When I first met Dr.Cooper I was told by my ophthalmologist at the time that I would need surgery because I was having such difficulty trying to accomplish mono-vision with my contact lenses. Dr.Cooper worked closely with me to ensure perfected my vision without the surgery. I have my whole family seeing her now!

After every visit, I always understand any issues with my eyes and options for correction or other treatments (e.g. dry eye). I am impressed that she continually upgrades her equipment to provide state of the art assessments that you would expect to find at a UCLA facility. I also purchased my frames and lenses in her eye shop which offers current trends. I received excellent service and support from her associate who handled all the insurance details.

Dr. Tran was knowledgeable, and I am so confident in her abilities that I look forward to bringing in my own kid for a checkup from her. My experience buying eyeglasses was the best of my entire life, and if you can afford it I encourage you to try it out. Even though I paid double from Costco, Coopers selection of frames was unparalleled. Emma, the super optician, gave me over a dozen to try on, and almost all fit properly. With a flat nose, I never have that kind of success at Costco. Now eagerly awaiting pickup of glasses.

This office is the best—doctors always running on time, appointment booking is easy, and great follow-up. Offer a nice selection of frames on site, the team is really good at finding frames that work for your face shape. Easy, friendly, great experience all around.

Everyone here is very nice and professional. I was pleasantly surprised to find that I would not need pupil dilation (my least favorite part of eye exams) because they have a new fancy pants machine that takes a high res photo of your retina instead! They are great here— highly recommend.

Dr. Cooper and her staff are friendly and professional.You can opt for eye mapping and avoid dilation. I found her glaucoma test less unpleasant and appreciated that she made a test frame for me to try. It was a very good visit!

Dr.Cooper, her staff, and even the office were all amazing! The office is super nice and tidy, it makes you feel so homey even though it’s an office. The staff and Dr.Cooper were super friendly through the entire process. Dr.Cooper explained everything to me through the entire process and even showed me the x-ray thingy of my eye. She educated me with all sorts of cool eye health info (It was super cool btw) because obviously I had no idea what I was looking at. Dr.Cooper is sooooooo knowledgeable and professional yet totally down to earth and humble, she was such a pleasure to work with and I’m definitely coming back here for my next exam!

Dr. Cooper is absolutely amazing. The office is super clean and the staff are so nice and friendly. Making an appointment is extremely easy and I usually get seen within a week. I never have to wait more than a minute to get seen my Dr. Cooper. And even when I had to come in for an emergency when my eye swelled up, they were able to fit me in same day. Dr. Cooper is so nice, quick and knowledgable, and definitely does whats best for the patient. And they also have a wide variety of glasses to choose from which is convenient. Highly recommend!!!

Cooper and Chung were prepared for me; they had read my chart and were familiar with my medical history. I felt very cared-for, and had enough time to ask questions and have all the necessary tests. Cooper Optometry is the BEST place of professional, elegant and comfortable service I have ever received! I have worn glasses since the age of three and contacts since high school (over 50 yrs!). Dr. Donna Cooper is exceptionally professional and knows her stuff! The office crew are amazingly helpful and efficient. They have new equipment for testing the health of your eyes and more! High fashion designer frames and attractive affordable frames, too. Even if you have perfect vision, go to have your eye health tested, you wont be disappointed.

I was very happy with the service and particularly with the zero-pressure approach to sales of eyeglasses. Sometimes I just want to get my prescription and take it to Zenni or some other online place and they were fine with that. That said, their frame selection is very good and seems priced very reasonably, so I might buy frames with them next time.Also, its worth noting that they are very careful around covid precautions. That was definitely a plus as well.

Dr. Cooper is extremely knowledgeable keeping up with all the latest research. She gave me excellent recommendations as to what eye drops to use and why some eye drops arent good for you. She showed me the pictures of the inside of my eye and explained everything in detail. She is super nice and upbeat. She works really well with kids too. She also tries to save you money and isnt trying to sell you things you dont need or are too expensive. She is very honest and you can tell she really loves her job.

Going to see a doctor can be an intimidating experience. But Dr. Donna Cooper makes the patient feel comfortable and well taken care of with her friendly, calm and professional interactions. The eye equipment she used is new and updated. She calmly takes you through each step and makes it easy to follow her directions. She is very patient with you so one does not feel rushed through the examination. She figured out why I had bad night vision and now I can see clearly! Out of all the optometrists Ive been to, she gave me the most thorough examination. I highly recommend her!

Dr. Cooper took over the office of my previous optometry team. (Drs John and Terri Stibel). I had been seeing them for many years. I was fearful of transitioning to a new optometrist and wasnt sure what to expect. Dr. Cooper surpassed all expectations. First of all she updated the office very nicely. She also has a wonderful chair-side manner and sense of humor. Her exam was thorough and she is knowledgeable, attentive, and caring.
