Emily T and Jenn R were absolutely amazing. Not only did they make my drink to perfection, they also informed me that the cup I had wanted was on sale (30% off). I am always greeted with great customer service and have recommended this Starbucks to many others!

My wife ordered a brownie platter at the bakery on Wednesday, September 1 for pickup on Saturday, September 4. She called on Saturday to let them know she would be picking it up by 3:00 pm. The woman at the bakery assured my wife it would be all ready for her. Upon her arrival at 2:55, the lady at the bakery counter said we have no brownie platter order & there arent any made up. We were counting on this for dessert at a party we were attending & couldnt believe how inept this store & its bakery were. They made no apology & basically blew her off. We learned a valuable lesson here today, we will NEVER do business at this store again ! Mr. Golub, you may want to consider training your staff better !!

The Florist dept at Market 32 in Wilton did a great job with my Thanksgiving flowers! I highly recommend them.

I frequently eat in the café part of the store and the food is always decent and the staff is awesome Im gonna keep doing that however today I went to buy a dozen bagels and was appalled to find the bagle case loaded up with Flys 🪰 whats the point of the case to hold them in?

Great place to shop. An abundance of of choices in every type of food. Pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful staff. Plenty of parking but dont forget to bring your own shopping bags!

This is a great market. Everyone is helpful and friendly. There is a Starbucks, drive thru pharmacy, growler station and lots of prepared foods, including make your own salad and a sushi station. Huge cheese selection. Demonstration kitchen, although Ive never seen anything happening there. The bakery has macarons, my childrens favorite bakery item! They have a lot of self checkouts. Theyre doing drive thru covid testing. Their Asian food section is minimal.

The Starbucks in Market 32 had terrible service, if I am being quite honest. Emily T. held a horrible attitude toward not only me but everyone with me. Once we ordered our drinks we were told they ran out of certain product, understandably. However, she did not even care to offer a suggestion for a similar drink. Overall, terrible costumer service.

A pleasurable shopping experience ! Spotlessly clean, shelves organized, helpful store representatives, and ready-to-eat fresh food absolutely appetizing. I will be returning tomorrow to purchase more of their freshly made donuts, as I am salivating for them now.

The selection and staff is great. The layout is extremely frustrating and difficult to navigate. Major categories are split in multiple locations. Produce is scattered all over and since you can’t visibly scan the Dept, you end up walking round and round to find the basics.

The sales bring me in; I couldnt afford to do all my shopping here.

Honestly a very asteticly pleasing store. But the prices are in some cases double that of Walmart. Also, the fact that they dont have full size self-check out lanes like Walmart does. We prefer to scan/bag our own groceries and they only have express self-service lanes. We will be going back to Walmart for the foreseeable future. We really wanted to like price chopper again but its just expensive. Cant do it.

Offers very little to set itself apart from the competition. What made this location 5 stars is that it was once a 24 hour location whilst holding a fair variety of goods.The chain whilst being tolerant of at multiple locations smoking in front of their entrances in concert with the aforementioned takes off 2 full stars for being complacent of an atmosphere tolerated at gas stations.Its senseless to allow this kind of deviant behavior to be tolerated when the competition simply does not.

Rude rude rude. Scolded me for doing a few transactions for cash back. Despite there not being any sort of sign saying I couldn’t do this. And they literally make $1 every time I do it. They just don’t want to have to refill the cash sooner at the self checkouts. Lazy!! And after reprimanding me girl working Called the manager to give me a second whipping. Maybe if your customer service desk accepted debit I wouldn’t have to do this. Will never return to this over priced store and cocky employees.

Wonderful Floral Department !Purchased 2 dozen roses for my Wife on Valentines Day ... it wasn’t 5 days before they had all died.I voiced my concerns to the Wilton Market 32 florist, who promptly and cheerfully replaced them and apologized for our inconvenience.I wish I had taken her name.I have been buying flowers here for decades… This is the reason why, and why I recommend them to anyone.(they also put together all the flowers for our wedding... stunning)

Most of the deli workers at this Market32 location at Wilton are extremely rude and not very helpful. And...as you can see the store owner doesnt respond to complaints, which is why things wont change for the better. .

This store has been beautifully remolded. Have added many gourmet foods. The produce is always terrific. Many organic food options. The Starbucks is a great place to sit and people watch. Much better and larger selection of products at this store.

My weekly shopping destination staff is great.

This store is modern, clean, and has great sales pretty much weekly. If you get their flyer via mail, you can get some solid coupons from that as well. They always honor all my coupons resulting in some of the best grocery deals Ive ever gotten. Another perk is, they even do money off for reusable bags!

