Watered down tea. Been there several times but this recent visit was bad. Ordered Milk Tea, Jasmine Tea and Watermelon smoothie and mango dessert -- $22.58. Took surprising long to get the order considering that all the drinks other than smoothie is already made. The milk tea is extremely watered down. Tasted like water with milk. Truly unpleasant to drink. No hint of tea at all much less black tea. For $5.45, definitely not worth it. In fact, not worth it for any price. Expect tea flavor when you order tea. Maybe they are out of black tea and so diluted my drink to make it a cup. Dont mind paying the dollars for the drinks but would expect to have tea when I order tea. Not sure if I would go again.

Don’t ask what the “non-dairy creamer” is… they’ll look at you like you’re crazy. Other than that, awesome coconut milk thai milk tea.

With many Boba-Tea places popup around town, it would be a challenge to keep up with the demand to have something unique with great customer service. This place certainly seems to lack both.Drinks are nothing specials that customer cant find at other Boba-Tea places. We ordered a Coconut Milk Tea, Mango Peach Fruit, and Red Dragon & Passionfruit with pop-Boba. the Coconut Milk Tea is nothing short but can/box coconut milk with sugar cheesy foam cream (with extra cost). cant taste any tea at all. the Mango & Peach drink looks good but certainly can be homemade. The Red Dragon & Passionfruit is certainly worth ordering with the added pop-boba, but nothing that would scream out for a must have.Customer service was minimal. Understand that new customers might ask many questions, because theyre curious of what you have to offer, and interest is a great marketing that lead to more sales. When asked questions, we felt that they were being bothered with our curiosity. And when explained, zero enthusiasm on the product or service that they sale.

Delicious product, unique presentation, but the person working the counter was slightly rude. Hopefully a one off experience.

I really enjoyed my time here! The ambiance of the small cafe is my favorite part. They have a nice selection of board games, free wifi, and the interior decor is adorable. The staff is very kind and the drinks are good! A lovely place to spend the afternoon studying or with friends!

I come here almost everyday and omg the staff is always so nice and kind. and very helpful. they also give great recommendations. the decor of the place is just fantastic its a great study area and has a great background music. the chairs and seating booth are great place for chatting with friends and family. they also have games in the back and have wifi available for the public. now dont get me started on the drinks they have a great selection of fruit tea and milk teas and the desserts are so tasty i recommend the Japanese cheesecake. but the tea it self is great far more better then any mass corporation like Sharetea. they are family owned and make you feel like family :). i highly recommend the red dragon and passion fruit tea with pop boba passion fruit! and the supreme fruit. a nice refreshening tea for hot days would for sure be the passion fruit and apple! i just thought i should show my appreciation for the tea shop! and the drink in the picture is the taro milk tea with coconut foam and yogurt pop boba! my favorite

My fiancé and I love this spot! It’s got a great selection of tea drinks and we particularly love the fresh fruit teas! High quality tea and lots of fresh fruit, what could be better?!

Everything is so tasty and cute! BUT... The cheesecake portion is very tiny for the price. I took a photo with it compared to my hand and my hands are pretty small. It should be $2.99 (like the pudding) for the little size of it. Its about 1.5 inch wide at most. Not worth $4.99 at all. The pudding topping (fresh mango with some kind of syrup) spilled on everything in the whole bag. Also, the bag was paper, so it was falling apart from being wet with the syrup! Prices for the pudding and teas were fine. Like I said before, everything was super yummy, Im just so disappointed with cheesecake size and really messy, very sticky packaging! See photos! I will gladly update if my next order is better. Im still going to try this place again in the future.

Lovely shop with lots of options, the staff are wonderful and helpful! The decor is so lovely! A bit pricy, so it is perfect to giving yourself (or someone else) an elevated treat.

Wow! Many options for both milk and regular tea. Wonderful staff and atmosphere! They also have games and WiFi available to customers. The place is very clean! Vegan friendly with other non-dairy milk options. They also have quick bites to eat! They have a rotating menu screen that tells customers the benefits of some of their most popular teas and fruits. I can’t wait to visit Atlanta and visit this place again!

Its pretty good but not great. Used to be better when it first opened. Their menu tries to be differ from other tea house but hmm.

