Jason Andrews is one of the most helpful guys youll find at any hardware store in the nation. If you dont believe me, go ask for him by name... Hell take care of you - period. Also, hes one of the top grillmen in the South (which means North too by default). He keeps an extensive amount of grilling goods and grilling accessories available year-round.

Drove 55 miles to buy a griddle and it was well worth the trip! Awesome service! The young man loaded our griddle into our car and was very friendly and helpful!

I pulled up to this place 6 minutes until closing today, and I understand that it was 6 minutes until closing but still… the lady met me at the door and asked what I needed, I said all I needed was 1 thing for my grill, she told me to go on in. Another young man met me at the door acting as if he wasn’t going to let me in, I motioned past him…again…6 minutes until closing. He the preceded to turn the lights out on me while I was looking for my 1 item which only delayed me getting out of the store and causes me to have to ask for help. I’m a small business owner, and I only leave this review so the owner would see it bc if this lack of customer service happened in my business I would want to know about it. Btw, I was out of the store 3 minutes til closing.

Prices are certainly high but this is the only hardware store in the area so it is at least nice to have an option when in a bind.

Good local hardware store ran by great people

This place has turned into one of my favorite places to shop. They have tons of stuff inside, gas and propane outside, a huge lumberyard with tons of inventory and an amazing selection of some of the best grills and outdoor cooking supplies anywhere in Mobile.

I bought an electrical panel for a pole A roll of outdoor underground wire and a electrical panel for the inside of my little house I’ve change my mind and I’m moving back to Michigan went to return them today with the receipts & nothing has been opened nothing has been used nothing and they wouldn’t return them I have never heard of such a thing especially when you have the receipt I spent $700 there that week and they’re going to treat a customer like that that is ridiculous if I was staying here I would never shop there again that’s called greed ....

I walked in for the first time and multiple employees were right there at the front. They all said hello or asked me how I was doing or if I needed help. I said I needed a specific drill bit for a specific tool and every one of those employees told me exactly where to find it. Which side of which aisle and halfway down about knee high, etc. Those are employees that care about their store and their customers in equal measure and Im more than happy to drive out of my way to shop here. They also have damn near everything you could ever need and that doesnt hurt, either.

Love this place. People are super friendly go out of the way to help. I will get anything I can from here before I go to lowes or another box store. Service is the best

Its the go to place for Traeger, Big Green Egg, and Komodo Joe grills and accessories. Jason and the crew are always quick to help out, they always have what you need and good for a conversation about smoking grilling or what ever your into.

Ive visited quit often the guys that work the floor are always very nice and helpful but some of the ladys that work the front dont seem to be very friendly or engaging they make you feel uncomfortable like you dont be long there so.... thats why the 3 stars
