I had such a wonderful experience here! I have pretty difficult curly and textured hair. I went for a keratin treatment. I’ve received several in the past so I’m familiar with the routine. my stylist and I sat and talked for a while about different smoothing treatment options. I felt like she really listened to what I was hoping for and she definitely delivered! It wasn’t just a great hairstyle and fun conversation. She really gave me some great tips and advice. She provided me with the tools I needed to achieve the healthy hair I want; rather than just making it look good for a day when I walk out of the salon. Obviously, having curly hair, I’ve watched 1 million YouTube videos and tried 100 products. I wish I would’ve come to her before I tested all of those other methods on my hair😂! 10 out of 10 would recommend this place to anyone!! ❤️

I recently took my daughter (10 years old) to see Monique for her first professional hairstyle. Monique did an amazing job with her. I watch my daughter transform right in front of me, it was unbelievable. My daughter loved it, she felt like a princess, now my daughter cant wait to go back to see her again. Monique is very professional, knowledgeable and has a great personality. Rumors Hair Salon is a great place very clean and friendly. I highly recommend Monique, I even get my haircut with her.

I drive all the way from Lowell to Rumors in Saugus. I have been going to Monique for years. I can not say enough good things. She does the BEST blowouts! Her cuts, color and highlights are always on point! The entire staff is outstanding at customer service.

Ive been going to rumors in Saugus for about a year now. Monique at rumors bleaches my roots and cuts my hair. She is excellent at what she does. Before I went to Monique I had breakage from bleaching and my hair was falling out. Its been a year and my hair has grown more in the past year than it did in the previous three years. The atmosphere is great and I highly recommend rumors if youre looking for a new salon.

Was calling to be a first time customer was told not to buy the Groupon and they would not be able to help and told me I was giving her to much info didn’t care what I had to say than hung up on me because there not open on Monday’s didn’t ask what other day I had available very rude

Service is great, ask for Chyna or Bisgeila for Eyebrow hook up shes wonderful.

Monique is great for late day appointments.
