originally provided to me and waited patiently. It wasnt until the following day (5-9) that I noticed I was missing my bankcard. I immediately called the store in panic asking if my card was there at the store. I spoke with the team member in charge at the time who stated it was in fact there. She was very apologetic and expressed she would relay this information to her store manager. Meanwhile I stated I would be there before closing as I had to travel 26 miles from my home. Before leaving my home I checked my account and noticed I was charged for 3 drinks but had only purchased 2. This is unacceptable! When I explained the situation to the young lady who assisted me once I arrived she offered me a courtesy drink however I explained it wasnt a courtesy because I was charged. She then refunded me for the extra charge but did not prepare a courtesy drink for the inconvenience. This location must do better.
This Starbucks and employees are great! It was recently my birthday and for some odd reason I didnt receive my free drink in the App. I told the employee what happened and they gave me a free drink for my birthday! I offered to show them my ID to prove that it was my birthday and they said it was no need to do that.Thank you so much!
I ordered a brown sugar shaken espresso and they forgot the brown sugar completely, it’s bitter and very bad. Can’t drink it and don’t have time to wait for a new one bc I’m On my way to work, terrible experience
Its Starbucks. They are basically the same a coffee shop. The employee was efficient in getting what I wanted to drink. Nothing special.
I had requested a French vanilla cappuccino and Danish (warmed). What I had received warm a coffee that warm room temperature and a Danish that was ice cold like they was thawing it out from the freezer. If someone requests something and its repeated back to ensure accuracy plus allowing other employees with headsets hears the request you would think they would get it right or at least inform you if they are able to honor your request. I guess thats too much to ask.
Last Friday AM Jason and Amber helped me navigate the phone app when I was under time pressure and he even reactivated one menu item that was out the previous night but was by then restocked. I appreciate their help and patience while I was working hard to provide colleagues with a gift and learn the app at the same time. Some of this included translating the meaning of skinny used by one colleague into a menu option.
I LOVE THE STARBUCKS HERE AND EVERYTHING ABOUT IT AHH. BEST DRINK EVER AND I LOVE THE FLAGS INSIDE ! VERY NICE
I usually go to this location often but last couple of times I’ve had bad experiences with the food. Twice was given sandwiches that were still cold/frozen in the middle. Most recently given sour cream cheese.
This is the worst Starbucks. They never have anything foods or syrups for drinks and Everytime I go to this location they forget to add the main ingredient to my ice caramel macchiato which is the caramel on top. I’m not coming here again. I’m tired of having to make accommodations.
Um, Yes It’s Ok. Ordered a tall Mocha Cookie Crumble. It got much better when I was able to finally taste the milk. It was super thick at first.I will say this place is really nice inside and super clean. Staff was really friendly too. I’ll come back to this location but will definitely order a different beverage.
Worst Starbucks. They make my coffee disgusting every time and they over charge me and ring me up for things I don’t even add to my coffee. Will not ever be returning to this location.

Posted hours say it closes at 10pm, including a sign saying “now open till 10pm!” I arrived at 9:20 in the drive thru, saw staff inside, but no one bothered to answer.

I literally counted 8 employees inside but still had to wait 20 minutes for my coffee. Very slow.

This location is special for a few reasons : #1 Located right off of Roswell Road & Highway 285 which is the main street for all you shopping and mostly eateries. #2 They have an upstairs area ! Loft Vibes !!! Super Chill & Great Staff at this location. They have ample places to charge devices as well as the seating is seperate for different needs. Needless to say this location was well put together for the crowd it entertains.

I only ordered 1 item as they were out of the food I wanted and it took awhile for that. While on line several cars back up out of the line and left the wait was so long. When it was my turn and I had already turned into the drive- thru, I hesitated a little. At first I thought the person ahead if me had a large order, only to realize that after their very long wait, the cashier handed them one drink. I thought, it might have been a special order. When I got to the window, although there were several employees inside, the cashier told whoever was preparing my one (1) drink what I ordered after I paid, I sat their for awhile before my one (1) item was finally handed to me. I was perplexed about the length of time it took and immediately realeased that that was one ohe reasons several cars opted to leave and go elsewhere. This store was out of many breakfast food options. I mean I was politely offered the egg white and bacon wrap in substitute to the original item I wanted that was not available, but I did not want bacon and egg whites.
If youre here and needing assistance, dont hesitate to call out. Go to one of the employees on their phone and ask or you may be standing at the counter all day.
Sometimes this location rocks and sometimes it just plain stinks! Mornings draw long lines and depending on who is at the window, it can take forever or it can take 5 minutes. At night, they close officially at 9:00pm but by 8:30, they are out of many items you come for as an evening snack or soothing beverage!
Busy but quick. I always order a cinnamon dulcet latte and they made it perfect. Yum

I’m just a bit confused, I went into this Starbucks today I asked to order a vegan hot chocolate with coconut milk. The lady at the register said she wasn’t sure if the hot chocolate was vegan or not, I asked her to please ask.. She asked the entire staff said it wasn’t vegan. However I previously ordered vegan hot chocolate from the other location not more than a mile down the road they assured me the hot chocolate was vegan friendly also I looked on the website and it’s said this:Milk, Mocha Sauce [Water, Sugar, Cocoa Processed With Alkali, Natural Flavor], Whipped Cream [Cream (Cream, Mono And Diglycerides, Carageenan), Vanilla Syrup (Sugar, Water, Natural Flavors, Potassium Sorbate, Citric Acid)]So is the mocha sauce vegan or not???? Or did these employees discriminate because I asked for vegan option, they also said nothing was vegan...Apparently this location isn’t vegan friendly..

