Nothing like driving to the store and nobodys there during working hours

It was a total waste of my time! I have a new Cricket/ Nokia 3.1+ phone and tried to have my old phones number put onto the Nokia phone, it wouldnt let me do this! Im changing my service provider now. Cricket is rated among the lowest when it comes to uninterrupted calls & messages. The service sucks!

Good helpful costumer service..walked in to pay my bill and witha dout in my mind..left with a paid bill and with an answered question...representatives took the time to answer my question and brake it down for me.....they were ariel g, and Jessica ( Im not too sure about her name)

Jerson and Joseph Were very helpful and patient to get my phone working, they gave me a good deal on cases with some headphones. definitely 10/10 service.

This store is awesome, they always help me find the bestphone for the cheapest price. Jerson helped me transfer my contacts and my picturs he was so calm and answered all my questions best store in Santa Monica .

The Reps here are awesome they helped me switch all my data from my broken old phone to my new phone that I got really cheap!, the store manager Joseph gave me a free case with their bundle! Definitely will be bringing more people their way!;)

Went to pay my service and get a cellhemet liquid glass installed on 02/4/20 evening all went well when asked to try Bluetooth speaker they went the extra mile to open and test even though I wasnt sure if liked and they did and I liked and purchased thanks again

It was around 6:pm and it was closed, we knocked on the door since the sign said they close at 8:pm and finally this girl opened the door, she said she was sleeping, started attending other customer but she didn’t know what to do, so she call somebody to ask for instructions and start a conversation with the person in the phone not related with the job and meanwhile 3 people waiting to be attended, I left after 15 minutes and she was really entertained talking on the phone, so horrible customer service never coming back .