What I like most about teamo is the fact that it isn’t a chain. The staff was very pleasant, there’s plenty of parking, and the space is really really cool. My oolong milk tea was above average - I ordered half sweetness but if I did it again, I would get full because it tasted almost sugarless.The tapioca was simply not great, which is where they lose a star for me. It was mushy, which made it hard to fish out and control, sometimes giving me a sip full of it and others with nothing at all.

Pretty good alternative to Sweet Hut and Kung Fu Tea. I like their fruit teas. They are pretty unique, compared to other tea places.

This is the best tea place that I have ever found. Not only do all their drinks and foods taste amazing, but they also have such good service. All their employes are so nice, and service is always good and quick. Before COVID-19, you were actually able to go in. And it was such a fun experience. They had charging stations for your phones. You could stay here and study or work. Or you could hangout with your friends, they had board games to play. I love everything about teamo cafe, I 10/10 recommend!

I love tea and I really love milk tea and boba. I was so excited to visit this place, but it ended up not having a great selection of milk tea. I tried some taro milk tea, and didn’t like it very much, which is not the fault of the shop. I also tried a dragonfruit/passionfruit mixed tea that was suggested to me by the barista. It was way too sweet for me and I really didn’t like it at all. Again, not necessarily the fault of the store, but I am disappointed by their lack of options.

When I’m in the mood for a Fruit(y) Tea, I head over to Teamo. They have a large customizable selection of fruit tea with actual assorted fruit pieces. Their good ole brewed tea with cheese or coconut foam is absolutely delightful. In my opinion, their milk teas are not their strong-point. They also have desserts and pre-packaged chips, bars, cookies and such. Atmosphere is inviting and comfortable enough for catching up with friends and practical enough (wifi, power outlets, quiet yet comfortable) for catching up with work while sitting out traffic. Orders are almost always accurate, everyone is usually friendly (but one particular boba-ista not so friendly), and wait times are reasonable. Don’t forget to take advantage of the straight forward punch card reward system because you will definitely keep going back for the Fruit Teas :)

Second time coming here. I really enjoyed my time here today with my very good friend! In ordered a macha coffee and she ordered jasmine aloe. This time we had a chance to sit inside at one of the game tables and enjoyed playing games and talking for 1 hour.

This place has a great and relaxing atmosphere. Came here on a Sunday and ordered the passion fruit tea with apple.

Finally a good place for bubble (boba) tea in Sandy Springs. Love this place. Besides different kind of tea and so many different kinds of boba, they also have NES (Nintendo for us old timers) and board games to play with. Already been here couple of times. Last time we were here, we spent 3 hours playing games. Not sure if the store liked it but our family definitely enjoyed it.I can’t really comment on any particular kind of drink as it’s been a great experience.

You can tell the drinks are made with fresh fruit instead of syrups, which makes them refreshing and much more delicious!Beautiful drinks and cups too!

Poor customer service. We stood in front of the register for 10 minutes waiting for them to take our order. And then waited another 20 minutes to actually get the order. Keep in mind they weren’t busy at all.

My new favorite place for tea. Havent try their milk tea yet, but fruit teas are awesome. Plus the cup is high quality plastic, reusable kind. The shop has nice atmosphere and cute decorations. They have some games that you can pick up and play, also and video games. Dont know how long the quality will last, but good spot for now.

Seriously delicious iced, fruit teas - brewed tea with some fresh fruit pieces and accompanying flavoring. Lots of options, nothing tastes chemically and utterly refreshing. Their summer special (watermelon smoothie with kiwi boba) is a personal favorite. And I’ve gotten two more people hooked on it. Be sure to get a frequent shopper card because you’ll be back often.

Discovered this spot one day walking from brunch. It is literally across the street from my beloved Sharetea. I appreciate the location of Teamo because the parking lot is huge so it is less stressful to find parking. The inside is so cozy and modern. Perfect for studying or just hanging out and enjoying some tea. They offer bubble tea as well as regular tea and frappe style drinks. I enjoyed the drinks (I got the green tea frap and the thai tea) and the customer service I received. Be sure to get a rewards card. Also, I will be back to get a drink in their adorable tumblers I saw them giving them out in.

