I LOVE the experience I had with storage with Alyssa and her husband Jesse. They are outstanding managers, and treat their staff and customers like their own family. Have had storage here a while now - management is nice and friendly - the ONLY complaint I have is that they dont have elevators for people - only a freight like elevator for your stuff

I was surprised actually with how nice the staff was. Most storage facilities I have dealt with in the past had employees who were either rude or seemed like they would rather be somewhere else instead of helping me. I also appreciate how knowledgeable the staff was. Made the process of getting a unit much easier. And you cant beat there prices! Only reason I didnt give 5 stars because your only allowed access to your unit until 7pm. Thats pretty early especially compared to most other companies. But I guess thats the trade off. Definitely worth it in my book!

I give Extra Storage 5 stars! Jesse and his wife (business partner) were great! They were both very helpful and provided us with suggestions for a seamless move. I rented storage for my daughters during their summer break from college. They recommended a larger space than I had last year which was able to accommodate all of their things. Thanks again. Ive had a unit here at Extra Storage for about 5 years at this point. No matter who is working in the main office I always have personable people help me. The price is always great and as long as you can work within their 7am-7pm hours of operations it is an amazing place to store whatever you need. Id recommend this place and have recommended this place to others already.

Owners are on site and awesome! They were very understanding and accommodating when we moved in. We rented an 8x8 unit on second floor. Elevators are very handy! Prices are very competitive. Location is central for the Bay area. It was highly recommended to us by another patron of many years. Weve only been there a few weeks but it feels very safe. Its clean and well maintained. We highly recommend this storage too!

Super friendly and accommodating staff! Great prices, clean and easy to navigate area. I feel secure in leaving my items there. Unfortunately they do not store older cars in the parking spots, although the owner did try working with us to make an exception it was not able to work. We will still continue to use our storage locker there even if unable to store a vehicle at this time.

Shannon and Jason are absolutely the best. They will ensure that you are well taken care of. My wife Roberta and I simply adore them. We have had our belongings stored here for at least 6 yrs. They are the best. They go above and beyond to make sure that you will be at ease. I think integrity is an appropriate word describing them and how they run the Storage location. It has / is a pleasure to know we are in good hands all the time. If you like genuine, caring and of course good humored people, well you found the right facility.

I had to handle transporting some of my things while out of state and Alyssa was right on point with walking me through the process, being accommodating to my particular situation and explaining the policies efficiently. Very clean units and conveniently accessible. Customer service is excellent, provided all the information honestly. Explained me about how the billing works and how we can give notice and terminate the lease to avoid the unnecessary charges. Prices also very competitive. Overall very good experience.

Completely painless experience end-to-end. Im leaving the area and just recently moved out of here. I went through everything I had stored and it all stayed clean and dry for over 4 years. Everyone was very friendly for the couple of interactions I had. Prices are great and there was only one small increase over my time here. Definitely recommended.

I just recently saw a review from 12/16/17, that made these assistant managers seem like monsters. Which they are FAR FROM BEING! Remember to not post in anger, people! None of the employees that work at this storage place are racist. Ive only seen them treat everyone, of every race and color, with a genuiness that cant be faked. So there, back to my review. I had to keep my things at a storage facility in between moving apartments, and Im so glad I came here! Rusty and Terra are the sweetest people, and they recently moved here from Texas. Their hospitality is so comforting, and they remembered me every time I came in as well as how I brought in my boyfriend and father at a couple points.When I was moving out, I had friends come help out with two other cars, and theres a policy that each time a car enters or exits, they must put in the access code given to them. Given that a couple of my cars were following behind me, I didnt think to have them enter my access code so they drove in right behind me. Sure enough, Rusty was on his toes and yelled after us but when he realized we were together, he understood and apologized but it goes to show that they take the security of the facility very seriously which I thought was awesome.Dont hesitate to come here to Extra Storage Santa Clara! These folks will be happy to have you.

I would like owner to know I am not confusing your facility with Extra Space Storage.I am not a tenant, but I come here with my friends who have a unit at your facility.I did because Jason and Shannon were fun, sociable people.I witnessed the person you have managing the desk there now treat your customers with a great amount of disrespect.She seems to not care if she offends your customers.There are two incidences that come to mind when she got information messed up on my friends account. Luckily that was when Jason and Shannon were still there. Shannon fixed the problem.Your new clerk is evidently on a power trip. She said she didnt care if my friends moved out, and even threatened to lock them out, even though my friend said nothing that would warrant such a foolish action.We have receipts, we are paid up, and it is highly advisable that you instruct your clerk on what behavior and actions would result in legal risk and the kind of attention your business doesnt need.You cannot play around with peoples things if the storage unit is paid and they have kept their end of the agreement to pay and obide by the rules.This may be a case in your mind of she said she said, one word against anothers, but what I am trying to accomplish here is to alert you to behavior that could be detrimental to your business.I am acting as spokesperson for my friends, because they fear that the person you have behind the counter now might find out who they are and do something vendictive, like lock them out even though rent is paid.For this reason, my friends are intending on moving out to be on the safe side.The home teachers in our Church are examining what legal recourses are available should our members get locked out even though rent is paid.We dont want this problem with this new girl of yours. We just want our members to have facilities that are runned by people who dont have issues, be diligent in correcting mistakes on the computer if they are made rather than causing a fiasco that takes days to fix.Thank you for your indulgence in this matter.
