I had a challenging task of not a total move but moving items from my mom who recently passed to my home. From explaining this to the office to the movers all went seamless. The gentlemen who did the move where wonderful expecially under the circumstances. Great Job dine by all!

Then . . .Hard working friendly crew arrived on time, worked efficiently and completed job above expectations and in-line with estimate. Sheldon and DeAndre were my movers and they were on time, very nice/professional and quick. They were very respectful to not only me but to my belongings. They were careful and considerate. They worked very hard and got everything done before the allotted time schedule which saved me money. I would definitely recommend them and will use them for my next move.

From the start to finish we were exceptionally impressed except for 1 thing. Our movers were not masked and did not ask us if we would prefer them to do so especially since we were.In normal times I would rate them 5 stars but for this reason.

We were very happy with Two men and a Truck. Harrison and Jamie were very helpful and professional. Brian came out and reviewed our move with us. He made us feel at ease about an out of state move. But David and Stephen were the stars. They were courteous, hard-working, timely and very accommodating with information requested. They were to be there at 8:30 to 9:30 and got there early and they delivered within the allotted time. They were very careful with our stuff and with doors and walls. They were excellent throughout the process. If you are moving out of state or across the city give them a call. You will be happy you did.

Its hard to imagine that you can hire a company to help you move and they not only help you estimate the amount of time accurately but send out a team of movers that really care about every detail of the move, willing to go above and beyond to make sure your personal belongings are handled and placed with the utmost care. Im calling no one else from now on.

Starting with the office staff, scheduling the move was easy and they called 2 days before the move to confirm everything. On the day of the move, the 2 movers, Ricky and D Andre, were professional, polite, friendly, proficient, and were careful to wrap all furniture and secure all boxes. They worked swiftly and got everything done 1 hour less than originally quoted.

The men called 20 min before their arrival which was on time. Worked very quickly and professionally. They were mindful of my furniture and pictures.I would definitely use them again

WORST MOVING EXPERIENCE EVER! Team damaged EVERY PIECE of furniture they moved. It looks like they dragged my belongings across a paved parking lot, and they take NO responsibility for their actions. I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this company as they came highly recommended. Too many photos to post, but I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS with this particular franchise and WILL NEVER RECOMMEND them to anyone.

Tron and Zackery (Jacksonville location) were great rookies that took direction from the other more senior employees to ensure our items were properly handled. Angel and Brendon (Sarasota location) packed up our full house quickly, professionally and with care. Angel and Andrew (Sarasota location) drove up to our new residence to meet Tron and Zackery. They were able to complete the job, despite one of the two elevators going out of order. This setback did not hinder their dedication to completing the job in a timely and professional manner.If you live in Jacksonville, FL, I would absolutely recommend Tron and Zackery.If you live in Sarasota, FL, I would definitely recommend Angel, Andrew and Brendon.This is a great company that has moved my husband and I across the country, along the coast and intrastate. Weve never had an issue with them and plan on continuing to use Two Men, if ever we need their services.

The office staff was very helpful and knew what they were talking about. They explained the procedures that the movers would use when moving my belongings.The three men, George, Jay and Brent moved super quick and efficiently and finished the job in record time! The estimate I was given was 4 1/2 to 5 1/2 hours and they got it done in 3. That saved me money. They worked as a team and were very respectful of me and my things. We moved from our home in Sarasota County to another home in the same county.We had Lee and Matt show up a little early. We were very prepared with our boxes all packed and organized, furniture was already dismantled and we just needed them to take around 30 boxes, our large items and furniture and some other things to the new house.They were quick, careful, professional and easy to work with. We had Angel, Mike and Collins move our 3 bed house only about 20 miles but they were fast and carefully and very professional. Those 3 were incredible if I ever use this service again I will ask for those 3. And I would definitely recommend Two men and a truck to anyone moving