I ordered the mango and passionfruit tea. First time trying and Im definitely a fan. The fruit teas come in one size (as pictured) and bubble teas and smoothies I think can come in a small or larger size. Nice flavor and pretty sweet. Next time Ill probably ask for less sugar instead of regular sugar though. They display a slideshow up front with info about the health benefits for the various teas which I thought was neat.

The boba here is always fresh, and their tea is delicious! You can adjust the sugar and ice levels as well. They also sell metal straws big enough for boba, and the employees are always nice! Right now they have their customers call to order and come to the door to pay and pickup their drinks, so I feel especially safe visiting this cafe during covid! I will definitely be coming back!

As someone who isn’t a fan of coffee, it’s hard to find the right tea spot, but wow, Teamo is the best tea I’ve ever had! I found this spot during the beginning of Covid, and every time I’m in Sandy Springs, I have to stop. Every ingredient she uses tastes as if it came directly from a garden.My fiancé and I always get the Apple Kiwi Green Tea (no sugar). It’s a drink and a snack in one. The green tea is excellent, and inside are fresh-cut apples and kiwis. I took my friend for her first time today, and she loved it.They also have great covid guidelines. Everything from the customer service to the quality of the teacup is 5+ stars! ✨🌟🧋

I love the tea, specially the fruit flavors. Frappuccino is also a good one to try. Another good thing is that they have a cool cup for tea. I has become a regular 0pqce to me.

I ordered a fruit tea and it seems like they put straw berries in water with ice and at the last moment they put a tea bag onto the ice. It just tasted like strawberry water. Go to share tea across the street.

Teamo is a awesome place the people that work there seem very humble aswell and their tea is very flavorful. I recommend it to everybody.

This is my favorite boba spot in the neighborhood. The Thai tea is always amazing! I have to order a large every time because my fiancé ends up drinking it too and eventually just takes it from me. Ahh, true love. LolPlenty of free parking. Easy contactless order and pickup which is a must these days.

I love their Thai flavoured Chai with Tapioca topping. Have been my favourite for quite sometime. I didn’t like their deserts though. Portions were small for the price. Customer service is good and drink comes out pretty quick. They prompt you to pay a tip which to me was little uncomfortable. I usually pay them good tips because I really love their teas but don’t feel like when prompted. This place have board games and good music too! The place itself is good and spacious. Good place to hang out with friends or have some lone time for yourself!

Tried the location twice and first time was really good. Tea drinks tasted like fruit infused tea and didnt even been the toppings for extra flavor or sweetness. The second time was less worth it. Ordered for drinks and they all ended up super blend, like it was watered down and not worth what we paid for, the lemonade wasnt even up to par with Chick-fil-As lemonade, not much does imo. Second visit was very busy during the weekend with only 2 mixers. This shouldnt be the issue since they are mixing by recipes that should be set as a standard. I dont want to make excuses for them since other tea shops with similar situations do now water down their teas. I wish I could give this place a higher rating since it did so well on our first visit. Hopefully next visit will make me update my ratings.

So this bubble tea place just opened, and so far it is my favorite bubble tea place in town. They have so many flavors and the portion sizes for the tea are very generous. The staff is very nice and give you a frequency card for return visits. Also, the restaurant has a cafe portion where you can order other types of food like pastries. The store has lots of place for sitting and working, plenty of outlets.The cups they serve the tea in (or at least the large size) are very cute, durable, and reusable. Overall, a great place to go for some bubble tea!

Plenty of comfortable seating. They have a table of boardgames up front so its obvious theyre trying to encourage people to stay and sit awhile so I dont feel awkward sitting there for a couple hours. Lots of tea options. I got a blended peach strawberry green tea. It was delicious and refreshing. They have talk and thin cups so they take up less table space. Excited to go again soon.

Good quality boba

This is still one of my favorite places in Atlanta for good tea! The reason that I like it is because its FRESH every time versus sitting in huge vats. Ling the owner is so sweet! I love the coconut cream topping and the honey aloe.Also! If you put $50 on the VIP black card, you can an additional $5 free and along with the stamp card it is like getting 2 free drinks. I havent found this deal anywhere else : )

Best bubble tea in this world! Flavor and texture! All fresh ingredients. Fresh boba, fresh fruits, fresh jellies. My fiance and I love this place! Very friendly staff, fun games, perfect teas.

