This is a small verizon store. The 2 employees there are always extremely helpful. If I have a problem with my phone or a question they try to resolve the problem. They are also courteous.

One person covering the whole store. Might want to evaluate this business model being one of the most expensive carriers.

The helpful guys here are doing their best under the constraints of the pandemic. It will be a 5-star place again when things open up again.

I think the person that was helping me is named billy. If not I’m sorry. Anyhow, I’ve been to this store twice and the service at this location is always 100 percent on point. The guys are always super nice and really helpful. I hate going into cell phone stores but this place always makes it really easy and as quick as possible. Thanks for the good service.

Amazing customer service! I was helped by the Assistant Manager - I came in with a fully broken iPhone and he was extremely patient and got the job done! He got my new phone up and running very quickly and it was overall a very good experience especially in the circumstances (broken phone + COVID times). Thank you!

Billy helped me today with my purchase of two new iPhones. This is all during the Epidemic: he was practicing safe distance, wearing gloves and mask! He also kept cleaning to help make me feel comfortable!He showed me the best way to get the best deal! Billy was beyond professional, kind, respectful and most importantly helpful!I will def. go back to this location and make sure to ask for Billy!

Jose helped me upgrade my iPhone. While the process takes about 45 minutes, Jose did a great job of keeping the time to a minimum. The staff was friendly, the store was new, there was no waiting around, and they had many products in stock. While they did sell me a couple of extra gadgets, like a charging plate, I believe they were just letting me know that I could get those products at a bargain since I was buying a new phone. Overall a very good experience. These guys are really trying to do an excellent job with the customer service.

Verizon left one man alone in the store as another one called in that day. He had to take a break so the store was closed for a half hour at 2:30. He was very nice and helpful when I returned. Unfortunately Verizon didn’t activate my new phone when I got home and transferred all the information. Very disappointing.

The gentleman that assisted me in purchasing 2 phones and a tablet were very helpful and informative about Verizon products. I definitely recommend the store on Main Street in Santa Monica. Courtesy plus. 5 Star.

These guys sold us us a new line + sparkling new iPhone last year with the buy one get one deal. They were helpful and nice in the store and then we NEVER got any of the money back and have been paying full price to Verizon for the new phone, month after month for more than a year. Several phone calls later to the store and to Verizon and still no discount or money back, just endless red tape and time wasting. The store + Verizon still owes us over $700 back for the phone that was supposed to be buy one get one free. Buyer beware...

This is a great store. They have a very good selection and the customer service was excellent. LaFay helped me switch over from another carrier and select new phones for my whole family. He was incredibly patient, helped us set up the new phones and even installed the glass screen protectors on the phones for us. When there were a few problems changing over from the old carrier, he was very patient and solved everything. I highly recommend them.

Not all experiences are the same even when it’s the same company but the crew at the Verizon store on Main Street in Santa Monica were as good as it gets. Helpful, honest and knowledgeable. So happy it’s so close to where I live as well. Cheers

AVOID THIS STORE!!THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND NOT TELL YOU ABOUT ANY CURRENT DEALS OR OFFERS BY VERIZON. THEY ARE A PRIVATELY OWNED STORE NOT A VERIZON STORE.Mathew the salesman at this store sold me two phones in 3 months offered no deal, although there was a bunch of deals I found out shortly after I left.I asked him to add insurance on my first purchase in June 2018 of a Galaxy 9+ for over a $1,000 with phone case and accessories. He did not add the insurance as I asked him to do.I found out later when I broke the screen on my Galaxy 9 Plus. I went in to ask him about the insurance and what was the best thing to do. He tells me I did not have insurance.I am 100% certain I had him asked him to add the insurance to my purchase.He continues to sell me a new phone. He tells me I did not have insurance on that Galaxy 9 Plus, which I am 100% sure I asked him to add the Insurance to my new phone, because i had just broken my previous phone with no insurance.He continues with the sale and tells me he would get me a great deal on a Galaxy Note 9.At the time, this phone had just hit the market, September 2018.Again, I spend a $1,000 because he forgot to add the Insurance to my purchase.After I leave feeling like I got a decent deal on my new Galaxy Note 9.After I made the purchase, I look online because a friend mentioned a New Offer from Verizon on the Galaxy Note 9.Sure enough, they are offering, BUY ONE GET ONE FREE.THIS SALESMAN MATHEW DID NOT ONLY NOT OFFER ME ANY DEAL OR MENTION ABOUT THE BUY ONE GET ONE FREE OFFER.HE DIDNT EVEN OFFER TO TAKE MY OTHER PHONE AS A TRADE IN WHICH WAS ALSO A OPTION I LATER FOUND OUT.NEVER ADDED INSURANCE AS I ASKED HIM TO DO ON MY FIRST PURCHASE AT THIS STORE IN JUNE 2018.I later find out that this store is not a Verizon store but a Private Retailer.Do not waste your time shopping at this store. You will get ripped off and he will smile and tell you he is getting you the best deal out there.WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE WITH PURCHASING A NEW CELL PHONE.DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE.

LaFay was very good at letting me know my options. And we came to a price point and phone type that suited me. Glad the time I was there was slow so he could focus on my replacement problem.He was great. But Verizion really extracts considerable money if you need to replace your phone. Have paid for a couple of years of insurance. Have to pay the deductible on the loss, and the refurbished or new phone has a still high cost! Lets just say the insurance is very little help in replacing your phone.

Every time I go in this store the staff is so helpful and knowledgeable. Billy and La Fay are awesome and really helped me with my phone after it took an unnecessary swim! The store is not crowded like a lot of others so not a long wait time and the parking is easy

Awesome service at this location. The staff here are knowledgable and helpful and there was little to no waiting time. I had some old things on my contract that they cleaned up and when I left, my monthly bill was lower. Tons of parking right behind the building or on the street in front. Easy to get in and out Quickly.

Bought a case that broke within 6 months. When I called for the receipt to claim the warranty, they said there’s no way for them to send it to me (apparently the Verizon Wireless store doesn’t have access to phones or the internet). Great customer service.

I walked in this store, being new, and with more attractive parking options than others. I was helped right away at 615pm by BILL. About 40 minutes later I was out the door with a new S9 and accessories. I had had the same phone for 6 years and it finally was time but I was not expecting a fun time waiting and being treated like a number. Big surprise here. Bill was super helpful, went out of his way at extra cost of his time to make suggestions, to transfer my data with care and extra steps, and top it off he is just a really nice guy. If he is not the manager he should be one and I cannot say Ive had a better retail experience in years. If you are used to poor expectation I had and want a change... go see Bill at this fine new store and share your experience too.
