I bought my watches at Ben Bridge, I had a good experience. But to get your watches serviced there is an ordeal. I waited 10 weeks, yes 10 weeks on what they said was a 4-6 week job. One of my watches works. The other one does the exact sane thing I brought it in for (the date doesn’t change). I guess they don’t read their own instructions bc they cleaned it up for me and fixed everything except the original problem. They said this is an easy fix, it will take a couple of weeks.! If that is the case, why did I wait 10 weeks for them?They had no answer.

Amazing experience buying a Tudor watch here. The women who work here are very knowledgeable and took their time to help me identify what I wanted after several visits. They also were very kind and happy and made the entire experience wonderful.

I came in already knowing what I wanted to buy. I just came in to see if they had the watch I was looking for. They ended up not having it. However, they looked to see what stores had the watch, and had it sent to the store I was at! It only took a few days and I didn’t pay anything extra. The ladies there really took care of me! Took my 10 yr old Raymond Weil watch here expecting to pay $240+ to have its engine replaced (as this was what was recommended at two other establishments). Instead, it was a simple battery replacement and only paid $49.16 all-in-all. While I can definitely trade-up to a “better” watch; this was a gift to myself after landing my first job out of college so it has sentimental value. Thank you Patti!

One of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I came in for some urgent engraving and the team went above and beyond to make it happen. I was on a short timeline with a unique piece so it had to be hand done. They even dropped it and picked it up from a different store. I hope both ladies get a big bonus.

Great customer service until...purchased a black sapphire black rhodium plated ring (black on black). When it returned from sizing it had been stripped and polished to bare silver on black.When I called to confirm pickup they didn’t say anything was wrong, but when we went to pick up the ring they said that just earlier in the day they had realized the problem. Arrived on site and they offered for me to browse the website. They don’t even understand their own merchandise well enough to set expectations.The selection ranges towards the flashy ornate so it was hard to find anything understated and simplistic.

Full service watch repair and battery replacement. No surprises the cost. Everything was upfront, including the “what if’s” surprises.

The sales associates are always very friendly and professional. However, my experience overall was not a 5-star one. I took my Raymond Weil watch in for a battery replacement. Because I wear the watch in water, I wanted to make sure that a pressure check would be carried out. The watch came back initially after a couple of weeks, but it had not been pressure tested. So the store sent it back to the service center (they did not charge me for the initial service). I did not get the watch back for 3 months. I had to chase the store for updates and finally became concerned that my watch might have gone astray. I do not know if this is a coincidence, but shortly after I contacted head office customer service, I was notified that my watch was ready for pick up. I found the lack of updates somewhat disappointing.

Jane did well with staying memorable. Im looking forward to the product once it arrives.
