Took day off work because it required a signature. Driver didn’t knock or announce presence, just got a notification that delivery was missed and a door tag on my door. Customer care can only reschedule for next day and blatantly lied about efforts to have it re attempted that day. Another customer care manager informed they cannot do that. I have had no good experiences with fed ex and if you can, receive your packages through ups or usps.

Awful awful awful!! If I could give a negative number I would! My daughter receives life-sustaining medical Supplies every week and although the box is labeled fragile and indicated medical supplies on the box, FedEx still manages to do an awful job of delivering my daughters supplies. This is not the first time either! The last time a full iv (tpn) bag had to be replaced! This time several medications will need to be replaced! I tried calling customer service and I get connected with someone in central America and she is unable to connect me with someone at the local shipping office..

I fail to comprehend how these people stay in business. Their drivers will be the failing catalyst of this company.

Unable to contact location for inquiries of any sort. Throughout the past five years or so, I was unfortunate enough to have items delivered to or through this hub. Should anything go wrong with FedEx, it was always at this location.The hours are never consistent, but it’s not like we could verify them by calling. There’s no way to reach the location with the exception of actually going there and hoping they’re open.This specific location is the reason I go out of my way to use other shipping suppliers.

I was told to pick up my package at 6pm.They close at 6pm definitely recommend UPS or even a messenger pigeon at this point. Smd

Worst service ever. Monday April 5th delivery never happened. They lied about the address being wrong. Tuesday April 6th delivery didnt happen. Lied about security isdue issue of some sort. Wednesday April 7th didnt happen. Lied about delivering to a business being unsuccessful when the delivery is for an individual. Cannot be connected to the Santa Maria branch and customer service reps barely speak English and cant understand them. .unbelievable

Wish I could give 0 stars. Had a package supposedly delivered from FedEx last week. Tracking said it was delivered, but I never heard anything at the door. Checked for the package on the porch, and there was another package that was for my wife on the porch, but nothing from FedEx. Contacted FedEx, did the chat service that they provide, was told that someone from FedEx would contact me in 2 hours... 5 hours later, guess what, they didnt call. Called them. They said that to do a proper trace it would take 2 days, they would call me Thursday (Its Tuesday at this point) so I said ok, and waited until Thursday. All day Thursday no phone call. Called Friday at lunch, they said that the shipper facility, in Santa Maria, was going to personally call me Saturday so that I could speak with them and make sure that the package was delivered to the right place. Guess what, they never called. Called them Saturday at 12 noon, spoke with the trace department yet again, they said that their system had my case marked as resolved. I asked why no one called, and he had no idea what to even tell me, the guy barely spoke English, and I wasnt necessarily mad at him, but at this point I was angry. They had no intention of following up with me, and honestly, I receive packages more than Id care to even admit, and I have had 0 problems. My neighbors are elderly all around, I live in a gated community, and to top it all off, there was literally another package on the porch. Why would someone grab one and not the other, which would have probably been easier to grab as it is. I honestly believe that the driver just delivered it to the Wrong house. Even if the package did get stolen, then FedEx should have done a way better job of communicating with me. Thank the Lord the eBay was smart enough to see that FedEx was treating me like a second rate customer. They sent me a full refund since the tracking that FedEx provided to eBay, and that they provided to the seller and myself, did not match! Also they did not have my address on file, just the city I live in. Since they couldnt prove it was delivered to the correct address, I ended up winning the case. But through all this I still dont have a case for my bow, which is all I really wanted. I will be making double sure that when I order or ship items, it is not done via FedEx services.

Have been having a medication delivered through them. We live in the country...they manage to leave it 1 block away, in the middle of the drive. They have left it down the drive at the barn even though it was to be signed for. You can see the house. This last time they decided just not to leave it. I called the guaranteed delivery between 12 noon and 3pm. I called when it didnt show by 3. Was told it would be there by 8pm. Its now 9:22 pm and they are not here! This is a chemo medication that has to be taken every Friday!Thanks a lot Fed-x.....time to switch to UPS!Update: this pkg was to be signed for. Ho.e several days waiting on it. They finally said they had lost it. I requested the drug company resend through UPS. TODAY is Monday, a neighbor comes with a Fed-ex pkg that was left on a milkman by her barn! Left the 19th. TODAY is the 23rd. The pkg they didnt know where it was, was left 5 days in the sun down the road! It is a liquid chemo med that I was to take last Friday. Cannot be left in the sun at all!This is not the first issue we have had with them. A lot of people in our area have had bad experiences with Fed-x out of Santa Maria, Ca.

A little out of my way, but a lot cheaper than UPS. I only use them when I dont want to wIt at the Post Office.

This shipping center is the absolute worst in customer service. I was to receive a package on 31 Dec. I gave detailed instructions to the Fedex office in Santa Maria along with a phone number. It did not arrive and when I tracked it on Tues I was told it was undeliverable and was returned to sender. I re-ordered another replacement from the shipper on 2 Jan after they also determined that the package had been sent back to them. Then the original package showed up in the late evening. I called and told them to pick it back up and return it and they refused until I jump thru hoops with the shipper to get another label. I will NEVER use Fedex again.

This location decided not to deliver because the address was 1 digit off. Instead of seeing the hotel name on the package and delivering, they decided to postpone delivery. I paid for a package to be overnighted from Atlanta. When someone sends something overnight, they expect it to be delivered correctly.

You cant rely on this FedEx. This is the only place that had my package and held it because The package was not due for delivery. That day I saw the express driver at the McDonalds down my street so I know that the drivers have better things to do by being lazy and holding your package. The package was on the vehicle for delivery. In very unsatisfied with this Fedex.

Small and quick for pick ups, they hours posted on the website and google say its open until 445pm but if your picking up only they stay open till 6pm.

Literally have now triple checked all the verification documents and they all had the correct address with apt number. Saw the guy drive right past my apartment. Two hours later when theyre about to close I got an email saying that the address was incorrect on the box. The driver had two hours to get he package to me after that and he decided to put it off until the next day. Extremely unprofessional fed ex branch, and this is coming from a previous employee

This fedex is trash im saying team 10 trash i odered the 2 day plan and its been 5 days and still dont have it just cause it rained a little i see usps and the ups deliver still fedex is not a good place to get deliverys from.

Bad experience. They said they returned the package back to shipper but I checked the address and it was the correct one. I saw the fed ex guy pass my apartment today and he had his headphones in and wasnt paying attention. Unprofessional.
