Very rude employee by the name of Shasta. Went to inform her about a dead chick and she just stared at me with a blank expression. Went to checkout and she’s the cashier, I just politely let her know my bag of dog food had a 25% off sticker. She very rudely said she already got it. Needs to work on her people skills. Will not return.

I had a fantastic experience, I needed to find some food for my pet catfish, Harold, and this guy Jackson came and helped me out, I’m useless, Jackson was the single nicest person I’ve ever met working any retail outlet he was very nice and professional I will be a for sure repeat costumer because of him my only regret was not taking a selfie with him to celebrate his sensational service

This is my favorite store in Saraland!But mainly because...I love love lovvvvve the sweet lady who works the register 💕 I truly wish I knew her name because she is the sweetest blessing in there and she doesn’t know a stranger... we always tell each other we love one another when leaving! She always helps me with making sure I GET THE BEST PRICE ON ANYTHING I COME IN FOR. I use to come in all the time for dog food but we switched to chewy and after today ... Dont order anything online that says its in stock for store pickup because its never actually in stock for store pickup...

Cashier was pleasant and nice, however, no one greeted me upon walking into the store. The store was clean and organized. Great clearance prices. Overall good experience. Just got to work on the greet.

They have a little bit of everything, from different kinds of feed for animals, clothes, toys, things for the farm-tractor-auto & home.

You should list on your website that you do not refill propane after 5pm. I drove across town from my campsite only to find out services wasnt offered after 5pm.

I always love shopping here, they have what I need and what I want. lol The staff is friendly and helpful. If we ask a question and he/she cant answer, they will find someone who can help. Im thankful they are building more stores in the cities surrounding us. 2 years ago my husband got All of my Christmas gifts from them and it was perfect! They also have toys for children. Great place to shop. I highly recommend.

Their a tiny bit high on some items but the convenience is outstanding! And most of the time they have exactly what I need to get the job done

For the camper, hunter, fisherman, gardening enthusiastic, or your average shade tree mechanic will all see this store as a breath of fresh air. While Im sure they dont carry every brand or have all imaginable gadgets at their disposal, Id be willing to bet you can find enough stuff in one of their stores to accomplish practically anything an extremely active imagination can dream up. If ya get stumped for ideas just ask the staff there. Theyre very knowledgeable and helpful in a wide array of things.

Love the employees and have became good friends with them, know the store decently well, it stays clean, and they are happy to help you with locating products to loading supplies and feed. Child and pet friendly. (Ive even seen a pet pig in there) and some of them know and have livestock and can find the best thing that they have for you needs

The lady at the front was so sweet & nice. You dont have very large men clothes........size 3xLT (tall) & size 48 waist for any jeans or tan pants. The shirts need to be a tall because by the time it goes around someone it had taken up space & then its too short.

Stocked up on chicken supplies and customer service was fantastic! They put the heavy bags in my cart and in my car. In and out in about 15 minutes. Excellent prices too.

Esp saraland ..got the email the merch was at the store...their computer said it wasnt! I was asked to check back later in the week! Dont u think u shouldve been on the phone to see where it was at? First call lady was polite and asked me to hold, someone hung up her phone.Second call phone was picked up and sat down for over three minutes with no answer just could hear people talking I the background. A good company Knowledgeable sales associates but the management at the Saraland store leaves a lot to be desired. She is rude not very helpful or knowledgeable.

We were looking for a log splitter, we were ask if we needed help right away. The young man that worked there helped load it on the cart, then helped get it in the truck. The cashier was friendly and nice.

My husband and I have been to the Saraland location multiple time to get a refill in all of our propane container. We have four of them. Each time there was an excuse about filling it. Todays excuse (Monday), its cloudy. I fill that if your not going to sell it that you should not advertise that you do.

Larger than the small town store Im used to. A lot more variety in brands available. Friendly service .

Have to have help with big bags of catfood and he was the best yet. 4Health grain-free 16 lb. @ $19.99 w probiotics. Cashier forgot rewards (again), but happily remedied. Picked up hydrangea and butterfly bush starter balls for $1.

Dont expect alot from the staff. They have zero training, the manager is disinterested in improving his staff. They have no ability to see what is coming into there inventory and no interest in special ordering.

Very busy, good response time. I ordered a Whataburger meal at breakfast rush time. Fifth car back and only had a short wait.

They didnt have what i was looking for on the shelf. When i saw an associate I asked them if they carry the product.he stated yes, they just got it in and havent changed the layout since it is new. He walked to the warehouse and brought it tp the register for me.Great customer service.

We got help to buy tires for the lawnmower we bought there a year and a half ago and they sold us the wrong ones. They tried but nobody working there knew anything about the lawnmower that they sale

Its like playing craps driving over to get propane tanks filled if it rains they cant fill them if its getting dark they cant fill them and the new one for today was oh know we had thunder at 10:20 and if we dont have anymore thunder they could start back filling at 11:05. My question is what does thunder have to do with it I pulled up WeatherBug and the closest lighting strike was 31 miles away just gets aggervating when a company puts a person in charge that has no common sense what so ever but oh well road down the road to a service station and got them filled cost a little more but at least I have propane. Gave this store over here in Saraland I checked the weather before I left the house and it was all clear so I loaded tanks and drove over only to arrive and find out they dont fill tanks on Sunday now so this store will no longer get any of my business and its this store I travel all over the country for work and this is the only tractor supply store that has one reason or another they cant fill propane corporate really needs to look into the management they have running this store.

If you are going to offer propane refills, dont always make the customer wait up to 20 minutes for some help. The excuse is always that they only have one person that can do it

I frequently purchase pet food at the Saraland store because they usually have the one I want. However there have been several times that Ive tried to inquire about other things such as gates and insecticides and the employees are ALWAYS rude.

This is my favorite store.I live on a 20 acre homestead and they have everything I need from welding rods to chicken feed.
