Leo helped us out yesterday. He took great care of me, my husband and our friend. We came in with a bunch of stuff for him to do and he handled it all on his own and in a timely manner.We were there for about an hour and a bunch of people came in during that time, but he maintained a cool composure the whole time and took great care of us. He was the only one working at the store. 5 stars for Leo!!!

I lost my phone over the weekend and came in to the AT&T after a very long day expecting this will be like pulling teeth making my day even longer. On the contrary I was helped by Justin and let me tell you. He is a rockstar. One of the best customer service I have ever received. Eddy (the manager) and his associate Will were extremely helpful. They are a top class duo and juggled helping 4 different parties at the same time. I was patient with them and they were able to be attentive to my needs as a customer. Super grateful they were meticulous in their approach, process, and for checking in with me when I was setting up my new phone. I got to choose a phone # that I’m super pleased with. Everyone seemed to be happy by the time they stepped out the door and better than when they came in. Super appreciative for their efforts!

Worst experience of any wireless store I’ve been to. The store had one working iPad totally dead out of the safe and then couldn’t get into it. This tablet is the only way stores can activate SIM cards.Customers had to visit another store. I was in-and-out if the Wilshire corporate location in 10 minutes.Oliver the fill in was great. The manager was late and had no sense of urgency.

Staff is only helpful if you are looking to buy a new phone in the store and earn them a commission.

I have been at&t client for more than 15 years I never come across any rude customer service in any at&t store except this location.The manager was not helpful, rude and unprofessional, it took him one hour 10 minutes to process the return of my new phones.I don’t advice anyone to buy anything from them.The best at&t store is in Santa Monica on Wilshire & Lincoln.

After going to both the AT&T by Washington Blvd & the AT&T on Wilshire Blvd - they were both horrible experiences. I decided to try this one out.Marco was amazing. The manager Roger i believe has lied to me about the promotion. I was promised a discount and other promotion to lower my rate but it was increased instead. Now i have to talk to ATT to fix this. I would never use this place. DO NOT GO HERE.Edit. I just talked with ATT and my trade in phone was never turned in. Spent a good hour talking to them to fix this. DO NOT GO HERE.

Roger the Store Manager was very welcoming and friendly. Lamont & Brandon were also very helpful in helping me find a phone. I was unfamiliar with the features of the new iPhone & Samsung Galaxy which are both great phones. Parking was easy and the store was clean. If I can give this location at 10, I would. I would recommend coming here.

I walked into the store and one of the employees was coughing and sniffling with his mask off. I said that was not cool and started to leave. As I was leaving the employee looked at me and said COVID. This was highly unprofessional and inappropriate behavior that is unsafe for anyone who would walk in.

My husband and I were very impressed with the staff at the AT&T store at Pico and Lincoln in Santa Monica. Christopher and Orlando the salesmen were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They made the purchasing experience extremely easy and fast. I highly recommend this location; it is an easy in and out and do yourself a favor, call and make an appointment because they’ll have everything ready for you.

Mark is very helpful and knowledgeable. Great prices and the phone selection is large. Low phone plans and wide selection on accessories. Don’t get tricked by the competition when you can get a good deal here.

I when to buy more time for my prepaid. Usually at&t is nice, but now (Alvaro) was not polite, did not greet and just wanted to do a for him a quick sale. No info of buying extension of prepaid, I had lost remaining days from previous contract. If before payment would have been informed, I would have just called for more time a few days later.

I had the best customer support today at this store. The staff were incredibly cooperative and friendly and helped my establish a new internet service in time efficient manner! Thank you so much!

Came in upset with another store just down the block. Long story short Alvaro and Chris were very helpful with my issue and I ended up adding a new line to my account. I loved the service and the confidence the representative had in his product. I greatly appreciate the opening of this location, as it is convenient due to the fact that it opens an hour earlier than the AT&T not too far from here. Terrence, the store manager, went over my bill thoroughly and my first statement was calculated exactly how he explained it will be. This is the first time I have ever written a review and its for exceptional service demonstrated by Christopher Selzano at the ATT store on Lincoln Blvd in Santa Monica, CA. Chris was knowledgeable, smart, friendly and kind and solved my complex needs in very simple steps. He never lost patience or interest in me and made genuine effort to help me out. It is by far the best service I had at AT&T thus far, and Ive been a customer since the 90s!

The store itself was OK and the service was OK too. But the AT&T prepaid plans are overpriced for what you get and the coverage in Nevada, Utah and Arizona is quite poor. And the worst of all... We didnt notice that there was an auto payment enabled with our plan and we were charged another month while we were already two weeks at home. And as the AT&T website and their support is terrible (no live chat for prepaid plans and its impossible to log in into some parts of the web without the SIM card that we already dont have), we didnt manage to get our money back. What a shame!