I bought the service, my mistake. I gave 1 star because the 2 movers worked hard. Everyone else involved was terrible. When I called for an estimate, my first question was, do you move waterbeds? She said yes.Now, 3 weeks later, Greg the manager refuses to finish the job. I have called corporate headquarters in Lansing Michigan, and at first Jenn was very sympathetic. Now, sorry Mr Arnold we are done with you. See pictures, does this look done to you? Notice how the base and the frame dont line up. I paid for disassembly and reassembly of the bed. I need to hire a waterbed company to fix the bed out of my own pocket, after I paid Two Men and a truck. After many calls from me. the manager sent 2 movers out without telling me. Because I was not told of their arrival, I was not home. My Ring doorbell alerted me and I called Greg. He said he had been too busy to call me.So, I rush back to meet the men and they brought no tools to do the job.I wont even mention my broken dining room tabletop, or the 4 lamps that are useless because I have base and shade, but no hardware to attach them.I am a verified customer. Last month I hired the company Two Men and a Truck for a local move. An hour into the endeavor, I realized I was the only one in my apartment wearing a mask! Significant, as I am elderly with underlying conditions, putting me at high risk of catching the highly contagious, deadly Covid-19 virus. I ended up with damaged property, missing property, and disassembled furniture not reassembled. After the two men left, someone added an unauthorized tip of $150! Following up with the fellow in the Bradenton, Florida office has proven to be an exercise in futility. Its now been three weeks since the move, and so far nothing has been done other than reversal of the bogus tip.

My reservation was taken by a very pleasant and efficient person and she set up the move exactly as I had asked. When the time came the two young men were amiable, professional, quick and very efficient. The move was much more pleasant than I had anticipated and they even were willing to move a couple pieces out of the way so I could put my new furniture where I wanted it. They couldnt have been nicer. I was 100% pleased with both Cameron and Jacob and will definitely call Two Men again if I have another move.

We moved in Florida and it was HOT. We couldnt be happier with the employees. They were prompt, and we had a tight schedule, they were professional and friendly. We would use them again without hesitation.

They movers called and asked if they could come early, which was a big plus in my book🙂. They movers were excellent they are hard workers. I moved to a fourth floor and they finished my job two hours quicker than the quoted time. If I every need movers again. I will DEFINITELY call two men and a truck.

Ofice personnel was courteous and professional..Truck showed up on time..Job was looked at and they began loading, we had a very heavy dresser and they got it down the stairs without a problem, I thought it wold take three guys ...Estimate was on point and I liked the payment methods. The movers were very capable - fit, strong, agile, and quick. Also clean cut and polite. They knew how to wrap to protect the furnishings, and they were careful to protect everything. They were expert at loading the truck. Nothing broke and they drove across the state and unloaded it all into the house and set it up before I even got there myself. I will use them whenever I move and highly recommend them.

Set up an appointment with this firm to move a sofa to our home. The move had a bit of a twist in that the couch would need to hoisted up and over a balcony with french doors since it was too long to get around a tight corner at the top of our stairs. After having explained this to them, they suggested I book 4 movers instead of two. They picked up the couch, arrived at our home and then refused to do the balcony move and left the couch in our living room (it was supposed to go in an upstairs bedroom). I called the office and they refused to give me a refund. I found them very, very unprofessional

The movers arrived on time and handled my numerous heirlooms with great care. They even placed my shoes in the shoe rack in my new place!I have moved with this company previously and had a wonderful experience each time. They did a good job except when they dropped two rooms of bed rails off the back of their truck. I asked them three different times about fixing and touching up the chips and scratches. They kept acting like they forgot to call it in. They said office would call. Five days now no call. We also gave all three men a 20.00 tip each. Will not recommend them.

Rude service & refused to do the move on the day of!Wow, they are horrible! Two scrawny 20 somethings showed up to do the move & refused to do the move as it was too much work for $600 & then they LIED about their next job being scheduled on top of ours and that they need to cancel (this was AFTER they viewed the items we needed moved which were on their inventory sheet). Yeah, no. They just didnt want to do the work and came up w all kinds of lies and excuses. Good riddance, who knows what these 2 buffoons would have done to our stuff.Overall, horrible experience and it all started when my wife called the office and spoke to a nightmare named Laura to who was rude and just took herself way too seriously for answering the phone at a moving company. Give me a break. We should have walked away at this point but we thought wed give it a shot. Big mistake, they left us in the lurch on the day of the move!! Never again.To be balanced w this review, Jean the Manager was very professional to my wife, however, she was powerless to fix this mess and just apologized. We scheduled with another company with FOUR guys for less $$$.

