Small mall. Had pet smart n trader Joe. Which we needed.

Starbucks there and wifi. New shops near new condos. They saved the neon sign cactus, a Rt1 landmark.

One of the many convenient plazas on Rt1, Saugus. This plaza is located on the North side of Rt1. I come to this plaza to bring my puppy to PetSmart and sometimes we get dinner from Harrows Homemade Chicken Pies....which all of you reading this review should definitely try

I went only to Trader Joes in the mall. You would love this place, more so if you like to have varieties of prepared good frozen foods.

Spent an entire day and night here plenty to shopping and good dining

I went to Harrows Chicken pies and they serve the best tasting chicken pot pie I have ever tasted,😋

Awesome mall, square one mall . There are lots of great stores to visit in the mall .

Salesperson was extra accommodating to us more so that we purchased two customized chairs to be delivered.

Rt 1 is horrible. Hard to get out. Dangerous.

Strip malls blow. It is 2020. Have we not learned by now how to make an enjoyable retail space? It is also incredibly difficult to find a place to lock a bike up here. I know it is on Rt 1 and all, but it is so easy to ride on the sidewalks for a quick errand, you just need somewhere to lock up.

All Covid-19 guidelines were in force. I visited La-z-boy store. Salesman Don Dalton was very helpful. No sales pressure at all. Offered suggestions. Very friendly

Nice clean well lit mall, with lots of open stores.

I went to Supercuts for a haircut. I like the fact that I can make the appointment on my phone, plus I was able to select the stylist. I chose Carlos for a 2:30 appointment. I was sat on time when I arrived and Carlos did a great job.

Great plaza

Pricey. Clam chowder mostly potatoes. Very little clams. At one time it was delicious. Not so much now

I went to Border Cafe. Service wasnt like it used to be. Very distant. Not too interested in getting things requested in a timely manner. It took 20 minutes to get sour cream, and another 20 minutes to get refills of our drinks each time, and we only requested drink refills once each. Good food, but very disappointed this time around.This particular visit only gets a 3 star, and thats pushing it.The server basically stunk at his job, and I saw him around not doing much while we asked for things each time. I like the place, and I dont want bad ratings posted online, so Ill be lenient by say 3. Usually a 5 star. Hopefully they do better next time.

Great place to get oil changed. Fast and easy. Employees very nice.

Went to view the outdoors furniture I saw advertised. Come to find out, it is a separate Lazy Boy.

Great plaza, just hard to get in and out of on route 1

It seems like a money laundering scheme to me, asking to pay several thousand dollars for a relic of the past, still as opulent, overly soft and unsupportive as it had always been. Now, however, it is out of place in any modern design and of no use to anyone who thinks that spending $2000-3000 on a single recliner is ok and who doesnt have back discomfort.

Beautiful view of the harbor!!!

I live nearby so why not? Plenty of parking spaces and quite accessible, restaurant, furniture, and else. A place to visit.

Casablanca House of pastries here was very nice good food good environment and the gym next door didnt bother us at all

Very long wait for delivery. I was told 4 to 6 months.

They have a Lakeshore learning store for minors. Great shops for minors. Minors are not allowed to drink beer or wine this place. There is a vegetarian place that is great for minors. The stores were nice and clean for minors and adults. It is a 10-minute walk from 429 bus stop to Shops at Saugus.

I was 100% completely satisfied with my visit to Saugas shops

Has some great stores but it also has a lot of no name stores as well. It is definitely good if you are looking for a quick shopping experience but do not expect anything high end retail stores here.

Excellent place for shopping and bring everything you need.

Quick stop into Macys, parking is easy though I am less and less interested in going into any store. *start edit*. less and less floor staff as the years go by, I buy on line and they are good for a quick exchange, price is still good and they always have your size but if youre a man you need to look for stuff on your own was much better when they had more help.

Went to Pearle Vision to talk to the eye doctor about issues with vision. Great selection, attentive personnel.

This is very specific place for people whos know what they to buy or to eat. No problems with parking space and safety. Reasonable and nice.

Had an awesome time taking my family to the lakeshore learning store. My son had a blast. lots of great stuff and they also have daily activities. I recommend taking your kid there.

Just poked around the mall checking out shops to see what they had to offer. It was nice and clean. Accommodating to handicap patrons well lite parking lot and felt over all a safe place to visit and shop

Absolutely love Lakeshore Learning. I am a teacher and a mother and I get many fun and educational items there. They hold crafting workshops for kids that are entertaining and educational!

Average plaza. In the midst of the gloriously diverse route one of Saugus. If you dont find what you need in this plaza Im sure you can in other areas of route one. As far as this plaza goes its decent but i usually only visit a couple stores.

Love the Trader Joe’s here. Staff is always so helpful and friendly. Love the selection of fresh fruit and veggies

Borders is a good place to eat. If you need something at the grocery store there is a Trader Joes.

The Border Cafe is by far the best Mexican restaurant around. The chips and salsa are unrivaled by any others.

I had my cracked Samsung 10 inch Tab A screen replaced at CRP Cell Phone Repair. They did an excellent job. I had previously brought it to a mall kiosk who couldnt get the touch screen to work properly and refunded my money.

Great local place on Route 1 in saugus, I gave it only four stars becuase its hard to get out of the place becuase of the busy traffic on rout 1

Trader Joes and Petsmart are the only two shops that we have used at this mini-mall. Very satisfied with both. TJs is our go-to for groceries.

Love Route One North and South, lots of stires, so much variety to choose ftom. HAVE FUN

There was a lot of traffic on the way there and at the store there was a lot of racism, I did not feel welcome there. The only good thing was the food.
