I went to 3 Magnum ebike dealers to try to get my Magnum Peak repaired and E-Bikes and Cycles was the only one who had the correct controller. They are smart and they stock parts. Very friendly family run operation. Their mechanic is excellent as is their service. This will be the first bike shop I go to in the future. Highly recommended.

I was in the area for a couple of months and was in need of a new hitch rack before returning home. I knew the rack I wanted (Küat), and saw that E Bikes and Cycles was the closest dealer to me. When I called to inquire about their stock, Leslie was super friendly and informed me that they were expecting a restock within the next month or so. She took my contact info and said they would call me as soon as the new stock arrived. Sure enough, a month later, Russ contacted me and said he would be happy to help me install the rack and show me all the features. I was impressed by the shop and the professionalism shown to me by Leslie and Russ. It was a wonderful experience and I love my new rack! Highly recommended shop! I have a classic 1981 Miyata 610. Which I bought brand new. So I’ve had it nearly 40 years. I need a new rim and tire. I discovered the other two bike shops in West Bradenton are no longer. So I googled mapped bike shops and to my delight I found E bikes Ad Cycles. It’s a family run business. Father and Mother plus an adult son. All were very professional and knowledgeable. They are well-stocked and I was able to walk in and a little while later walk out with that new rim and tire installed on my classic bike. it was even tuneup without an extra charge. Awesome I found a new bicycle store. I highly recommend them

I got my very 1st e-bike here and love it. Mine is the Electric Bike Company Model M and it fits me perfectly. I’m on my first trip and excited about plans to ride in Cades Cove in the Smokies but when taking my bike off the rack notice the display is ruined by rain or something in transit (I’ve been assured this is not common). Panicking, I called E-Bikes and Cycles. Brice and Leslie are amazing. They did not have one in stock but contacted the manufacturer in California and had a new display expedited to me at my RV Resort. I received it today and am set for “bikes only” Wednesday through the cove. You guys are the epitome of customer service and have earned my loyalty. Thank you so much!

I broke a bearing on the front wheel of my bike. First shop I visited returned wheel assembly after 10 days with 2 broken bearings. Found E-Bikes And Cycles on line, they were fantastic. I just stopped in on a Thursday afternoon, everyone was great. Young lady checked on me as I exited car (she was outside), had the Technician/Mechanic come over as soon as he was free, he had it fixed quickly and efficiently. Took less the 45 minutes from time I arrived in the parking lot. Price was more than fair. I have a new best bike shop.

I came in to get for a question about my bike. They noticed I had some loose bearings on a tire and fixed me up so I could make it home safely. From my experience they were very nice and didn’t mind silly questions about there e-bikes. 5 stars from me!

Stopped there after hitting a pothole on my electric bike on the highway they took off the rim and bent it back as good as they could so I could at least make it home on my bike was going to pay and they said dont worry about it only took him a few minutes was able to make it homethanks

Brought in an eBike made by a very unknown company. The shop owner went beyond what he was required to get it up and running for daily use. Even helped me get back home due to battery issues I was having.Definitely is willing to do more DIY repairs than most bike shops will be willing to try and very friendly for custom builds. Prices are also extremely fair, theres no reason for me to look for another shop.Any eBike enthusiasts in Sarasota should visit this place, especially if you have an eBike from a company without their own physical store/location.
