Absolutely Love going here! Clean & the employees are so nice. A little upset 2 couldnt help because of language barrier & they didnt use phone to translate, sent us to wrong directions 2X. Other than that, great place to shop. I have to point out, their produce is SO fresh and was delicious!

Got vitamins and a few items, good affordable prices compared to other stores and online, good to be back to stores after pandemic

I only wish that the employees they have wandering around the store doing random tasks were more helpful or... at the very least... be willing to find someone who could help when they are unable to. I understand English is not everyones first language but it is frustrating when they just shrug and walk away from you when you ask a question. Unfortunately this happens much too often.

Not open later, no umbrellas, no one knows where anything is, what is this store even doing? Pharmacy guy knows his stuff at least

I recommend! Has a good amount of items. Most staff is helpful looking for specific items. The store is generally clean. They have an escalator and elevator and a carriage escalator to go down with you. That’s cool

In all my travels I have never seen a Walmart like this! This was amazing! And what fun figuring out how to get the cards to go down that escalator! Lol.This store is quite large and has a great selection! Theres even under store parking! I wish there was a little more room for RVs to come in to do some shopping as well, maybe the field behind McDonalds? Other than that, great store! 👌👍

I love this location, lots of parking and large new store that has good grocery and other selections. This store is frequently used so sometimes shelves are empty of some items when they are on sale, but if you ask they usually have items in the back or will give raincheck.

If you need it they have it. Not the cleanest store. Most of the staff was great a couple could use a customer service course but hey its not Macys.

I would love to shop here. But they have no parking spaces for pickup. You still need to go in. Though the person at the pickup desk was nice. It doesnt help anyone trying to stay safe or with a handicap. Their email for pickup states to park in the designated spot. Why? If you still need to go in.

Its a Walmart for most of your needs. Stuff that I need is usually in stock and the store is decently clean. I never go during rush hour thats a mistake, lines will be very long (even at self checkout)

Never enough staff working the registers it takes for ever to cash out and the place is always a mad house Honestly I feel bad for the few people who they do have working because there definitely being over worked

The self check out counter will be helpful if the machine does not freeze and the staff can fix it. The lady in- charge did not apologize for our 30 minute wait. She seems teaked off because she can not help us.

There are many things in here. Quite convenient

You can usually find pretty much everything you need at this store but during back to school its pretty wiped out, youre lucky to find anything school or office related. Could use some attention in the restrooms, it was pretty filthy in there.

Pharmacy staff was wonderful -took the time to explain about medications and possible reactions, and really listened, too. If this was just the pharmacy I would have given 5 stars. And for a Walmart it was very clean, just some staff not paying attention and leaving stuff in the middle of aisles.

Not too crowded a lot of open registers didnt have to wait long and its convenient to have your cart taken to the garage level by cart escalator.

Just had to say went to Walmart in Saugus rte-1 earlier tonight closer to 7pm, the Young girl on Register 8 was more than helpful, she was just really Nice I liked her, didn’t know her, Nice to listen to her she made the wait go quick, Good personality

No one answers the phone! At least 5 minutes with the phone ringing and ringing. Unexcusable!

Basic Walmart experience. My cashier was kind and wiped down the belt as the lady before me had moist groceries.

Best deals around however very shirt staffed but thats covid for yah. Normal dressed people too! Nothing wild here

A lot of crowding. Still feels like a Covid risk. As customers and stores dont enforce social distancing. Store is well stocked and had a lot of variety. But lines are huge down side as they had half of the registers open for a busy Sunday.

I just love the huge collection they have! Usually I find everything I need or want, unlike other groceries within the city. That too at a more reasonable price. Its a bit of a drive though.

Fabulous Grocery store with a pharmacy inside the same is true for clothes and much more. Wow for Wowmarts or is it Walmarts

Loved the bakery section, in hurry, last minute we ordered the birthday cake for my daughter and look at the beauty.It was amazing, beautiful, tasty ...one word 👌 PERFECT.Who ever tasted cant believe that I got it from Walmart not form any big bakery.

Great big store. Lots of variety and great/low prices. Its on Rte 1 which is a good location filled with lots of restaurants and other stores.

This Walmart, features parking underneath the store. An escalator for the shopping 🛒 carts. Which sends your cart,down ahead of you. All I think was who might stand down there waiting for a full $ cart. Otherwise it was just another store from what I saw.

I always receive good service and quality products for good price online and in store at walmart.

This place had an elevator and was located upstairs. The best thing, is it had a below garage. So you wont get wet or snowed on. Pretty cool.

Two stars because it uses the word supercenter in name. Two story complex, more parking options than grocery options. This store thrives on convenience and location, not quality and quantity...

Very unorganized no customer service. The isles are always crowded and crammed with stocked items coming in and out. The atmosphere feels heavy, the items are well placed and food areas are great to get a quick shop or meal. But other than that its not the ideal place to be for getting other supplies. Hopefully they can improve.

Biggest one that i have seen so far! It has just about anything you need from personal care, sports, entertainment, home goods and groceries with great prices!Cheap quality boots too for hang out and work!In sports the only thing i couldnt find was martial arts related items, not even training pads.And in male clothing department, it was kind of limited on pants for construction workers and limited types of shorts (specifically the thick ones that goes below the knees with big pockets on the legs, great for construction on summer).But other it never failed me. I have to be in and out, otherwise i want everything as they always have all of the necessary and all of the cool stuff anywhere you look.

