Thank goodness I came to igeeks phone repair to help me recover all my photos from my kids childhood. I slammed my phone in the car door and bent it badly as you can see in the photo. The screen went black but I could still hear it ring and stuff. I took it to igeeks in santa barbara and they were able to get all the photos and other information off the phone and they transferred it to my new phone. It was a very cool experience because I got to watch him fix the phone. I was so happy when the screen came on long enough to get the photos and stuff from it. These guys help me every time my iPhone goes in saltwater, which is as it turns out, is a lot. Considering the amount of corrosion and damage that could happen during my last incidence at about 15m depth, I am thoroughly impressed with iGeeks, and their ability to diagnose the problem and fix it quickly. We were out here for work, and one of my colleagues broke her iPhone screen to the point where it was virtually unusable. I mistakenly lost everything on my phone thats current, and it reverted to a very old save. I couldnt get anyone to help me, and Apple is Covid-closed. MacMechanic sent me to iGeeks. I was prepared for the worst news but received the BEST outcome ever!... my current iPhone restored. I am SOOO relieved. I am a photographer and could have lost all my photos. And was not expensive and it was done right away. The BEST.

Brought my phone in to have a cracked screen replaced. When I got my phone back the volume and power buttons did not work. When I asked if they could fix the buttons since they were fine before, they refused to help and said it was impossible that they had damaged the phone. The new screen was not installed properly and sticks out unevenly so it cracked again almost immediately. I would recommend not wasting your time and or money and just bringing your phone to the apple store.

Service they stand by.. Ill stand by that! I have cracked the screen on my phone twice. The first time they were efficient and fixed her up quick for $100. I walked in and by the time I got back with a coffee it was done. Easy! The second time I guess I did more harm to my phone then I knew and well when I took it off the lot (as it were) I wasnt happy with the solution. I went back the next day and he refunded me and was quite professional and kind and explained why the extra trouble. Daniel was great! I had a wave hit my iPhone and everybody told me salt water that would be bad. Im not sure I wanted to pay to have him look but he look and told me he could probably fix it and did it just as I waited! Do yourself a favor and dont go anywhere else. These guys are fast, friendly, SUPER knowledgeable, and they dont jack up their prices like almost everyone else does. They fixed my destroyed iPhone screen in about 20 minutes (for significantly less than my friend paid for the same thing), and hooked me up with another new (used) iPhone in mint condition that is perfect for my daughter and again, cheaper than anything I found on Gazelle or eBay. This is my official go-to place for any and all repairs and accessories.

Excellent on the spot diagnosis and repair. My iPhone 5 had what appeared to be a delaminating front panel/screen. He pulled the panel, saw that the battery was bulging and ready to decompose, replaced the battery, buttoned it up and sent me on my way in about 15 minutes. Awesome experience. I went in to get my charging port fixed, but, when I mentioned that I was a teacher, Dan fixed my screen, gave me a case, and gave me screen protector for only a few bucks more than it would have cost me to just fix my charging port. As a plus, I was out in under 20 minutes. They have wifi and a dedicated charging stations for your macbook, plus they had the Price is Right on in the background. Hard to complain. Thanks guys. Dan very politely told me my phone was repaired brushing over the fact that the screen was not enclosed. Got the phone home to realize that the phone doesnt operate with a sim card. Texed Dan to inform him of this problem. He tells me all repairs are final even though he gave me a phone that was partially repaired and doesnt function. Well buyer beware is all I have to say!BTW- I have a non-functioning phone for which I paid $150!
