I gave 3 stars because I went In for the 19.98 oil change and left with a 103.00 bill for new air filters and my car takes an extra qt of oil. Well unless you drive in on a bicycle, all cars do. But the customer service was great. Al at the counter was great, and so was the service gentleman, he actually fixed my front right wheel well the material was coming loose and he somehow fixed it. He also did allot of other side things for me that I asked for . If it was 45 or even 60 bucks or even 70 Id give 5 stars but 103 was kinda steep, thats just me. I will go back for my next oil change, but only want an oil change! 😂

The please is on a Main Street very convenient, great customer service, and easy to understand when being told what the problems are and could creat over time. Only thing is that they are two expensive, for the prices they give your better of with the dealership

I have been bringing my vehicles here for the last 9 years and have always received great service. The owner always meets me inside and remembers who I am and my vehicles. Hes honest and doesnt sugar coat whats wrong or needed with my vehicles.

I have used this location once, recommended it to a friend who used and Im going to use it again tomorrow. Bottom line is that this facility does a good job, fast and at a good price. I was taken back when the manager thanked me for my business and invited me to come back for other services. My friend also had a good experience with them.Its a pleasure to deal with someone who actually takes pride in their work, reputation and cares about your satisfaction.

Very unprofessional. Showed up to my appointment and they took over an hour to get my car on the lift. Guy doesn’t know how to even use the computer. Took him THIRTY MINUTES to type my receipt. Charged me TWICE. Then denied it even after I showed him. They barely speak English.

First off, I drove all the way out here from the city of Orange, thinking wow what an awesome deal an oil change for 24.99. Of course this is the price at a coupon price. I walk in the front doors, the gentleman behind the counter asked me how they can help me. I stated I am here for an oil change, I have a 24.99 coupon for an oil change. He proceeds to ask me the type of car and model, along with the year. So, I answer, its a Ford Five Hundred 2005. He then, punches the information into his computer and states,According to Ford specifications your car uses synthetic oil, and its what we have to use for your car... I do believe this guy was the manager, I guess we all have target goal lines to hit. Now, It would have been more believable if he said, Sure, we can honor that coupon, but the coupon only covers 5 quarts and there will be an additional charge for your vehical which uses 6quarts. He didnt, so I didnt, that is get my oil changed there... For the record I would have rated them zero stars if I could based on customer service...

A total rip off. I was quoted a price then, he changed it on me once we brought the car in. It was MORE than other shops had quoted, then, he found other things wrong ...tires...AFTER I had the vehicle inspected. Stay away. A rip off...especially for women.

Absolutely the worst place I have taken my car. I had bought a deal on groupon where I could get my oil changed here and the guy I talked to in person was rude and cut me off half way through the sentence by picking up the phone and making me wait. Then when I showed him the coupon I had he said he didnt have enough time to do it and it was 3 hours before they closed. No apology no bye or anything and then he picked up the phone again. I would rather slam my car into this building rather than take it there to get fixed. F this place.

I went there on a early morning just to go check my AC on my vehicle. The receptionist (old man) told me i brought in my vehicle with three different codes on my car. Right away he said oh we can diagnose it and tell you what is wrong. I usually do my own work on the car but AC is not my cup of tea. After clearing up my codes they havent been back. This is why i dont trust shops with my car. I should of known better. I am never taking my vehicle back to this shady place. I recommend to stay out that rude old asian guy is nothing but a thief. There were alot of people walking away from this service all because of him. i even managed to help an elderly person change his breaks. I live two blocks away, he brought in new brakes and they were telling him its going to be $80.00 for install and $30.00 for inspection. I just charged him $20.00 changed his breaks and he left home happy. F*&^ Midas and everything they represent.

Actualy, I came to this place during a road trip for a oil change in August 2017. They put to much oil in my car, a lot more then it should be. It was a question of miles before my engine broke. I had to check my oil sometimes for my trip so I found out the problem before it was to late. To much oil can make the engine broked and death the car.I trusted them and it almost costed me a car.I dont understand why they did that, they suppos to know that so Im wondering if they just make that happen or if they just dont care.Im very concern and this is very bad.I am very happy to was able to save my car before it broke because of them.

I had a clunking noise coming from the drivers side wheel area. I asked the old asian guy if he can check it. He said yes and he can tell me with one hundred percent accuracy what the problem was. He charges me 35 bucks and they check it. Then they say its the Rack and pinion and it will be $600 but they arent sure if its that part. They didnt even take off the wheel when they checked my car. I went home and checked and turns out it was just worn out sway bar links. You could see the bushings were all cracked and torn. Fixed myself for $77... Never going to Midas again.

I brought in my truck with an ABS light on...and all they did was replace parts into the light went off....and all it was...was a loose connection to the abs module...so they replaced abs wheel sensors for no reason...at a cost of $900...stay away from this shop!!!

They take credit cards but not Midas credit cards but the service was fantastic

They dont do a good job. I went for a combination of oil and they left me with an oil leak and told me nothing.
