Service was very quick. I walked in and was helped with two issues very quickly. From the time I walked into the store and walked out was about ten minutes. The woman who helped me was very friendly and knowledgeable. They seem to have a wide variety of phones to choose from if you are in the market for a new phone. I recommend this location.
The staff was well educated on their products as well as friendly. They offered an array of ideas for my business also, which was somewhat a surprise. I would recommend. Im diggin it.
Even though they changed from Sprint to T-mobile the customer service is still excellent. They are the only store around that still does phone repair.
Customer service was excellent!! They know what theyre doing @
In the past week I have spent nearly 7 hrs in this store trying to solve issues with an account and I very patient to a point. But this store has some of the worst customer service I have ever had. They continually were unable to help and told me to call sprint customer service to see if they could help. Where I spent most of my time on the phone with someone in another country and had to constantly repeat my self because someone right in front of me didn’t care enough to make some effort to solve the issue I was having. Avoid this store at all cost and just call because at least they care. If you do go here out of necessity ask for Phillip because he is the only one who seems capable of working with you to solve your issues.
I love Sprint! I hate this store! The wait time is ridiculous and they never call you back. I never liked this store but its the only one in a 40mile radius. The guy sells me on a tablet, then tells me there is none in stock.... So I have to have it delivered to the store because they wont ship to my house. He tells me they will call me when it comes in.... He doesnt. I call to check up, they said they call me back... they dont. I called corporate and they inform me the store received the tablet 4 days ago. This store is the worst Sprint store I have ever had the displeasure of going to. Sprint! This store is ruining your reputation in the middle of a multimillion dollar market here in Santa Barbara County, please do something!
I was a customer for over 9 years. I e been trying to cancel for over a month now. Sprints service is horrible outside the city. Stay away from sprint!!!! They over charged my wife for months when she lost her phone and was conned into getting another line. You people are disgusting
It was fine! Problem was taken care of
Great service and I was given the best offer possible for a new S9. It included beats headphones and an otterbox case for $30 more than what I was already paying. The plan even lowered my bill by another $30 once the phone is paid off. The did me a solid.
Outstanding Customer service satisfaction.. Very Pleased
By far, worst carrier I’ve ever had to deal with. Quick to charge your account but they lag to reimburse you for being a UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER!! THE WORST. They need to work on their customer service & greeting people when they come in specially if you’re just talking and not even helping someone else.
Granted my situation was apparently unique and unheard of (as was advised to me by the Sprint Telephone CS), I still would advise you to steer clear of this store at all costs. I went in originally as the battery on my Samsung Galaxy had expanded to the point where it cracked the screen rendering it inoperable. Thats not on them obviously. I was quoted $300 to repair the phone so I figured why not just take advantage of their in-store deal instead at $25/month and buy another phone. Thats where my real trouble began.Seeing as Im on a tight budget, I opted to get one of their refurbished phones. Well, it had technical issues within 7-10 days and upon returning it I was advised that there was a restocking fee. Oh, and it should be noted I signed up in-store for autopay at the time of purchase and it didnt take so I did it again on the second visit. So, the first slam was being told theyd replace the phone (with the same model which I was obviously hesitant to receive again given the first round issues) or I could return it and basically get $5 back after all the fees were assessed. In hindsight, I ought to have taken the $5. On the receipt it doesnt say the restocking fee WILL be assessed. It says it may be. Sprint CS apologized for this stores incompetence in assisting me but it doesnt make up for the fact that the State St. Sprint store help required HOURS on the phone trying to sort it all out.Just the facts:- They never signed me up for auto-pay even though it was noted on my receipt TWICE. This had to be taken care of over the phone.- When I finally reached my Sprint threshold, opting to go to a local shop to repair my old phone for $200 less than their in-store Sprint tech support, Sprint kept my old phone line active unbeknownst to me. I returned to the store a third time to ensure usage of my old phone and not their defective refurbished one. This choice caused a major communication headache between my old line and new line. They essentially activated the replacement phone (which theyd refused to return for a full refund) causing a major hassle because I was paying for two lines for two months by the time it was ironed out. It was never advised that the replacement for the defective return was an active line.- Text messages/ voicemails lost, never received, no call forwarding.Suffice to say: total nightmare. I wish Id never left Verizon. Atleast when you enter a store they can handle everything. You need to cancel a line, they do it. You need yo talk about your bill, they can. You have a phone issue, theyll help you. When they say theyll do something, they do it. Given how I asked to speak to the store manager and nothing was done about the restocking fee (which literally could have saved this from snowballing into the Fresh Hell it became) it just proved to me how much Sprint values their customers.Run dont walk to your nearest Verizon.
Worst store ever! The store in goleta is by far my favorite and the employees are always so helpful and tend to every customer as quick as possible. They are also very nice every time i come in.two thumbs up!
