I own a fat Cavitation Company in Santa Maria California, I had an issue the opening day I was moving into my commercial space and the vinyl I ordered from a different company came in incorrectly. Within an hour they made me a brand new vinyl and a brand new poster to pick it up. I got it back to my business and I realize the image was extremely pixelated after working with me to try to fix it they realized I couldn’t get the file to switch to what they needed. Instead of blanking me they gave me a full refund.Even though the poster it’s self did not work out everybody there was extremely nice and extremely professional. They fixed all my issues with no comments questions or concerns. I will definitely be going back for all my printing needs!!!

I ussualy just drop off already labeled Packages and its mostly fast. Sometimes there are lines and the staff is slow. But most of the time I have a good experience

Having a little issue with email and the sales women Erika decided that training and other customers first were more important Than the first only other customer in the business at the time. I’ll go to another fed ex next time thanks Erika. Please give your customer your undivided attention until they are paid and happy.

Writing this crossing my fingers this spurs change.This place constantly has lines, is staffed by an individual.It is evident this facility needs additional competent staff to support demand.I’m coming close to forgetting FedEx entirely for my shipping need.

Coming in I was attended right away! Fed ex has nice employees it was raining out and my package was delivered and when i walked out to pick it up someone was coming up with a bag to protect my package from the rain, that was a kind gesture!!!
