I love love love the brand, and am a proud RCC member. I still can’t get over the prices though. The coffee is on point, and is probably the best deal there.

Disappointed. They dont have my size available in store. Being the only store in town, they should carry enough stocks. But no....none available. Inventory departments fault Pointless going to this store to get what you need. Just go online.... Not worth the trip. Wasted floor space and not much to see here.

Went with my friend. Sara(h) helped us out and was very patient with us. Went in for a bib walked out with multiple items. Expensive but nice quality.

A must visit for cyclists in Los Angeles, especially those into racing and coffee. Highly recommend becoming a member. The staff will tell you why it’s great, but not put any extreme pressure on you to join, because “You’ll know when you’re ready”.

Great brand. Great products. Horrendous store clerks in the LA SM store. Condescending and rude. Wish I never went to this store. I spent over a grand here in 20mins and they treated me poorly. Just left a bitter taste.

Dropped by to take a look at some all around shoes for walking & hiking and tried on six different pairs. The sales rep was informative and was helpful. I didnt end up buying anything but have a good idea what Ill be looking for on a future date.

So lucky to have a clubhouse in LA. They know how to make a good coffee and know their cycling. Have been in twice and already several staff members recognize me. High end kit for those who appreciate the attention to quality and details Rapha is known for. Excellent staff that know their brand and how to create a great customer experience.

Amazing Coffee! While this is not a bike shop per se, though they do sell clothing for cyclists. It is a clubhouse for a bike club and is open to the public. The cafe makes some stellar caffeinated concoctions as well as small bites. Do yourself a favor and stop in.

Not great and I really didn’t like the feel I got from the staff ... I’m a big guy (not fat)and felt they were not being helpful on the sizing and felt like they were kinda trying to embarrass me.... really 🤷🏽‍♂️! Stuff is nice enough but I’m not sure I’d ever be cool enough or they’ll ever have bigger sizes.

The Rapha Clubhouse is definitely a hidden gem near the promenade. Ive been here a few times to work from the cafe - its bright and the coffee is good. Plus everyone there was helpful and friendly

Good coffee and place to hangout. Had to air my tire after fixing a flat and they had a floor pump. Love this place!

Note that I’m rating this place as a coffee shop, not as a bike shop.Vibe is a little weird if you’re not into biking as that is their primary business and the staff along with much of the clientele are very enthusiastic about it, but the coffee is amazing and the people are nice.

Great store and friendly staff.I’ve been a fan and user of Rapha products for seemingly 10 years - I have and still use everything that I’ve purchased. Not all kits are made the same, and Rapha’s kits are top-notch!

Friendly staff. Great environment to enjoy a race and a coffee. But only had corn muffins for cake. Thumbs down.

Great place if youre a cyclist. Love coming here to hang out with the crew and watch the grand tours.

The shops nice, a pleasant place to shop or get a mid ride cup o joe. selection is good, and the atmosphere is welcoming. staff was friendly and theres always a race on screen. cool spot for sure.im docking a star cuz they simply werent ready for the holidays. i dont know if its growing pains or what, but they werent stocked with gift boxes in december?!? seems like a minor thing until you realize that other retail shops (never mind one that like to brand itself as a luxury item) have been ready since before thanksgiving.fwiw, they are now stocked and ready with holiday tissue, which is fine. but really the question is retail or online. with their online shop, you can get the same products, perhaps better size/color selection, gift wrapping, and no parking hassle. when you consider that, their online store is a better option.as a cyclist friendly spot tho, these clubhouses are great.