Ive been to Market 32 in different locations but not to often in Saratoga Springs. I find this Location has a little bit more to offer than some of the others...The produce department to be sprawled out from the front to back of the store (from the Eastern entrance) so I had to go back-and-forth a few times to locate specific items. During Covid19 pandemic, this is where you enter & you leave through the Western doors, so you might wanna park in between. Theres also a Starbucks within, which you can gain access to only through the Eastern doors.

Thank you for updating the electric car chargers!! But I still find the spots taken many times by cars that are not an ev. While I know these are still need to some, it is still frustrating. Painting the spots and more clearly marking them would help.

Prefer the Ballston Ave store

Need to get automated card paying systems up to date. Everyone else has chip readers. I could not pay my national grid bill there because the system didnt read the magnetic strip. Will just have to email mail it a few days late. The girl at the desk was great and friendly. Not her fault the system is antiquated.

I bought a food product that was compromised here. They refused to give me credit or let me grab a replacement because the girl at the customer serive desk just kept pointing to a little printed sign saying it was no longer allowed due to the pandemic. Why cant I get credit for my tainted product?

Market 32 always has everything, its clean, prices are good and staff is super friendly.

Wow! What a nice super market! Clean, bright, top brands and lots of fresh foods. The prepared meals section was fantastic!We were tired and hungry at just after 11pm. We thought we were going to be stuck going the fast food route and then we saw the Market 32 with the Open 24 hours sign. We had salads, fruit, a little sushi and I even got a craft beer! Great store!!

First time in this market 32 store. Different layout very clean and organized. Super easy in and out. Only 3 stars because the bakery is RIGHT NEXT the fish department display...... Boston creme pie doesnt look as good when all u can smell is this weeks grouper special... :(

Brand new state of the art grocery store they have everything you could need. I will say if your look for any sort of Asian ingredients there possibly not sold here.

I can imagine The Clash coming home from Market 32, sitting down, and composing London Calling... if you dont get lost in here I could use you as a shopping buddy.The new Market 32 configuration made things much more confusing as there are now multiple locations for everything. For instance cheese; you will either find it in the back right in the dairy section, or in the area at the back of the market section on the complete opposite end of the store, or the deli.Last time I was there looking for pita chips in the chip isle, I was told that pita chips are a deli item....of course they are...who would possibly assume they are a chip? Deli item then means you need to search the kiosks around the deli area, which definitely breaks up the monotony that was the last 10 min spent wondering the chip isle.Selection is good, prices are fine, but I always spend much longer than desired looking for things and choosing between 50 versions of the same basic item.

Have been shopping the Route 50 store forever and enjoyed it. Now everything is being rearranged - slow process - which makes it more tiresome for especially older shoppers who knew exactly where their items of choice were located. Now they can be in one aisle one week and another the next. Not sure how long this transfer will go on & when the store will settle in to a norm. What is the purpose in changing everything around just because the name changed from Price Chopper to Market 32???

Did an online shopping order for pickup. When I received confirmation the order was ready I went to the store. When I arrived I was told my order was not there. An instacart associate was attempting to assist me when a manager intervened. He began to explain to me why he could not help me. Very condescending and rude

I really love the concept of Market 32. Their layout and design make the shopping experience there feel elevated.What I dont love is when I buy perishable foods like cheese, only to come home and find that there are moldy spots on it. This has happened to us frequently when buying cheese from their special cheese section. The selection of cheeses is amazing, but there is nothing more frustrating than buying something thats already rotten.This has also happened several times with tortillas and bread.Additionally, the prices here are not as reasonable as they seem. Beware BOGO sales where the prices have been drastically increased. The gas savings is not worth the inflated prices.In summary, be careful to check all of your perishable items before checking out to make sure they are not out of date or molding.

We ordered 3 platters, a 4 foot sub, and 4 dozen cupcakes for our sons graduation party. All the food was a big hit. The cupcakes especially received rave reviews. Thank you for a great job. You made our day much easier.

I usually love this store for its cleanliness and selection, and second to none customer service. However, on 10-17-18 at 5:20 I went to the butcher to buy 100.00 worth of ground chuck roast and I wanted it grinded. He refused to grind it for me because he said he just cleaned the grinder AND GAVE ME ATTITUDE SUGGESTING I SHOULD GET IT AOMEWHERE ELSE. This is not the first time I have experienced this mans laziness and horrible attitude. Two days ago I bought T- bone steaks and he acted like I was inconveniencing him to get them. He barely even wrapped the steaks and didnt say one word to me. I go into the store regularly to purchase steaks and seafood and this will be the last time. I can take my 400.00 to 600.00 per week business elsewhere.This is the first review I have ever written in my life. I am beyond disappointed and let down with the customer service I received.Everyone else in this store is great and helpful. Just not the butcher! I suggest looking elsewhere.

Could not find cherries or mini watermelon that were on sale. When asked 2 employees at the front of the store was told over there and pointed. Both items and beans were out of stock! Cashier was great but very disappointed with the other customer service and out of stock sale items!
