The Walmart Pharmacy in Saugus is outstanding when it comes to having great Pharmacists (Nick and Francois), they also have great staff and are absolutely tops with Customer Service. Highly knowledgeable and very kind people. Every time I have gone there they are always the Best!!

Great pharmacist who put your needs first, always looking to help the patient before they know there is a problem. Leaving a person feeling like its one less annoyance in their day they can enjoy. As well both pharmacist always greet and say goodbye with a smile.

This pharmacy is THE BEST pharmacy (or customer service experience in general) I have ever had! Karen, Steven, Kevin, Kelly, Joe, and Beth are always SO nice (even when they are super busy), and they know name without me even telling them. I am always greeted with a smile. I am moving and wont be able to come here anymore and I am so sad to be leaving. I will miss them so much. I HIGHLY recommend this pharmacy and the GREAT staff they have there. :-)

Steve handled the temporary transfer of my prescription from Pennyslvania, which gave me the medications I needed while traveling. He handled the task efficiently and empathetically, showing a genuine concern for the family emergency that brought me to Massachusetts. He is a true professional and a genuinely good guy..
