Usually very good experience but yesterday wax was placed well below the brow line and skin was ripped from my eyelid. No calming cream apples after. Now I have an abrasion and pain.

I used to get my waxed at a nail salon. I will never go back to doing that! They were amazing!!! Friendly staff, clean facility, and quick and pain free!

This place is great! They make you feel so comfortable and dont shove product down your throat at the end either. Wax is almost painless. I have been getting waxed for years and this was buy far the best experience. I have a suggestion for the facility though. They should consider getting better lighting in the waxing rooms to help their employees see a bit for those customers that have lighter hair.

Update:Haley is absolutely amazing! She has turned my opinion of this location from a 3 star to a 5 star, mainly just for her. Very comfortable and builds a good customer relationship. Suggested her to a friend and she thought the same thing and loved her! Thank you Haley!My first time here and I was super nervous. They are very welcoming and made me feel comfortable. I’m only giving 3 stars because after going home I realized just how many spots were missed. I felt as though I should’ve shaved later that day it was so bad. Also, the wax is a bit too hot for me and I typically get bothered by that. I will give EWC another try but I’m not sure about this location or the waxer.

After 3 years I decided to get a full vikini, full leg and butt. Blanca made me feel so confident. She took her time to make sure I feel the least pain possible. The managers at the front were also very friendly and helpful.

Love Kelly!!! She knows exactly how to make my eyebrows just the way I want them and even taught me how to fill them in! Super clean place and always leave satisfied with my waxes!

I drive 30 minutes out of my way to come here because the service is so great! Their wax formula is outstanding and almost pain free! The staff are so knowledgeable and great to work with! I bought a pay in advance package (great value!) so Im all paid up for the next 3 years! Cant recommend it enough!

I dont know why I waited so long to try waxing! I hate pain, but the wax that is used at European Wax Center is as close to painless as youll get waxing and its really not that bad. I LOVE Nicole, shes quick, very friendly, and she makes you feel comfortable. I HIGHLY recommend European Wax Center for all of your waxing needs.

Ive been to plenty of waxing places, by far the best place. Every woman that Ive seen for my waxing has been super friendly, their products actually work (I am usually skeptical when places push their own products). They are clean and affordable. Legitamtely dont have anything bad to say!!

Ive been seeing Wendy since 2010 I cant say enough about her. I see her every 3 weeks for a full face wax. She does an excellent job especially on brows. She is always very professional and attentive. I love having euro wax in saugus

After so many years using hair removal cream, and having a hysterectomy I finally decided for mothers day and treat my self to a full Brazilian wax. Trust me I was nervous because hearing so many stories that it hurts I was a nervous wreck lol. I finally booked the appt at this location and went. So when I get there Im asking the receptionist all this question, Im thinking Im driving this lady crazy. So my thing was if I gave birth to a almost 10 pound baby and a 8 pound baby this is going to be a piece of cake. So the lady that did my waxing came out and greeted me and took me into the room and another one I was talking alot too lol. Her name is Kim, I could say she kept me comfortable and in no time I was hairless. I dont regret doing this at all and now I cant wait to go back again.Thank you Miss Kim and the receptionist for making my day as comfortable as it was.

I used to come here and see Jenn. Now that shes gone I was nervous about seeing someone new but Lauren was great and I would definitely come back and see her again!

I came in for an eyebrow wax. My left eyebeow/ eyelid suffered wax burns!. It became red, swollen and painful. Manager said someone would call.me. Nobody ever got back to me. Would never return.
