Prices are insane $60 for SCVA and the SCVA dispensary sells it for 35.. $79 8ths, year old weed & concentrates. MAKE SURE YOU CHECK THE DATES ON EVERYTHING YOU BUY!!! They ended all the promos and daily deals. New owners ruined chai I don’t even know why the same staff stayed as they saw it go to hell. Chai sold out and are for profit now they even have a dispensary in Castroville and moss landing it’s nuts. Best dispensaries now are Herbal Cruz, Surf city & cannacruz but that depends on what you buy and they all run promos and daily deals. Chai used to be a good spot but now it’s super expensive and full of outdoor and green house flower with distillate poison carts. It really saddens me that now I drive past chai and head to cannacruz. I wish things go back to how they were last year, things were still bad but at least they still had promos. I see it hard for them to keep their regulars and maintain steady business for the next few years.

Everyday was a deal on different items for 20% off. I would specifically come to Chai for the deals. Im disappointed theyre not doing that anymore.🌟🌟🌟

No more daily deals, percentages or stamps. The new owners are greedy they got rid of everything and increased prices and started bunk promos where you have to spend a lot for a promo deal of outdoor garbage. The concentrates are a year old, I’ve sent complaints to appropriate people and I hope they get shut down. Employees always smoking or dabbing inside always tweaked out when helping you bad business all around.

Chai used to be the place to be. And despite having horrible experiences there ever since the pandemic I decided to try there again. Their website is full of false advertisement, items that arent what they say they are, different strains then what they are advertised to be. Different percentages. When you place an online order you will NEVER get what you were expecting as their website is beyond inaccurate. The staff gets ruder and less organized with every visit. If you place an online order you will wait in a separate line at least 5x as long as people just walking in. Good riddance chai. Id rather pay the 20 percent tax and get what Im expecting from someone happy to help me.

This used to be my favorite dispensary, but their business acumen is certainly lacking. Just now, my online order was cancelled (via IheartJane) and no one answers the phone. Their hours on their website differ from the hours on their outgoing message. It doesnt seem like they truly care about their customers.

These folks continue to offer both excellent prices AND excellent and friendly service to this 71 year-old. Been a loyal customer even before brick & morter.

I put an order in for delivery with a scheduled time between 12 and 1, because it worked best for me. At 11 they called asking if they could deliver it earlier. I said sure, trying to be accommodating, even though I had already picked the time that worked for me. By 2:30 I hadn’t heard from them again, and the order hadn’t been delivered. When I called to ask what was going on they told me they had tried to deliver and I wasn’t there. I was sitting in my kitchen by the front door the whole time, 3 and a half hours. I told them that, and they said the delivery driver had called and I hadn’t answered. If they did, they definitely didn’t leave a message, nor did they try knocking on the door, nor have the store call back to even tell me it couldn’t be delivered, they just let me sit there for three and a half hours. They then said I could come by and pick it up because they weren’t doing deliveries anymore. No apology, no offer to try and correct their mistake after leaving me hanging for 3 and a half hours. I canceled the order, because if I wanted to pick it up, I would have done that in the first place.

I really liked this place. Very friendly, much less of a wait, & they had some things on sale for a good price. I saw several very ill people here buying edibles and Im so grateful that they are able to finally buy cannabis legally. While I was skeptical of the benefits at first, having had friends with cancer Ive seen medical use of cannabis really help with appetite, sleep and body aches. Anything that keeps people off opiates is a winner.

I purchased product on May 2. With the virus, you order online, stay outside, and they run the card inside. I was overcharged $10 for my product. They move you along so quickly no one was looking at their receipts. When I got my credit card bill, it was $10 more than it should have been. Some the product was poor in quality as well. Without being able to look at what you are purchasing, be very careful about buying anything here.

The Quality is up and down. The staff are good. When we gave them feedback on the quality, they had good Customer Service in return. We Recommend to give this place a try!

The budtender Giovanni was extremely rude to one of the regular customers today. After waiting 15min for a 2nd budtender to appear. He came out and was telling the man infront of me he wasnt supose to be next because he had moved to the order here line. There is no specific signs saying which lines which. Aswell as there was two new customers being handled in the what I guess you would call online pick up line. With no online order. So with respect. Id have a talk with him(Gio) if I was the manager. His attitude to the customer was very uncalled for. And as regulars. This was sad to see.Even the guys behind me were wondering whats up his butt to be that rude to a customer.And if lines are specific anymore. Put some signs up please. Were not readers of you as employees. Minds.Thanks

They pick up the taxes so their prices are very reasonable. Staff is very friendly and they have a great variety of products. Go Gino! I like to get extra 20% off so I usually visit on Tuesdays. They have a nice parking lot too. I highly recommend CHAI!

If I could give them a 0 star rating I would.I made an order online waited an hour no call no text nothing so I figured I’d call them to see what’s up. Of dispensaries Ive been to in the area this has the smallest selection of products. They dont have everything for instance Kind Peoples or Herbal Cruz has but they do have top quality brands. I find it best to look at their daily sales and then go on the day the product I want is on sale.
