I needed to find some gifts for my aunts. The staff was nice and helped me find two pieces. I was in and out fairly quickly and happy with my purchase.

I found a wonderful ring but they didnt have my size 7. I couldnt even order it from the store. I would have to do it myself.

The worst Swarovski store I have visited so far. They are half the size of other corporate stores and the staff is rude. They just want you to buy the stuff quickly as if you are buying groceries. I spent some time to see the jewelry and the lady there was very possessive about the items and she didnt like us taking long time to finalize something.The staff showed their true color when I wanted to return the 2 items. They clearly refused to return an unused bracelet, saying that the security seal is missing. They never put any sticker with their symbol to begin with; it only had a small sticker, which I never removed. For the ring they mentioned that it is not shining, do they expect it to not shine within 14 days, is the quality that bad? There was no problem with the items they were brand new. I had found something better and cheaper at the other store, so I wanted to return it. I strongly recommend, dont buy from this store.BTW, their return policy mentioned on the counter clearly says return if you are not satisfied for any reason. I think they just want to meet sales target at the expense of customers.

I was at the store today, looking for some gifts. When I asked one of the staff members if they had an earring, I had really liked, in a different color tone either in the store or online. She replied no. I came home and checked online. The earring was available online in a color tone I liked and at a price lower than the store price. Most stores match online prices and have more informed associates, not this one. I would rather shop online than go to this store again!

So you expect a Jewlerish fine and smooth ethic behavior when you are purchasing your selection From a reputable Jewlery shop like Swarovski,Believe me when you purchase from this shop even if you buy sth valuable they behave like you are buying 1 pound Garlic or Potato from grocery,The way they packed and gave to me was so odd...I bought a gift for my sister and feeling so bad,As I dont have more time had to take it but will never ever heads to this store.

My Least favorite swarovski location in the bay. Their staff isnt very good. I bought a necklace last week and it went on sale. Its within their 14 day return policy. Other locations all offered to do a price adjustment when I called except for this one. Unfortunately this location is the closest to me. Now I have to go all the way to San Francisco.

Better service with the management change

I was looking for a Swarovski crystal figurine that was in short supply in the south bay. I learned that the store in Valley Fair had what I was looking for and they said they would set it aside for pickup on the next day. I arrived the next day and it was still being held for me. I was in and out in no time.The staff was very helpful in locating the figurine and holding onto it for me.
