AAP industrial was a true lifesaver for me. My capacitor went out on my AC unit in the middle of July! It just so happened it was a Sunday. Monday morning I called AAP and spoke with Todd and he had the capacitor I needed in stock. It was $20 less than Grainger and the same price as a Chinese made unit from Amazon prime. When I arrived, his technician George tested my old capacitor for me at no charge to confirm it was faulty. Needless to say I was very impressed. My air-conditioning company would’ve charged me $350 for a Sunday service call and capacitor replacement. For less than $50 I was able to do it with the help of AAP. I highly recommend them for any of your electrical/motor pump repair needs. Some small businesses say they cannot compete with Amazon. Todd and the staff at AAP are proof that you can not only compete, but far exceed them through customer service and human connection. Had their generator salesman Mike come and take a look at our proposed install. He asked for a survey, which was sent to him, along with a question about the install location and never heard back from him!!! Emailed and called but no response over about two weeks waiting for the quote he promised. Spoke to his office and he was definitely at work. Just terrible customer service, so we went elsewhere because if thats their sales service, goodness only knows what their other service is like!

Staff is always fantastic here! Very friendly, and always looking to go above and beyond for customers. Todd helped me out with some AC questions, got me the right part, and got me some brownie points at home after I got the AC back up and running! We have a standby generator for our home and have had a contract with AAP for maintenance for years. Our generator was serviced in June 2017. My husband checked the oil yesterday and the generator was operable. Now, 2 days before a major hurricane is about to hit, our generator would not start. AAP refused to come out to help us. We replaced the battery and it would still not work. We finally found an electrician to look at it for us and he discovered that AAP had put a 7.5 amp fuse in the generator where there was supposed to be a 15 amp fuse. So, because of AAPs lousy maintenance our generator became inoperable when we need it most. Also, Mike who answered the phone was nasty, asking why we waited to check our generator? As I said, we checked it yesterday and it was operable then. Now were scrambling to find a 15 amp fuse. We will NEVER use AAP again. Theyre happy to take your money for routine maintenance but dont care and arent there when their loyal customers really need them.
