I called them first and they advised me over the phone what to do till I could bring it in to them. They knew just what to do to free my computer from the hacker. They were very friendly and professional, explaining everything to me so that I could understand what needed to be done. Took a little longer than I has anticipated for them to get to it, but worth the wait for their excellent and trustworthy service. Now it runs fine.

This is by far the best iPhone repair shop I have been too over the last 10 years. Not only is the customer service great but they can handle the toughest of jobs! My phone was completely crushed and they got it fully functional again - somehow! Ive been to them two separate times over the course of having my iPhone and both times Ive had excellent service. And they are extremely kind and helpful.

I searched for trusted and affordable data recovery company. I found Santa Monica website. The service was great. I send my hard drive to them. They find out what the issue was, fixed the drive and recovered the files. I got my data back within a few days and send my files on a new drive for free. I definitely recommend Santa Monica.

Very Fast! The repair was done in 1:5 hours and it looks and works great. Couldnt beat the price either. I also really love the fact that they warranty the repair. The cheaper guys, when you have a problem give you the run around, not Santa Monica iPhone Repair, I know if I ever have a problem they will go out of there way to make it right. Extremely efficient, reliable and responsive, Santa answer all your questions very clearly and in no time. CROOKS! I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!! Unprofessional and complete lack of respect for customers. All of these reviews must be fake or paid. After some research, I found out that this company is not accredited by the Better Business Bureau and have multiple complaints filed against them. Ive been dealing with Bobby, Josh & Josh (if thats even their real name) at the Santa Monica location for the past 4 months regarding a returned IPhone 7 screen. The screen is NOT Apple certified and had a blue tint to it. Also, after it was replaced, I had to go back to the store because the censor was completely messed up due to the incompetence of a particular worker. Bobby (oops, his named slipped) kept telling me to wait a week or so and the phone would adjust to the screen which was a complete lie (other reviews say the same thing). The screen was so awful I ended up returning it and asking for my $144 back. Bobby and Josh said multiple times the bank credit went through after I returned the screen and it didnt. Josh, the owner, told me to pick up the money in cash a few times and never showed up and/or didnt have it. There are so many iPhone repair locations to choose from, please let me spare you the headache and do NOT go to Santa Monica IPhone, Encino IPhone Repair or Hollywood IPhone repair since they are all operated poorly by the same owners.

Josh lost my MacBook Air (it was stolen out of an employees car- allegedly a common thing that happens since they previously were robbed at their store) then refused to give me any money unless I signed a form saying I wouldnt yelp them. They are also unlicensed according to the department of consumer affairs and are being investigated.
