The staff here are super friendly and helpful! They make everyone feel right at home. I felt very comfortable and the staff treated me like I was a regular customer despite it having been my first visit. Definite recommend for the staff alone!

Went in there on Nov 4th my bday and wanted too cop a birthday fit for my night out...from the second i walked in MIKE treated me like a king and made sure i left with exactly what i wanted and gave me the best customer service i have ever experienced in any retail store...definitely will return good looking out mike!!

Varied selection, friendly staff, but absolutely overpriced. Went shopping for stickers a couple times, and they charged $50 for the Supreme x Akira Neo-Tokyo box logo sticker, which goes for less than $20 on Grailed. They also had the Supreme x Akira Arm sticker for $35 which people sell for $10 or less on Grailed and other websites. It just shows how theyre taking advantage of the fact that they are one of the only stores selling hyped goods in the bay.

It was ok but store was a little pricy. They sold supreme and bape for way more money than they sell at the web. The things were cool and the employees were okay.

Excellent customer service. Awesome manager. Unfortunately they have a no refund policy and unfortunately I didnt quite checked the item purchased which had very poor finishing quality and less than 8 minutes buying it as we walked out and was putting it on, I noticed the falling apart on the sleeve, so I turned back to show it and maybe return the item since it was the only one in that size and color and they just wouldnt do it. However the store manager went out of his way trying to replace the item checking around but the ones he had at hand were in the same (Not the best quality) condition nor the same color/size. He then offered to special order it for me and return in a few days but after almost 40 mins standing, I was tired and I decided to just let it be and fix the brand new item myseld. He offered an apology and gave us a free t-shirt for the inconvenience. I certainly appreciate the gesture. Nice guy!

Bruh! This place is littt! They have everything you need but the one problem is they are soooo over priced they charged 600$ for blue tint yeezys 2 months after the drop they were going for 360 at the time. But overall the valley fair location is great(the other location is trash)the store will be even better if stuff wasn’t overpriced!-customer
