I was disappointed with my last 2 visits to UPS. In this time of covid and numbers rising; I observed the owner, helping people at the desk, and had her mask hanging below her nose. On this last visit, I politely asked her to place it properly; she became argumentative and dismissive. By her not wearing a mask correctly, she can potentially place others at risk, including her employees.However, the service I received from the gentleman was attentive, polite and he was wearing a mask correctly.

Great place to ship packages and process Amazon returns! Theyre never busy when I go and they quickly scan my phone and give me tracking receipt. Once, I forgot to wrap my package and they offered to do so for me for free! Great customer service here!

They are not open at all on Sundays. Their regular business hours are correct but not their Sunday hours. I know this because I just stopped by there.

Best UPS store on the west coast!!Great customer service here. Had to submit a claim for my computer monitor that got damaged during transit. Karla the owner, was my point of contact and man is she great. Not only did I get my insured money back, it was a very smooth process and didnt take long. She was just on top of it. I walked in to this older woman on her phone talking to her friend and it took about 3 minutes before she even asked if I needed help, and she said it in a way that Seemed that I was bothering her. I went in for fingerprinting with no one in the store and she wouldnt help me do that because she was the only worker. I get not wanting to become slammed but the way she handled the situation was very unprofessional and rude.
