I went to Hannaford to pick up some flowers this morning and it was a very seamless experience! We got a very nice set of purple and pink flowers in a bouquet and was even greeted in the store by an employee who was sorting the flowers. She was wishing everyone a happy Easter. I know that not everybody celebrates the holiday, but it certainly made the experience feel better compared to other grocery chains I have had the experience of shopping at. I know this isn’t a reoccurring part in the Hannaford’s supermarket on a daily or weekly basis, so I won’t be using that as a primary basis for rating this location. But from a flowers perspective? They had a pretty good variety and people are very willing to help you!

I love hannaford I worked for the company for 12 years. I dont like the new setup. Looks to much like price chopper. I cant find anything. I liked going in knowing where everything is and be out in a short amount of time .

Great location, clean, always well-stocked, produce is always fresh, prices are great, staff are really helpful. They have everything you could want including a nice size drug/personal care dept. I dont shop anywhere else.

Hannaford carries all the brands I like & their produce is very fresh. Love they carry Andy boy rapinni, organic boxed pre cooked beans, organic boxed broth and tomatoes plus Heidelberg bread from Frankfort NY and many other local brands! Its my first choice for groceries.

This supermarket is very clean and spacious. They have safety protocols in place. I noticed a worker wiping down common areas.

Nice employees and clean store

I like that they have a lot of plant-based options and they have a lot of local food, but I was denied the sale of alcohol because of the associate couldnt figure out how to verify my birth date on a military ID (whatever that means) and wouldnt find someone who could.

I am not usually in NY supermarkets, but was visiting family and dinnertime would soon arrive- enter Hannaford! The prices are not the cheapest, but if you are tenacious you will find some good buys.Had everything I needed except a grilling pan! And like any good NY supermarket, your average brew is plentiful here!Salmon was pretty fresh and wild caught.I was pleasantly surprised!

Self checkout lady came over to “help” us scan our hot dogs, didn’t help at all and then accused us of stealing after the self checkout register wouldn’t scan the hot dogs for her either. Why would I be scanning my pack of hot dogs if I’m trying to steal them?Manager James was useless and attempted to intimidate me when I relayed my concerns about the rude employee.

No social distancing. Customers ignoring the one way systems set up for the isles. No cleaning products available in the cart pick up area and many many staff with poorly fitting face coverings, several with there noses completely exposed. Lastly the deli staff were wearing food service gloves, handing customers there ordered items and the going on to the next customer worth out changing gloves. Bad day at Hannaford today. Sorry

Cashiers not so friendly to Asian customers.My personal experience. Sometimes they greet the customer in front of me, but they ignored me, not even say Hi, they packed my bread and cheese together with raw meat without asking me.When I asked about my reward point, cashier told me go home check yourself with very impatient face.and I was the only customer at that time.

Decent location, short wait time, moderate prices that seem to increase every month. However, love the pharmacy. Staff are professional and so friendly, have received several immunizations there and do a good job. As a retired RN this meant a lot to me.

So disappointing to see the lack of COVID concern throughout the store today. I couldnt wait to get out and wont be back til I think theyve stepped up. It was packed and hardly anyone was wearing their mask. They either had it around their neck or just their mouth. Unbelievable.

A very nice grocery store. The staff seem very friendly. Even during all the crisis they still maintain a positive attitude. They’ve been doing an okay job keeping stock during the virus but have still had issues keeping all the shelves stocked as normal. Still hard to get pasta in this store. I would think that they would be ordering more at this point since they’ve been dealing with high demand for a few months now. I hope they get that in shape. Despite the circumstances great store and good staff.

Lower prices compared to Michigan!

I asked the packers to pack my groceries lightly and they gave me major attitude they overloaded it the bag ripped when picked it up and they charged me more money for another bag they overloaded after I asked them not to. As I walked away the two girls said to the guy I was weird. Nice employees Hannaford

Like they always have fresh produce. The bakery is also great always have different items and mixes flavors together one wouldnt think of.

Its Hannaford. The only place I go when I want fresh fruit or veggies and a good cut of meat.

They made the customer service desk a checkout lane. I had to wait in a line of people who could have used any other checkout to ask a simple question.Nothing else is wrong and I recommend their roaster chickens, but please fix this.

Hannaford is a Hannafords....A wonderful grocery store, has all of your regular grocery store items, and thensome...If youre @ exit 15 Saratoga Springs, thats where you go.

Everything you need from quick food, to full dinners and wide selection of beer and snacks

We use the Hannaford to go service that they offer atleast a month. This service is amazing. Sometimes they dont have everything you order but they always make substitutes for what you were looking for. The service is only 5 dollars and very easy to use. I highly recommend it to moms and anyone that hates to go in the store.

Typical supermarket. Good produce. Decently priced on most things. Not a big fan of them closing at late night but it nay help keep costs down

THIS Hannaford is especially HELPFUL. And they are always smiling. The management team is ON POINT. They are my number one choice when I need groceries!!!

Its what youd expect from a decent supermarket. Good prices, good value, good selection. Not as much as Wal-Mart but the quality and cleanliness makes up for it. A bit more expensive than the Greenwich store though.

Great customer service, fresh produce and Meat!

Its fine. Food is expensive in regards to fresh produce which is not ethically right. Processed foods are inexpensive but bad for ones health. To stay on budget for a weeks worth of food is not possible when food is thrown out continually because of price and stores dump in dumpster.

The best thing about Hannaford is how genuinely nice all the employees are. I also like the layout of the store and the bright lighting. I go to other grocery stores from time to time, but none of them compare to Hannaford.

Like the store. The Saratoga clientele are rude and dont give a f-ck about social distancing or the fact that the aisles are one-way.

Hannaford has some great prices on all of the things that I buy. When I shop at price chopper things there are much higher.

Great service...and the Clynk recycle program is really convenient for deposit bottles...Bag it Tag it and drop it...I can donate my deposit bottles to the local non profit Pitney Meadow Community Farm directly from my account ...just drop off the whole bag(s) and thats it! no more lines, or broken machines. Skip feeding that monster that always breaks.

This store has very good meat products and carry some of the brands other stores dont. Prices are reasonable.

They take turns not getting items fo r lack of space. They discontinued Canadian bacon. Now I am going to have to find a good deli to get it for New Years morning.

Was in store around 9:00 pm tonight 12/30/17. The only friendly one out of the six employees who were standing there talking was the guy who bagged my groceries. He said thank you for coming and happy New years....the cashier said you got like 3 creamer coupons that was all she ever said!!!No hello from any one!!

This Hannaford is larger than most others on the area. Usually have more stock than other area Hannafords.

Hannaford is my go to supermarket. Much cleaner and better atmosphere than the other guys across the street. Prices are fair, the store is well organized.
