Daniel helped me out big time! I had some old prescription lenses I needed to switch out for the original lenses with a vintage, classic Persol frame. There was no guarantee that the frames would be the same again, but Daniel made them fit even better, and I got the lenses I wanted into the frames again. Great job, thank you!

I hadnt been to LensCrafters in years. I went down to the Santa Monica store...great evening hours, btw....when my usual place couldnt accommodate my increased prism/progressive prescription. I met with Jasmin who was terrific! She helped me find the best frames, on sale and also educated me about the whole process so I could determine the best visual ranges for my complex prescription. She was personable, knowledgeable and professional. Thank you, Jasmin!

Dimitri helped me out as soon as i came into the store and got my glasses quickly. Then he made a quick adjustment and fit perfectly. All in all it was quick, easy and friendly.

I purchased glass at LensCrafters had them adjusted three times but the glasses never fit correctly. They tried everything to get them comfortable but no luck they just hurt when wearing them. I was over the thirty day limit to exchange the glasses for different glasses, thought Id have to pay for new glasses. The store manager Nicole looked at my account ( past purchases) Ive never returned anything she made an exception told me to pick out a new pair to exchange. Went to get my glasses adjusted and they did it for free even though I didnt purchase them there. make sure you tell them exactly how you want to have your glasses adjusted so they can properly do it with the heat element they have there

I had a wonderful experience at the Santa Monica location. Nichole and Kierran were both so helpful. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and helped right away. I felt very safe in the store. Everyone had their mask on and they had hand sanitizers everywhere. Frames that customers had tried on were placed on the counter and sanitized before put back on the shelf. They gave me my space and I was able to shop at my own pace but they were available when I needed service. I was going to get some lenses put into a pair of old frames but they had a promotion going where I was able to get an amazing “Gucci” upgrade with discounted lenses. Overall, a great experience and it’s why I keep on coming back!

The employees are extremely friendly and courteous. I think they may be understaffed right now. We spent over 2.5 hours in the store with our eye exam and ordering our new glasses. We already had the frames, so it wasnt because we couldnt decide. It could be more efficient and I hope they hire more people. Overall, the employees do the best they can.

I entered the Santa Monica LensCrafters with a pair of tinted prescription reading glasses I had purchased at the Culver City location (located in a mall) during the height of the COVID pandemic. I was never able to read with those glasses but because of COVID, I didn’t return to the mall. Today, I took the glasses to the Santa Monica LensCrafters where I learned that the glasses I purchased had no prescription, which was why couldn’t see through them (they were just clear glass that had been tinted). The Customer Service at the Santa Monica location is terrific and they made every effort to provide me with the correct prescription and tint I had originally paid for. Thank you Santa Monica LensCrafters!

Visiting from out of town.I had my belongings stolen including my eyeglasses and wallet. I had no means to see anything. Tried to buy new glasses however they currently don’t support Apple Pay.They gave me a few sets of daily disposables which is a lifesaver considering tomorrow I have a 6 hr drive back to Northern California and I had no means to see anything.

Went to get a frame adjusted we got a year ago. The lens popped out and she replaced it, tightened up frame cheerfully at no charge.

Everyone was really nice and professional. It’s funny to read everyone’s posts on their bad experience (it’s obvious those individuals are super high maintenance and entitled). On the contrary, everyone was willing to help and doing their best to help me with my needs. I will be referring my friend’s and family to this location.