Lied about move and what they were doing.. ended up leaving half my house in storage in Bradenton bc they did not estimate right...plus did not complete delivery correctly at new house and storage in north Georgia...they dumped everything marked NEW HOUSE in storage and nothing in home then requested further storage space for items marked STORAGE then refused to correct their screwups...taking them to court...not to mention all the damaged items

The guys were on time, knowledgeable/experienced and laughed at our corny jokes. They seemed genuinely concerned to make sure our experience was a positive one. There was no funny business with the quote and the total...I paid what we expected. I would use them again and recommend them.

I scheduled a move for today back on February 22 speaking with the manager, Dan. Today came and they couldnt find our paperwork. They tried to give us a time and discount for tomorrow; however, we had our work schedules arranged around moving today. We called College Hunks movers and they had three guys out within an hour. College Hunks costs a bit more and arent as experienced, but they pulled through unlike Two Men and a Truck. I dont recommend this facility in Sarasota, FL.

The workers were good, the company....not honest. We thought the company should keep their promise but unfortunately they dont. The worker broke our glass door of the furniture, the company told us they would pay for a repair. And a month later, there is no any response, rather than just a gesture, they pretended to refer a glass company but they dont respond the glass company ask them to approve the cost. Finally, the mover company told us that the glass door company wanted throw a ball back and forth to them. Does it make any sense?

Helped my BIL and my father with moving projects. Polite, hardworking and punctual. What’s not to like?

Two Men and a Truck moved my furniture into air-conditioned storage and then two months later into my new home. Although the movers at both times were efficient and friendly I was very unhappy with the numerous items that arrived with small scratches. Most I was able to erase using furniture touch-ups but a large mark caused by an unknown somewhat sticky substance was made on an antique table. The item was in perfect condition before it went into air-conditioned storage. I noted the problem first to the movers and then to the office. I called the office numerous times requesting that someone come out to look at it and do what needed to be done to get rid of the mark. The woman I spoke to repeatedly denied that it could have been caused by them and no one ever called to come out. Use this mover if you must but be ready for your furniture to arrive in worse condition and know that they wont do anything about it.

MOST awful moving experience! Rude and ballsy men working for this company This company moved my mother-in-law a few days ago. The first thing they mention is how they accept tips, which is fine, we tip people for good service. However, as the day went on, they werent working very diligently. A lot of lolly gagging around while getting paid by the hour. She fed them and welcomed them to help themselves to drinks in the fridge. We asked the lead guy what the tipping protocol is for movers. He did some math and came up with $100 EACH for the 3 men. We were baffled and didnt feel it was appropriate. My in-law told the man she couldnt afford an additional $300. Next thing we know he is badgering her whether she tips when she goes out to eat or if she tips bartenders. Their working manner REALLY slowed down. They threatened her that they will be charging her for overtime. Her boxes were beginning to be placed upside down (come to find out later when unpacking). And they had the nerve to tread mud through the apartment, in which new carpet had been installed, and tried to blame it on the bottom of the couch. Hello..the couch was never in the dirt. This unacceptable and NOT a recommended company. Do yourself a favor and dont waste your time or money on this horrible company.

They came on time; were efficient and very careful with our furniture. They shrink wrapped and blanketed. they got the job done in less than the estimated time and broke nothing. They were very pleasant too.

I have used Two Men and a Truck, Sarasota, twice....four years ago and last February and on both occasions their performance was exceptional. They show up when they say they will, they work their butts off while being very careful handling your stuff and their pricing structure is very competitive.

Good- Arrived on time.Bad- Men knocked down item hanging on wall. Nearly knocked down a wall shelf. Small scratch on hutch being moved. Where not very accommodating. Could not move an existing hutch, which my wife moved herself. Had difficulty moving a dinning room table into the garage 20ft. Seemed very inexperienced. Were not strong enough, or lacked proper technique to move heavy furniture. Worst move Ive ever had. Management was nonplussed and dismissive. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. GO ELSEWHERE.
