I would never trust anyone Who would marry a man and let him pistol whip their dog of 13 years, and shoot a gun in the company that they own, while driving down the road, and threaten to kill them and their stepson, and destroy the lives of so many people that they care about, and in the very next crazy breath, bond him out of jail and put him back to work in this company to risk the lives of her trusted employees and family!! She is in need of psychiatric treatment!!! I question Mr. Jeffries mental health as well.๐ณ to even stand in their presence is a dangerous decision. I wouldnโt advise such!!!

I was a maintenance supervisor for a school, and every time I went there they would have the part I was looking for. They have an array of different parts . I worked on the schools 37 a/c units and Mader always had the parts in stock that I needed. And the people at the service counter are always helpful and friendly. Ive been going there for years. I highly recommend Mader Electric.
Leon was very helpful with technical information and recommendations associated with motor and switch issues.however, the professionalism is compromised by the presence of dogs on counters and the likelihood of being bit....as I was upon entering the showroom. It might be best to remove the dogs from the premises.
They are awesome, each time that I need something, they have it or get it with professional way.

Incredibly frustrating experience here.I called and asked if they had the ability to remove a generator from a trailer for me. No repairs needed I just needed the generator out of the trailer.I was told thatโs t a super easy job, they do it all the time and to bring it in, this was Thursday August 2.Guy I spoke with originally was nice and said he would call me later that day or the next with a estimate.I called back Monday the 5th after not hearing anything, they told me the guy that does the work only works tuesdays and Thursdays and he would be in to look it. A little aggravated I said okay, but thatโs something they should have told me up front.I called back Thursday the 8th after again, Not getting a call back. At this point the lady that answered the phone had no idea what was going on and said Karen would call me the next day (aug 9th) and explain.Guess what, Karen didnโt call me back the next day. (Aug 9th)I then called AGAIN Monday the 12th, got the run around from the front office, I had to ask specifically to talk to Karen, I did, she then told me there was a death in the family of one of the techs and thatโs why it hasnt been looked at. (apparently only one guy works there).Finally they called me for a change, (aug 13) they needed my keys, I promptly dropped them off and the tech asked what was wrong with the generator (ARE YOU SERIOUS? All this and they donโt even know what I need done? I simply just need the generator pulled) once I explained to the tech what needed to be done he threw his arms up and said โthatโs a lot of work, who said we would do thatโ. (As you can assume my confidence in this company is quickly declining, but itโs been there for over a week now I need the job done, yesterday.) Anyway, they say they can do it so I leave them to it.I call back yet again Thursday (aug 15) absolutely nobody yet again knows whatโs going on. I get Karenโs personal number she says she will call me back in 10 minutes, 30 minutes went by (no call) so I drove over to mader and pull around to my equipment, suddenly two people come running out to my trailer and Karen is explaining to yet ANOTHER tech, whatโs needs to be done to the trailer. (Youโve got to be kidding me). She says theyโll get it done right away, but Iโve heard that for officially two weeks now, Iโm done. I tell them not to worry with it anymore and I pick up my equipment and leave.TWO WEEKS went by and nobody had done a single thing to the equipment, nobody even knew what was going on. Each day my equipment is down Iโm losing serious money, this was unacceptable from every angle.Iโve kept my cool through the entire process and was courteous because I canโt blame just one person, this was a fail by the entire mader staff.Think twice and get deadlines before using this company.
