Since I bought my first piece of Tiffany’s in 2006 at this location, I have been many times for service and have to say this is the most respectful experience I’ve ever had. Andre Seperghan in particular is the most thoughtful, respectful and compassionate Tiffany’s representative. Tiffany’s has helped me create custom pieces over the years and each one means so much - all the customization has been done through this location. (I’ve shopped at Tiffany’s all around the world and this location is the best.) Regardless of my appearance, I have always been treated with dignity and respect here. My mother (who was in a wheelchair) always received the most respectful and courteous treatment here as well. This location represents the integrity and prestige of Tiffany’s - they are busy for a reason, and their customer service is worth the wait. (The new location is gorgeous as well.)

Very disappointed with the results! I took my Tudor vintage watch for repair as it was running slow, adjust crystal cyclops and take picture of the movement after been serviced.The quote to get this done was very high, but I decided to go ahead and because of the price I paid for it I was expecting great results. However, the movement seems to be running good but they didnt adjust the crystal cyclops and didnt take the picture of the movement. My advice to you is to look elsewhere if you need to have your watch for service. You may get a chance to get lower quote and better results.

I’m frankly shocked and outraged at the service I just received. The store had around two couples and 3 people browsing and I waited 20 minutes with no service to even ask if I needed help. I tried to ask two consultants that were standing around saying I’d be helped soon with an attitude. I was so upset I decided to get it at another store. I only needed to pick up a necklace and was wearing casual clothes while last time I was carrying my Louis Vuitton purse and was immediately helped. I didn’t expect such judgmental and disrespectful people. I recommend you go to another Tiffany location.
There is an old Chinese lady who works at this store very POOR attitude The bad attitude ruined the reputation of this brand. I have shopped in this store more than 10 times, but this is the first time for such a bad service.
The employees of the store need to be trained not to be judgmental. My son in law went to pick up Jewellery that he had ordered in casual clothes. Instead of asking him how they could be of service, the employee said “ I think you are at the wrong store”. To which he answered “ I am at the right store, I am here to pick up Jewellery I had ordered.” How very disrespectful. This kind of behavior can lead to law suits. The owner needs a wake up call before his employees mess with the wrong person which could cost him thousands for his staff portraying lookism.

Some of the sales associates at this Valley Fair location are extremely knowledgable, attentive and kind, however, if you dont look wealthy to a lot of the sales associates theyll treat you like dirt (as with most of these high-end retail places). Considering Tiffany & Co. has sterling silver items that are more fairly priced (and still regarded as expensive gifts to a lot of people), youd think theyd be a bit nicer but no. Maybe the sales associates and directors are just too busy pining over the fact that theyll never be disgustingly rich like their classist, capitalistic vip clientele so they just pretend like theyre better than you to compensate. Have fun in your outdated powder blue store and your ill-fitting suits!!

Great customer service every time we visit to look or buy. Jewelry servicing area is also outstanding. They are always so helpful and bonus points for being so kind to my 2 year old son. He loves when they give him apple juice.
They would rather assist someone who dressed like the mall is prom than someone in jeans who was sent over from the P.A. location.When I complained I was told they had an appointment. However an older man, who had been waiting longer and also dressed for a mall trip, became upsets because he really did have an appointment. After an eye roll that could rival a teenager the employee let us all in.
The lady at this store was very helpful and kind. Will go back to this store for another addition of T Wide Ring soon!

Customer service folks in cleaning are repair are great. Floor staff were not particularly friendly or helpful. Couldnt get service at the counter so we went to Cartier who were great so we bought over there.
Walked in to inquire about a specific item, but was largely ignored and brushed aside for other customers when looking for help. When the lady behind the counter finally turned to me, she was pretty dismissive and unhelpful. The man near the front door was nice though.
Bad customer service, wont visit again.

For the past 5 years or so, weve been to many Tiffany stores from Paris, London to this horrible poor excuse of one in Santa Clara... Weve decided to never shop at Tiffanys again.Santa Clara locations: From the snotty and rude service department, to the rude and inexperienced short asian lady named Chloe to the store manager named Brian ( that I tried calling back twice through their corporate, it seems phone tag is an experienced game he likes to play)I will not even begin to describe the classless, ruthless, Walmart type service here.Cartier is the way to go. Tiffany is the new Forever 21!!

I went to this place to clean my Tiffany necklaces. I had two cleaned and it took one and half hours. My necklace looks bright and shining after cleaning. Pleasant service.
Ive been a customer of this brand for many years. 3 months ago, the clasp gave out on my Ruby bracelet - after quite a few years, I paid for the repair. Then last week, the new clasp gave out - so suddenly, completely opened and wont close. Anyhow, I brought it back to get it fixed again. The associate who help was the least friendly person I have encountered. She has all of my information but yet she asked for me to spell out all of the information because according to her, this new work order doesnt have any of the info pre-populated. I wasnt looking for an overly friendly experience, but as a customer service person, she should at least try to appear like she enjoys her job to radiate a positive energy to those who was interacting with her. The recent quality (or lack thereof) and this type of customer service will impact greatly on my buying decision for my next collection. It probably doesnt make a difference to this store, but for me, it does.

This place is the reason I had given up on jewelry for goods!! Its every girls dream to be given a blue box in a blue bag. I was no exception. After enough talking, nagging and what not, I and my bf went into a Tiff co. store at VF. I already knew what I want and my plan was to try it on and maybe some others for future purchase, figure out my size and purchase it.Came to my surprise, I was completely ignored and looked down by all the securities and sale associates. I had better customer service at bath and body works! I literally tried to talk as loud as I can to my bf to hint that I am going to buy something here today, no one seems to care. I made my way out and never come back ever since.After that, I made extensive research on why Tiff &co and jewelry in general are so expensive. And girls, you dont wanna know the truth. Diamonds are only expensive because there is a monopoly company who owns ALL the diamonds in the world. They determine the price. And hey, if women agree to pay, why should they lower it down? As for why Tiff& co is so expensive, its just a brand name thing. The same reason LV is expensive. Clever marketing. Gold is expensive because it is in fact a rare metal and has many awesome properties chemically. However, its extremely overpriced here at tiff&co compare to other jewelry places. I mean metals are metals, you only pay more for the name and probably the big commission these douche-bags are getting from the sale. You can get your jewelry customizedly made for you for a fraction of the cost here so dont say its for the design. Bottom line, dont burn your hard-earned money on them!Oh well, there goes my blue box and blue bags dream. I never wanted a single piece of jewelry ever since then. So I guess my bf should thank Tiff&Co here for the experience.

Tiffany&Co.Their employeeyggfs are also very helpful and friendly. They had a much better selection than the Tiffanys in Palo Alto. They found what I was looking for and were very patient with me which means allot.
