Very disappointed, bad customer service, bad mechanic or technician, like they call nowdays, if you care for your car dont go there

I bought a tacoma years ago and have always had all of the service done at the dealership, here in Santa Maria since 2010. I find their level of service very uneven, sometimes good others times I leave swearing to never come back. The workmanship seems good but they tend to over book leaving customers with long waits for simple service and uneven communication from customer service.

Bad service....if you dont buy in there dealer forget about having a good service there. Im very disappointed.

Customer service representative didnt pay attention to what was being said. Took down wrong information. Then promised there would not be any extra charges if it was no problem. Was told there was no problem but tryed to charge my mother 150.00 for cleaning trash from vent box. SMH bad business.
