What a big disappointment! Reception person has zero personality. Once inside after chasing after the person leading me in, how rude didnt even hold the door. Why do you have to go into 2 places to get inside? The person supposed to be helping me had a very odd accent and her attitude was horrible. It was my first time and it was as if I was bothering her and asking too many questions. She kept trying to sell me what I didnt want. I knew what I wanted as my friend let me sample it on my knee. She said I would get a senior discount but it wasnt on the receipt. Very disappointing after getting such a good recommendation from my friend. I told her of the experience and she agreed that service had changed since some change in workers. They lost 2 customers that day. No compassion or understanding

I walked in, completed a simple form for the first visit and was escorted into the store. The gentleman guided me through everything. He helped me find items, was knowledgeable and so kind. Everyone was very nice. I will come here whenever I stop in Santa Cruz. The best dispensary Ive been to.

This place was amazing! The customer service was superb and the selections felt endless! Great product!!!! Also, don’t let the outside turn you away, it’s a little deceiving but the inside is really awesome!!! Can’t wait to come back!

This place used to be the best for concentrates but as of 1/1/18 no more deals on wax so not only are you paying more tax they also raised the price of 4 grams of wax from 100 (wax Wednesday deal) to 160 + the new tax. Definitely not worth the drive from San Jose now.

This has to be one of the worst clubs in Santa Cruz. Ive been here twice now and both times the receptionist is so high she cant even speak. The first time I got greeted by a female bud tender that wreaked of alcohol and then the second time I went I was greeted by another bud tender that seemed liked she didnt even want to be there. This place is incredibly unprofessional and is run by a bunch of degenerates. These kind of collectives give Medical Marijuana a bad name. Hopefully they wont last long

Best experience ever! I had purchased an 8th of cannabays GrapePie#4 and it turned out to have mold on it so I took it back to herbal Cruz the next day and the manager was so nice he replaced it for me! So BEWARE GrapePie#4 may have mold!

This place has the most rude, unprofessional, smart assed staff Ive EVER encountered. You cant get the simplest of questions answered, and they act like you owe them something. 🚮 medicine....Ive never seen such seeded, dry dirt weed lol And they will charge you more than almost any other club. They can keep their dark, nasty stuff. Your money is better spent elsewhere.✌️

I have been coming here for years now, since before they changed location. And over the last few months every time I come in here the employees are super rude and unhelpful. Im very disappointed in how downhill the customer service has gotten at this club. I get it the law changed and it sucks but that doesnt mean you should be totally unhelpful to the patients.

Wax Wednesday Used to Be 4grams for💯 Still a loyal customer

So this place has a large selection. Prices are average. What left me perplexed is the strange service . They basically give you a personal minder. This bugs me, I like to take my time and explore and look everything over and they made me feel uncomfortable and rushed. On top of this the lady they gave me just seemed edgy and pretentious about how great the store was. I asked them what was unique about their store and she told me that was for me to find out. Ok cool but what sort of business doesnt have a canned story on tap?You can do way worse for clubs in SC but Im not going back. Hire some people who actually know how to do customer service and give people space to shop comfortably and it would be 4.5/5

Right off the bat their customer service was on point, our bud tender was Ian; he was extremely knowledgable, informative and attentive. The guy made our day and that skill is important in customer service. The place is very all walks friendly, clean, chill etc. Their front end practically sets the standard. I like the security that office/showroom seperation affords. Very nice.Now the most important part, bud quality: the bees knees. Primo, way better than most places I have been in San Jose and Berkeley. We ended up getting an O of 3 varieties for a really good price and a CBD alcohol tincture. I really appreciate that they carry alcohol based tincture, many places only have oil and the alcohol works way better for my needs.The whole team was very friendly, it felt like we were regulars who knew the crew. Thanks guys.

Been to this dispensary a couple of times, and been greeted with friendly staff each time. However just recently, i wanted to buy half an oz of bud they didnt even have it. And i called ahead of time before going to the store, to make sure they have it in stock. Only to be told id have to buy smaller amounts of flower which are different prices to make half an ounce. With everything being pre packaged what i got was nothing more than small nugs for the hefty price this place charges. The stuff that i purchased, honestly i got ripped off because of how small the nugs were. I spent over $120 on flower and wound up with the bottom of a barrel type nugs. Telling a customer theyd have to buy other amounts to make half an oz is bad customer service. Its bad enough that the taxes on these OZ or half an oz are outrageous. Dont know if ill be back at this place. Enter at your own risk

Stopped here while on vacation from Miami and got Ripped Off! Paid almost $20 for a joint that was supposed to have keef and wax in it, and when I got back to the hotel later to smoke it the joint had fallen apart and had nothing other than flower in it. What a waste.

What ever you do avoid this club. There are much better options throughout Santa Cruz. By supporting this club you are supporting whats wrong with medical dispensaries.