Terrence helped me with my iPhone. He said hi, welcomed me and asked if I needed help when I walked in the door. He was very concise and helpful. This is not an AT&T run store, but an authorized AT&T store if that matters. It was a good experience, and I would go back.

Quick turn around & helpful in explaining packages to meet your needs. AT&T is probably more reliable - we skipped buying T-Mobile from airport and decided to buy connection on way to Santa Monica.

Pleasant staff but took a long time to be helped and ultimately they had to send me to a Samsung repair place anyway. parking is plentiful and convenient.

Came in on the 1st of October at 3 .. the guy literally told me they didn’t pair devices. I know this to be untrue . They should hire people who want to help other people. Decided I didn’t want to buy anything from that store and left.

Today, August 9th, at around 4:10pm I walked into the store needing help to unlock my phone I just got. No one was in the store but this young guy named Mark. Now let me tell you about my amazing experience with this guy. As I said earlier that there was no one in the store, and he explained that i could do it by myself on a computer. At that point I lost my marbles, isn’t his job all about customer service!? Anyways, long story short, I instead he help me and all he did was walk me to the computer and typed in the website and walked away. I stoped him and went bananas on him saying that the whole point of him working here is to help me. That’s when he rolled his eyes and forcefully tying to assist me. I told him to back off and I can do it myself. I started typing my info when I just had an epiphany, I’ll just call 611 for real help. Moral of the story is, this guy should not be working there.

I left TMobile because TMobile was constantly over billing my son and I. I joined ATnT end of January 2018. I was helped by Sheree who quoted me a discount to join ATnT. She told me I’d save 25 dollars a month if I switched from Direct TV to ATnTs direct TV. She had to put the Direct T V new service in a fake name. She said she did it all the time and I wouldn’t have any problems. I now receive my direct tv bill in the name of Sue Scott. I never received one dollar in a discount for combining my direct TV and cell w ATnT. Then here’s the worst part of my nightmare. ON JULY 1 2018 I sent my son in to get him switched from TMobile to ATnT. Sheree knew my son and I were leaving to Ireland for a month. She promised I would receive a visa gift card for 650 to pay TMobile. I gave my son the T-Mobile bill and file I kept so she would have the info that day. We were in a hurry to catch our flights and she quoted us a fair travel price for both of us. I ended up w 2k in a bill for both my son and I. I settled it for 1k which was way more then we were quoted. I never received the 650 visa gift card to pay TMobile. I gave ATnT sheree my sons T-Mobile iPhone 6 also so I no longer have that phone. I now have a 995 dollar bill to TMobile and my credit score went down 10 points as T-Mobile put this on my credit report. I now am filing a small claims case for all of this as Sheree keeps lying and saying I waited to long to bring her my TMobile bill. My son walked in w the file so this is all a big fat lie and now I am naming Sheree in my small claims case which I filed at SM court. Do yourself a favor and go to Verizon. This company and there employer Sheree are so crooked. It’s all bout getting a new customer and that’s all they care about. SEE YOU IN COURT SHEREE sand ATNT

The store rep tested out an already-activated sim in my phone, and it functioned properly. Therefore, they said, the phone WILL work on ATT network. Based on that I paid for a new sim card, and prepaid unlimited.We booted up the device with the new sim, and it doesnt work. The store rep called tech support, and they said theres nothing wrong with the device, but it wont work on our network, you need to buy a new device. The store rep says sorry no refunds. He was like hey, at least we tested out a second sim card, free of charge. Now Im out $60, and 3 hrs that i will never get back. Disgusted.edit: for clarityupdate: After spending another hour on the phone with ATT Prepaid Cust Service, I WAS able to finally get a refund, because apparently we still live in a world with some semblance sanity and decency.Still very disappointed that the store reps wouldnt argue on our behalf, and get the job completed properly.And we are still out $5 for a non-usable sim card 🤦‍♂️

Terrible service! I went there to get my a new iPhone, I spent almost 2,5 hr, because their sistem were down. Then, next day my new phone didnt work, so I came back and spend another 2,5 hr because they lost all my info in their system. And Finally at the end of that month when I get my first bill, my bill were twice bigger. So I came back 3rd time and bought my phone and switched my plan to prepaid plan and guess what, they still charge me for the phone, which i bought. After a few month I am still dealing with this wrong bills etc. They are unprofessional, SPAMs..Stay away from the store and from AT&T.

Santa Monica Ocean Park store CA 90404 - Came in yesterday Nov 1st 2019 @ around 3:30pm the doors were LOCKED and no one was inside .....WHY? no store hours posted as all. If an employee needed to be away isnt there 2 or more staff members at any given time?
