Right away I was greeted by the young man with tattoos (I’m sorry I forgot your name) he was extremely helpful and friendly. He even stopped assembling a bike to assist me in finding a pair of shoes that fit great! The store seemed understaffed and I could tell he was busy but he took his time with me and was very knowledgeable

Neat, pleasant and well stocked. Came in for a small part for my kid’s bike. After a few minutes of looking for the part, the employee or owner refused to charge me. Although it was just a regular axle nut, this type of generosity is rarely seen in bike shops these days.Hopefully will have a chance to come back and actually be charged for something.

Kinda expensive, but the service is great and I felt welcomed.