There is a large selection as is expected at a Walmart superstore.I never have had trouble finding parking or navigating the store as it typically is not very crowded.However the crowd appears when you arrive at checkout. I typically wait around 10 minutes to checkout which is shocking as the store is not very crowded. But it makes sense as there are 15 registers and during my current visit only three were open.The self checkout line seemed no better as they have 6 machines but the line was at least 7 customers deep while all of them were occupied.Checking out should not be this difficult.Everything else was acceptable.

Always has a good selection of products and brands but tends to get really crowded real quick. but also on a negative note some of the employees are very rude and dont know where to find products when asked.

Every time I go to this Walmart I end up having to go to Customer Care and never can get whatever the issue is resolved with the people working there. They are rude and lazy. I cant even get a money gram without it being a complicated process. I go to a different Walmart and Im done within a few minutes. Easy parking, offers recycling. Very poorly stocked, understaffed. Not the experience I was hoping for when I walked in.

Its clean and nicely arranged shelving as all other stores. I search an item on its website and locate the items location info so that I can go right to it in the store. It is similar to the Homedepots shelves arrangement.

First 2 story Walmart Ive ever been to.

Believe it or not, this was my 1st time in a SUPER Wallys World! I gotta say its definitely got just about everything you may ever need. Its GIANT! Bring those walking shoes, and get yourself a cart. Staff was helpful and friendly. No special deals, but availability of products is obviously > then your run of the mill Wal-Mart location. (Ex: North Reading Location - Nice Wally World, but not quite a SUPER Wally World! Check it out if you happen to be in area or in need of a product they only have in store @ this location! 💯

Huge and right off route 1, very easy to get to. I see myself going there just to look around, and always end up buying something because of the prices. Well organized inside and I didnt have any issues with parking.

What can I say? Its Walmart and we all need essentials that can be easily, or not easily, acquired from this company.

As cluttered as it gets, I love their Grocery department. Go there twice a week at minimum. Closer to No.reading, but Saugus has a better selection.What I hate is the long checkout lines.Especially when you see groups of 3 employees standing around chatting, mega lines and 2 overwhelmed registers.This causes the backup at self check out. And if youre going to keep doing this, open ALL the self check outs, not just four. Maybe remove a couple of registers that Ive never seen open, and add more self checkouts.Other than that peeve, no complaints.Was in last night, self checkout @ 1030- ish.Not too crowded, but all the three self checkouts went bananas at the same time. SEAN handled like a pro.polite,helpful,apologetic -not that it was his fault- and took care of it all, smiling the whole time.Not that I need employee assistance every time Ive been there, but the few times I have, theyve never been anything but helpful.

Hmmm,, so whats going on with youre inventory.. even after stocking up your shelves reap bear,, not enough workers so good luck flipping through the mess they call organization.. Store is right off route 1 and a fairly busy location it’s got Convenient underground parkingThe store its self isn’t that big with half being a food store it doesn’t have the biggest variety one would normally find in a walmart. Overall the stores adequately clean and the staff on the friendly and pleasant side.My complaint is the bathrooms are absolutely disgusting and the cart elevator is a pain to use

My only issue is I feel like they dont think about how long some of the lines are. If the extra people could be trained on being a cashier it would be easy

Ordered a cake online and processed my payment. The store almost immediately canceled my order with no explanation. Now, I have to wait for a refund and have to find another option for a cake. I really like Walmarts easy website and have ordered cakes from other Walmart stores very smoothly! Extremely disappointed that they could not even call to let me know why they canceled. Unprofessional and wont go here again.

No long queue and almost all check-out open; thats a plus for a Walmart. Prices are reasonable while others are cheap. Clean.

Parking garage is a nightmare, but good size Walmart. I mean, its a Walmart so you know what to expect, but not the sketchiest one Ive been too. Products are usually well stocked, prices are good, employees are not so mean that you need to schedule therapy after (like some Walmarts). Solid 4 stars.

Conveniently located right off route 1 in Saugus with incredible great buys as is a Walmart custom of unbeatable prices and wide selection.

Well stocked, well lit and pretty much anything can be found under the sun. Also, good thing is, there were many walmart associates putting things in order. Great prices too. Parking is plenty. Too crowded though, especially during pandemic.

Service was...blah. I called ahead for a item and was told that they have it and when I got there (20miles later) they did not have what I was looking for.

This is my favorite WalMart to go to in all of North Shore. They have a better selection in all the departments compared to Lynn and Salem locations

What Walmart doesnt have motorized scooters for disabled customers?Well this Walmart doesnt have any motorized scooters. I like shopping at this Walmart because it is a supermarket and a Walmart so it is convenient for someone like me with limited mobilty to shop here. Now I am forced to got to Target and another suprmarket with scooters. They better step it up cause once that Market Basket opens up the street they are going to lose alot of customers.

For as big as this store is it had a surprising lack of selection on the shelves, stock carts everywhere, and an exhausted sales crew.

Quick trip for some items I needed. Quick in and out.
