Was really disappointed. Had a reservation to pick up a trencher on Friday afternoon for a one day Saturday rental of a trencher and several people coming to help wire power for a garage. It was Memorial Day weekend so asked if they were open Monday so I could bring back and they said yes. When time to pick up I was told they just received notice that they were going to be off now on Memorial Day and would need to charge me a 2 day rental. I asked them to reconsider since I would not put more than 2 hours on the machine but they refused to honor my one day rental. Had me scrambling to find a trencher at the last minute on a Friday before everyone closed. Luckily I was able to find one elsewhere but had to drive an hour to get it. I’ve rented several things from here but this did it for me. Just seemed like it could have been handled better than telling me late on Friday that they needed to charge double because they were now off.

Fast service. Great prices. Sorry I forgot her name, but the woman working the counter and showroom was very nice and helpful.

Service request started out just fine with congenial and proper business type communication but the repair request was refused. When questioning the refusal for repair, comments became defensive and sharp. No problem another local shop took care of the need like there was nothing to it. Got a new enhanced since of direction.

Equipment worked fine no problem. When tried to return got a real bad attitude from gal working there about topping off fuel. She had a real her against me attitude. Next time will go to some other rental place hoping for better service.

The people here are always really helpful and they have tons of used equipment to choose from. Plus, new lawn and garden equipment to buy. They have a few nice sales a couple times a year.
