I was greeted genuinely by a friendly employee before I even entered fully in the store. I didnt have an appointment but the employee said he would help me right then. He completed what I needed to get my new phone up and running. He also put my protective glass cover even though I purchased it someplace else. I was acknowledged as a national employee of year agent in 2018 so I have a good read on genuine solid customer service. I was quite impressed at the whole team. I was also there close to closing time and I never got any pressure to finish up. Solid customer service!

Adrian was awesome! He worked with me and my son to get all of us happy on the family plan and a new phone! The added bonus of his generous personality is that direct tv streamed the college football game I was dying to watch while he helped my son… fantastic service!

Gosh, what a colossally unpleasant experience! AT&T mistakenly sent me a wrong phone. After a few phone conversations, they directed me to go to this store to exchange the phone for the one I desired. At the store, after waiting a half hour I spoke with Jake, an assistant manager. He was a remarkably unpleasant fellow, and in the end, we got into a shouting match. He said he couldn’t help me with the phone. Despite being shipped the wrong phone and being told to come into the store where they could not fix this error (two mistakes) Jake felt compelled to argue with me that AT&T had made no mistakes, and my by now 3 hours of wasted time was not an issue. He proceeded to insult me. In addition, while at first he had said he would help me with the return, later he refused any assistance. I think this is the most unpleasant experience Ive ever had with a salesperson. Of course he was managing the store – what normal salesperson would feel free to abuse a customer without worrying about the consequences.

Havent always had the best experience with AT&T customer service on the phone, but everyone who worked at this store was phenomenal - super friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. They called me by name, let me bring my little dog in to the A/C while I waited and let me use the restroom. I would highly recommend this store to anyone. Great job!

While the sales experience at my local AT&T store seemed pleasant - I was buying a new IPhone - the aftermath was unpleasant. (1) salesman did not inform me of a $30 “upgrade” charge. Really?? I’ve had my current iPhone for five years and bought a new $630 phone (full price) and I get charged another $30 ?!? (2) Salesman added in a $15/month insurance charge which we did not discuss and I did not authorize (3) salesman added in $5/month charge which we did not discuss nor did I authorize for allowing me the privilege to upgrade in the future without having to pay off my newly purchased iPhone. I feel treated quite unethically and had to call att.com to get things corrected.

Mike was very helpful in finding a new phone I wanted and very knowledgeable when it came to the difference between the phones I was looking at as well as and patient with us. The manager offered us a great deal for a second line and when Mike had to go to lunch Francisco made sure my daughter could set up her first phone. Great experience with no rushing or interruptions. Professional and friendly staff. I also noticed their friendliness with other customers. Nice store.

I showed up to pick up 3 phones for a new group plan curbside pickup. The receipt and the techs sheet both were accurate and showed each plan at $50 per month for unlimited extra on the group plan. But on the final step the techs tablet showed each phone on an individual plan at $75 per month. It took nearly an hour for two in store techs and one agent on the phone to fix it. I had someplace else I needed to be. This was my very first experience with AT&T. Not a great first impression. That said the two in store techs and their manager were on it, they noticed the issue and then worked diligently to fix it. So good on the in store team’s attentiveness and customer service - lousy on the AT&T software system that created or allowed the switch to a much more expensive monthly cost and cost me an hour of my Sunday morning despite spending 90 minutes online with a chat agent getting the order “complete” the night before.

Adrian was so knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He helped us decide what features we needed and preferred so he could suggest devices that would give us the best service. When we talked to him we discovered that we could get better television for less by changing to ATT from direct TV. He made sure we got all the accessories we needed for a great deal. His customer service is excellent and rarely found. We greatly appreciate all the help he gave us.

Jacob Mendez from the store in La CUMBRE helped me and I am so thankful to him for his help and guidance. I went there with some questions and ended up buying a new line with phone and lots of perks. I am happy with my purchase I needed someone that explains me the options so I could make my mind of what I needed. He took the time to explain me the benefits, the difference between phones and I am happy with the option I got. The customer service was over the top. I went to the store near Costco a few days back and the associate told me to come back other day I was so disappointed but I like AT&T so I went to la CUMBRE store and I am glad I did cause the customer experience I had there Was fenomenal. Employees are professional, intelligent, have product knowledge, dont sound like robots reading a script, and are properly trained which is shown by their efficiency. This is a heavy trafficked store, so you may have to wait a little bit, but not very long.

Tanya Garcia’s customer service was top notch. I made sure to get her full name so I could write her a good review. She fit my mother and I in for an appointment last minute and me all set up. Went out of her way to try to find us deals on our bill and offered us fun upgrade options. We had a short wait even though we were told 45 minutes (they move people quick). They were super friendly and patient as they walked us through different plans that saved us money overall and saved us money on the two new phones we had to buy. My parents (owners of the account) dont speak much English and they really went above and beyond to explain things to them through me as well as just being generally very kind to them. Thanks! Nolan helped me with a some what complicated situation switching over phone plans from another family members that doesn’t live here. He helped me find a phone plan that is best suited for my lifestyle and a new phone that works with my day to day needs (I don’t need a new new phone). We had to wait an hour or so for my phone number to be released to move forward, and he patiently waited and helped me as soon as I was ready. Super nice guy and very knowledgable about the products. I’ve been putting off this process for a few years, and he was able to make it painless and easy. Also got a phone case, put on my screen protector, and walking out the door a happy person! One of the greatest experiences Ive had in purchasing a phone. I was helped by Dennis. He was extremely cordial and professional. I could tell he really knew his stuff. The entire process from purchasing the phone to activating it was hardly even noticeable since we stayed chatting it up most of the time. Needed to replace a lost phone asap. Waited for a rep outside & then was called in to sit with a rep. She was very pleasant and we sat across from each other with precautionary measures. I was able to get an upgraded phone which was in stock and the necessary accessories. This was a very good experience. I recommend this AT&T store. Many of the Goleta reps were there as well as that store was temporarily closed. I was told it should be reopening tomorrow.

Richard has been helping me and has explained everything perfectly and has helped me so much. I have a new found love of ATT. Honestly this young man has gone through everything and has helped me so much.There is also another man here that helped me out last week when my teenager broke his phone. Zach is an absolute rockstar. Not only did he assist me with my phone purchase and convert my antiquated plan to a current, more favorable one (which, procedurally, was no easy task), he did so while being incredibly patient, helpful, and honest.