Would give 0 stars if I could. They never get our order right, and if they do it doesn’t taste good.
They get busy and forget what they are doing. They are slipshod in listening to what the customer wants and then following through. If all you want is pike roast, you shouldnt have a problem. They say that if you dont like it, they will make it right, but nobody has time for that.After writing the above 9 months ago, the situation has deteriorated significantly. Ive been burned twice in a row. Last time I ordered a Misto and there was almost NO coffee in it. I might as well have ordered milk. This time I ordered a grande latte (16 oz) and I got home after a bit of a delay and decided to heat it up and when I took the lid off the liquid was almost an inch from the top of the cup. My wifes was the same. I weighed it and it weighed 14 oz even with the cup included. (I had ordered no foam so that wasnt the problem.)I figure that Starbucks has decided that this is a good way to increase the prices without increasing the prices. Just short-change the customer. Im getting good at making coffee I like at home and I may start rolling my own more and shopping at Starbucks less. In any case, I will try to steer around this location. The manager is asleep at the wheel!
Our drinks were delicious and the service was wonderful! But Starbucks needs to go back to the drawing board on that Pistachio drink.
The lady did a wrong order, when I get to the window do pay I told her was not my order and she gets mad and continue my order was not the dragon drink flavor! The manager has to watch more
This location is miss all the times. After waiting in drivethru for 30 min they tell you they are out of all sandwiches and then end up messing up your other order !
This is a cool location. COVID has the upper floor closed, but they have an upstairs with what looks like a good amount of seating.

So I love this place and the frappuccinos are usually good, sometimes it’s missing the drizzle or I get the medicine ball tea and it’s missing the Lemonade and honey or whatever the put in it; just had a tea bag and hot water one time; that was an extreme waste of money. But today I was excited to visit cuz I try to treat myself on Fridays and guess what? They’re temporarily closed! So no one look at their hours because it always and has been a lie for the past 2 to 3 months. They’re not open as it clearly does not say on google and says they’re open.
I stopped at a different Starbucks in Marietta And they gave me my venti white mocha with no espresso it was just a cup of milk. Unfortunately I did not notice this until I had already gone to work and took a sip. I did not have time to run back to that Marietta location so I went up the road to the one in Sandy Springs on Roswell road. I explained what happened to them and they replaced my drink for free. It was fast service, they were apologetic, and so kind and understanding! I felt the customer service I receive deserved a good review. Thank you for fixing my morning!
Three days in a row and they don’t have Pumpkin Spice anything. Each day a different story. Sunday 10/4/2020 we are out. Monday 10/5/2020 we are out, delivery is tomorrow on Tuesday. Come back on Tuesday 10/6/2020 and told we are out. How are you going to advertise something and never have it!!! Just take it off the board all together!!! This is unacceptable!! This is a result of poor management! At least the manager should go to a surrounding store and find some. Btw the location 3mins away on Roswell RD by the Target has Pumpkin Spice! It’s al about management. Smdh a shame
Typical place to hang out with friends or get on your lap top. Good selection of coffees,teas pastries, and sandwices. Service good and only problem, not enough seating. We were upstairs and I loved the view.
Great folks, items always prepared correctly. This, of course the most important aspects of visiting a Starbucks. It is a newer building with an upstairs. Downsides are that the building is still too small for the number of customers, even with an upstairs. Also the parking lot is tiny and on one of the busiest streets in Atlanta.
This location only has drive thru and it is very long lines. Hours are not clearly known for Starbucks anymore. It’s not the workers fault, it just lack of clarity from Starbucks Corporate.
Made drink wrong several times, all I asked was that my drink be made with almond milk and no caffeine, also waited until after I paid to tell me there was no cream cheese for bagels and offered butter instead...
Staff was friendly. I got a Venti size latte with whip but it was a good 2 inches from being full and that is with the whip. And it was room temperature so I had to drink it fast. I drove away before I realized this...ugh
Super clean and spacious Starbucks with great interior design as always, love the mid-century modern furniture and seating. Staff was very nice and helpful, and they even brought cups of water to all of us working on our laptops once we had finished our drinks! This was really great above and beyond service considering we were on the second level and he brought a whole tray of water cups to us. Thanks you all!
This a newer Starbucks that is conveniently located on Roswell Road and close to 285. There are two ways to get into the parking lot and plenty of parking. There is also a drive-thru. The staff is friendly and I always get my orders quickly.The inside is nice and clean. There is an upstairs area for studying and downstairs. The upstairs gets a bit chilly in the summer, so bring a jacket.This location seems busy inside most of the time, but it is not too bad. Overall, I like this location. I still stop here anytime I am in the area, which is quite often.

