I come here almost weekly and just have to say that Shay is AWESOME! She is very knowledgeable about anything suggested and they always have a large variety of coils/ juices available. This is the only Vape shop I will frequent! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

After searching for years to find a good vape shop that actually has the knowledge to find exactly what Im looking for, big Bang finally was the one And I will never go anywhere else. Their house Juices are so 🔥 and the price is so much cheaper than import juices. Definitely the place for serious vapers 👌

12/07/2016: I spend here about $180 or more every three four weeks. I came today as I could not go on Sunday and asked for buy two get three. I explained Im a regular customer if they could hook me up. They could not accommodate my request. So Im glad to spend it elsewhere if they dont want my business. Im fine. Last time I visit.You could have kept a returning paying customer but you just lost possibly thousands in sales during a course of a year for trying to make a quick buck.. Good luck.Update: could 9 across the strip gained a new customer for weekly purchases. The sales person worked with me and provided a great deal. If the owner of big bang reads this for your sake make changes so you dont loose more customers like you lost me

I have been shopping at Big Bang Vape Co for YEARS now. Im not sure how I ever survived anywhere else. They ALWAYS have deals *buy 2 get one is awesome and the employees are always there to help you... NICELY. These are people who are passionate about vaping as a whole and as their hobby! Every time I come in I am always greeted with a smiling face who knows what they are talking about. I love the Bombsauce RED line and their Cucumber peppermint. New vapers, old Vapers, and even people who have NO idea what they are doing feel welcome there! Seriously though, this place is where its at. BombSauce Juice is where its at!

Came in here to get my first ecig and the staff was tremendously helpful, along with some of the regulars in there too. One of the batteries that came with my starter kit was faulty and they replaced it without a hitch. They answered all my questions and were quick. They had a pretty good selection of liquid that the staff all had great familiarity with. I will definitely come back again in the future

The staff here are amazing! They are always really kind to me when I go into the store and are really knowledgeable. I always leave happy and satisfied. Paddy really knows his stuff and I will keep going to see him!

Big Bang has a homey environment, and the guys working the vape bar really know their stuff. I have no problem getting what Im looking for and they have discounts for members that shop there. Dont be afraid to try some new flavors too

These are some of the nicest people you will ever meet! Quality product too! I live three hours away but in Atlanta because my daughter was in the hospital. I had some issues with my E-cig. These folks took awesome care of my battery issue, and I also got some of the cherry limeade juice! Please see these folks!

Me and my boyfriend have been to every vape shop around us and even when we like a store we never stuck to it. When we found Big Bang we Immediately fell in love, it is the only store we go to now. They have amazing prices. Staff is beyond awesome and helpful at Big Bang. We always recommend them to every vaper we know. Definitely take the trip to go see them.

The atmosphere was relax and the customer education and patience towards customers was pretty good.Limited to knowledge of store products and limited by what can be said about semi-illegal substances and oils.Relaxed environment, but had an ounce of cold and dead.You can try out as much eliquids as you desire and theres a crap ton of flavours to test, however, at some point, it all blends together.Points system available. Discounts available. Store brand available. I dont know about the eliquids, but it seems all their vaporizers have return capability as well as brand warranties.Sales rep didnt pressure me into buying anything, only suggestions for what is considered better (vaporizers, anyway).

AK-47, Alien Piss and Fear the Rainbow are the best juices on the planet. I live in michigan and have been ordering online weekly for about 2 months now. I just ordered 2 120ml bottles. One AK and one Fear. Just waiting for them to release gallon size jugs. Keep up the good work!

These guys are seriously awesome....First, as a new buyer in this industry it can be very clicky for lack of a better term and these guys welcome you with open arms, I just bought my first setup and had a million stupid questions and they hooked me up with the right answers... I just moved in down the street and am very glad I am this close to the store... Two thumbs way up... If you need ANYTHING GO TO THESE GUYS!!!

I loved this store. I am a newcomer to the vape world and the staff was exceptionally friendly and knowledgable. They built my coils perfectly, recommended a great juice, and had all around great customer service. I will definitely be coming back!

HORRIBLE!! Not just the staff but the mods too! I went to Big Bang to get a better vape because I had a pen, and I purchased a Kanger Tech Topbox Mini. Within a week it wasnt pulling a lot, and kept firing on my tongue. When I brought it back, they refused to give me a refund when obviously it firing on my tongue is a manufacturing error. They tried to fix it and claimed that my kanger wasnt doing it. Then I bought a Clieto tank, and within a month, the whole vaporizer caught flame and my vape is completely broken. Terrible customer service. Terrible. Prices are also outrageous. The only thing thats worth going to them for is their juices.

Bobby is always making people laugh and hes definitely a very intelligent individual who also happens to annoy me a little but Im sure I unintentionally annoy him too so yeah definitely stop by and have some laughs with the people who work here and be sure to take tons of pics if you go at night because this place is great for photos with friends.

I was completely new to using a vaporizer, though educated through prior research when I walked into Big Bang. Bobby helped me find a great APV well within my budget and got me started on my vaping journey. The store was beautifully organized and everyone there is extremely knowledgable! Bobby even let me use his personal machine to test my nicotine needs! I live right down the street so I will be using them exclusively for my vaping needs. Thanks for the amazing service!