Plenty of variety of teas and add ins. Ambience was good. Nice booths and Saturday afternoon was not super packed. Customer service could improve. Teamo is located in a busy shopping center which is always super packed so parking is not the best, especially if you want to grab and go

This is one exotic tea place. The combination of some tropical fruit juices is not only thirst quench and also healthy. For example, dragon fruit and passion fruit green tea. Mango milk tea mix. Some items has fruit pieces. In case you need to make up some vitamin C intake, come in a have a cup of fruit tea.

Had a bad first experience. Gave it a chance again the next day cuz I was desperate for Thai tea and boba. Been their multiple times since. Drinks are delicious even if all ur ice melts. I’ll say though, just like other people have said; those black lids suck and the plastic breaks into my drink.

Love the Supreme green tea with generous helping of fruit: strawberry, blueberry, mango, dragonfruit, pineapple, lemon and kiwi and of course I added cheese cream topping! Also love the relaxing space and stacks of board games. And kudos for offering eco friendly stainless steel straws for purchase 👍.

Never heard of a place like this and didn’t know what to expect when I went there. I went for the free WiFi. I had homework to do and everywhere around town was closed. It was a nice surprise that the staff was super polite and knowledgeable about their products. The tea was amazing!! A great place to chill out and get some work done or hang out with friends. They even have a table set up with board games.

I got the Supreme Fruit Tea to-go and it was deliciously refreshing. You get a large cup and the fruit in the tea is super fresh. Mine had lemon, dragon fruit, mango, blueberries, kiwi, and strawberries. The staff was polite and the teas were made quickly. The ambiance is very nice as well with hanging lights, wood throughout, plants on the walls, and gameboards in the back to play. Ill definitely return to try one of the many other flavors!

Not the fast Starbucks type place for in and out quickly, but a more chill atmosphere. Nice seating inside. 4 stars as most all drinks on menu are starting $4 and up and a limited coffee selection.

We love coming here for dates! Their seasonal drinks have been consistently tasty, and weve liked every drink weve ordered. The staff are always friendly and quick with a suggestion or information when we have questions. They have board games and card games in the back of you choose to stay.

The only tea shop I know of that uses high quality recyclable cups. I try to be as eco-conscious as possible, but thats hard when my favorite drink is bubble tea. Their cups are similar to the new Starbucks cup design and you can still drink your bubble tea without using a straw. Tastes great and you get 1 free topping - most places charge an extra 50 cents.Ill be coming here very often now ☺️😄

Teamo Cafe is one of the best tea selling cafes in Metro Atlanta area. I love their fruit blends, combinations, and quality of services. I ordered Lychee tea and watermelon fruit tea with tapioca toppings - one of the best I have had in Atlanta area. I am so glad I finally found a to go place for hot summer days and late night outings with friends to have tea! Great location and so much to do around while you’re sipping on that tea from this cafe. I highly recommend this place to all tea lovers! The staff is very good, they have great interiors, beautiful ambience, casual sitting, and wonderful customer service! Once the tea is served and we take the first sip, the staff checks on us if we liked it or not! 😍

Almost choked on a plastic piece that feel from the hole in the to go cup that you punch your stray through. Drink was great but not worth choking to death. Please change your cups so this doesn’t actually happen to some one.

I visited when the cafe wasnt very crowded so it was good for me to read an article and study. Also, there are many board games for their customers. Definitely will try next time!

I got the Matcha coffee combo thing and Im in love.Give me the dose of caffeine that I need without the aftertaste of coffee.Definitely coming back for the drink and the chill settings. Great for studying as well.

Cute little place tucked in next to Egg Harbor Cafe. They have a wide variety of tea & fruit flavors and lots of choices for popping pearls / boba. Their tapioca boba is really good, the right amount of squish and firmness for my tastes. I like having the choice of soy, almond or coconut milk for creamy drinks, and being able to specify the amount of ice and the sweetness for any of their drinks. Servers are nice, too.