Horrible. Payed off my device in May and requested it to be unlocked, and to terminate my service. Had to go down to this sprint store to see why it wasnt unlocked, but they shrugged and told me they couldnt help me, just call the number. They called on my behalf and told me that they put in the request for it to being unlocked. Now its June and I see a charge on my account even though I payed off the device for $56 and something cents, and the device is STILL unlocked and they are still charging me for service because they were unaware I wanted to terminate my service. Do not get sucked into this abusive relationship, literally any other carrier is better.
Leave it up to sprint to mess up yet again...... Bad coverage, no perks for long term sprint customers, trying to talk to customer service and lastly the illiterate uneducated salesmen that misrepresent the brand. I guess theyll hire any fool whos thinking process matches that of their data speed. I would love to thank the useless manager for putting all of his effort in hiding from the customer. Theyll help you with excellent customer service making it seem too good to be true but when you leave that door good luck trying to get helped unless you want to buy something. I never realized sprint would allow their employees to slam customers, but hey snakes will be snakes. Do yourself a favor and read up on policies, promotions, and procedures they will sneak everything they can and have you feeling great about your purchase but little did you realize that you got F***ED over. I had to go to a different sprint store to get my issue taken care of; furthermore, I was thrown under a plan that was not part of current corporate sprints line up. Oh and lastly those items you got for free think again these guys work every angle.... Take your business elsewhere.
Wonderful as always - very helpful.
I know it isnt the stores fault but sprint coverage and policies suck. I did get them to reimburse my early cancellation fee. After 6 months of complaining about the service and saving pictures of everywhere in town I was supposed to have service but didnt, they told me I could cancel with no fee. This seems like good business practice... But it wasnt. After being told I could leave the company without an early termination fee, I had to spend roughly 20 hours over internet chat and phone calls to get them to reimburse my early termination fee after they auto charged it to my credit card that was on file
Very good customer service and support ; thanks to Abel andSusy!
I dont know what the rest of these people are talking about but these guys are AWESOME. THEY LITERALLY ARE SO CHILL AND AMAZING. SERIOUSLY, IF YOU ARE A NICE PERSON AND ACT COURTEOUS THEY WILL HELP YOU WITH EVERYTHING.I have been to a lot of Sprint stores, but this one is like being George Clooney at a club full of college chicks. Awesome experience, upvote.
Very long wait times, extremely rude tech (one of them is a sweetheart however). Fortunately they have observant Representatives who are attentive if they see you becoming impatient
Not a single helpful employee, terrible.
The store is downtown so it is difficult to find parking. When you walk in there isnt a place to sign in, you just roam around until you get someones attention. The store is very narrow and long. I went in with a broken screen and was told there was nothing they could do for me because I didnt have insurance. When I mentioned getting a new phone the tech basically told me that unless I was eligible for an upgrade he wasnt interested in helping me. This place doesnt make you feel like a valued customer, if it werent for the exorbitant cancellation charges I would change providers.
Sprint store Santa Barbara is awesome for customer service and reliability
Nice clean store but the wait time was nearly 40 minutes
Service with a smile. Fast and efficient. I like that.
Cesar is the Best! Love the customer service
Great place to visit
Worst decision of my life was leaving Verizon for Sprint. No reception, the 4gLTE is more often 3g than anything else, and switching only saved me $10 a month. Youd be better offf going prepaid from somewhere on Milpas than Sprint.
Took 3 trips and way too much drama to get a simple plan change
I cant load ANYTHING in under 30s when im not on wifi. Most garbage cell carrier ive used. Cant believe they advertise them as the best, sprint is a joke 😂😂😂 wish i never switched off verizon... I found it hilariously ironic that i had to wait an eternity for the sprint reviews page to load.
Bad coverage!! Extremely bad plans they lie dont get trapped in one of contracts
Horrible customer service. I tried to do an upgrade on the Iphone 5s and they said they didnt have the phone in stock. I called an hour later and said I was trying to get a new line and switch services and they responded no problem yeah we have all the colors in stock. so old customers dont have priority over new ones. the manager didnt do anythign but say sorry we sold out once I got there and told him that it was an upgrade. after this I went to the goleta store by the kmart shopping center they were so helpful.
Bought a used phone there. The staff was snarky and insulting. The phone had the sellers own personal gay porn left on the phone and who knows what else. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
Very helpful on the phone and in person, fast service! Thank you!!!!
Worst customer service ever. Called and was put on hold before I could say hi, I hung up 13 mins after being on hold, called again and was put on hold before I could finish asking the lady to not put me on hold.
Very busy store. Long wait times
Awesome customer service!
Took quite some back and forth and discussion with the people there, but at the end I got what I needed.
Great customer service
I hate Santa barbara
Uninterrupted assistance
The worst service possible
Staff not knowledgeable
So So service and its Sprint so...

Bad.
Well 👍I like it because they always solve my problem
Good services
