I pre paid the understandable and reasonable $60 pump repair assessment/inspection fee. When I recieved the quote to repair it the cost was nearly same price of a new pump. When I declined repair and returned to pick up the damaged pump I was charged an additional $245 because of the extra time it took to assess/inspect it.

The receptionist is a little curt. However, the staff were terrific. Mr. Romanov quickly understood the problem and technician Mike fixed my motor in a very professional manner.A+++. Thanks EMS!