Really need to post a sign in the drive thru showing the COVID temporary hours. Got stuck in the line for 10+ minutes because they closed and the cars in front of us wouldn’t move and the cars behind us were oblivious to the situation. Literally just a piece of paper saying we close at a certain time. Ridiculous.
Worst starbucks I have ever been too.I waited in the drive-through line for 54 minutes for them to tell me they dont have natural brew. Probably some of the most incompetent individuals that have ever worked for Starbucks that I have seen in my life
Better than most Starbucks. Ive been to this location two or three times. Never had an issue with service. The ample seating upstairs is a nice touch too.
On March 4, 2020, around noon time, there was no hot water in the restroom, zero, not even luke-warm. Seems like someone is attempting to save $ on the gas bill. This is unhygienic, unacceptable and reported to the cashier. This should be fixed soon and, when it does, I’ll remove this post.
Great place to spend a few minutes and relax. Had a Chai Tea Latte, and blueberry scone, both were very good!

Please avoid this place if possible. They truly do not care about their customers. My husband received a pour over coffee without the lid being properly secured causing the hot coffee to spill out on both of our hands. When I asked for napkins to help with the mess, the gentleman strolled over and took his time getting them from the window. I called and spoke to the store manager who truly has no solutions to offer. Safety and basic courtesy should be top priority. I am so disappointed.
Ordered a hot grande white chocolate mocha and a grande iced caramel macchiato today and neither of my drinks had any COFFEE! Before I could ask the brunette what drink she made, she removed the iced drink from the counter and said she forgot what I ordered. So she then made 2 new drinks and THIS time the white chocolate mocha was only frothed milk and flavoring. My husband and I won’t be returning & we spoke with two young men in the parking lot who say they received “a free green tea lemonade when we ordered passion tango! Not even the same color” ( his words). The only person there this afternoon who seemingly knew anything was a trainee named Sam. She was very courteous, but I’m in disbelief and how bad this place is to be so new.
I was in the drive-thru today. No one had on gloves. The person at the window told me it was not required by Starbucks it was up to the individual workers preference to wear gloves or not. The person making the drinks did not have gloves on either. I saw a large box of gloves sitting next to the cash register. This is the second time this has happened at this store. Its a big concern.

I come here pretty often and the person who took my order at the drive through made me want to write a review. She was kind enough to explain the star rewards and was really patient with me. The coffee varies depending on whose working. Sometimes my coffee is perfectly sweet and sometimes its subpar. I think I have only ever gotten one rude server and once my coffee was burnt. Thats in the last year so I think odds are good.
Coffee was good. Has a nice upstairs for posting up and a drive thru. i was bummed to see so many recyclables being trashed. I did not see a recycling receptacle provided. Please take your items with you.

Usually I like this location, but was a bit disheartened this last visit.I wanted to get a drink with vanilla sweet cream instead, but I guess they were out so the barista used whole milk instead (not the end of the world, just kind of wish they asked first). The troubling thing was that they proceeded to put that dairy into a non-dairy pitcher. Thankfully Im not allergic, but Im concerned for those who are.If youre heavily allergic to dairy, please keep an eye on your drinks here.

This is a new Starbucks location, directly off-of Roswell Road, to the right hand side when heading towards highway 285. It is 2-stories, with the upper level being designated as a studying/seating area.This Starbucks location does have a drive through, which is extremely convenient. Ive utilized both the drive through and ordered inside and have not encountered any issues so-far. I will say though, that the temperature within the store is generally really cold, as in unbearably freezing. Hope that they reconfigure that setup, but everything else is what would be expected from a Starbucks.
Just leaving here - after being handed the wrong drink. Normally, not a biggie. However, there was absolutely no customer service. First, I walk back in and no one actually acknowledges that Im standing at the register. There were no other customers in line. They looked at me, but continued to talk to each other. Then, the person who gave me the wrong drink initially comes back. I let her know it was the wrong drink. She walks over to the drive through window, picks up my actual drink, and says heres yours. I had to ask for a straw - and she just pointed in the general direction. No apology. No nothing. Add to that I cant have milk and the messed you drink - had milk. Lets hope I dont get sick because someone was too bothered to take one second and read the cup. Starbucks - you normally do so much better.

Manager is mean and rude.I asked for a Frappuccino sugar free with extra shot grande and she wanted me to pay $8.00This is the first Starbucks that treat me so bad. Obviously I left the place and went to another Starbucks.

Normally when I go to Starbucks, I’ll always get something. I went to this location to get a GC for a friend for Christmas and wasn’t in the mood for coffe cause I was congested. The barista, Johnathan, recommend the medicine ball and it was soooo good. Great customer service and drinks!! Oh not to mention it’s really nice inside this location. It has an upstairs area.
Once again, no seats because the freeloaders just want to hang out and suck up free WiFi. As soon as my card is empty, Im done with Starbucks. Hate their politics, atmosphere, and coffee.
