This is a company that will fight for you to get the right parts for your vehicle. My insurance company tried to pay for the cheap parts. Ed went above and beyond to make sure I had the OME parts for my car. I’ll take all my vehicles to him for now on. The customer service was A+ they go great work and fast.

A & L Auto Body Shop staff are exceptional communicators, ensuring my awareness of each projected repair and associated cost prior to service. They evaluated damage to my car for free, and explained all options for mitigation from on-site body work through new component purchase. Dana even explained my insurance claims process and provided me with all required documentation upon completion of her free damage assessment. A very good place to go

After my first car accident, I had no clue about the insurance and repair process. I chose A&L simply because of their close proximity to my house and the great reviews I saw online. None of these reviews were lying. A&L is the definition of excellent customer service and quality repair. The wreck wasn’t my fault, so I was going through the claims process with an insurance company that wasn’t my own. I had a very hard time getting in contact with the insurance company to get my rental car extended, and Danielle went above and beyond to help contact the company on my behalf. She also updated me several times throughout the repair process, which I very much appreciated because I was on a time crunch and needed my car back on a certain day. I would recommend this company to anybody in the area.

I had some oxydization on the roof and a few other body panels of my 2002 Acura MDX, and A&L made it like new. Very good shop. A+ recommendation.

My BRAND NEW 2018 Camry was rear ended with less than 2,000 miles on it. This was no fender bender, the trunk latch couldnt close and you could see the asphalt through the floor of my trunk. The staff at A&L reassured me the damage was fixable, gave me a timetable, called at least once a week throughout the 3 week repair job to give me updates (the insurance estimate was around 4 weeks) and generally left me feeling like everything was under control. When they called to say my car was ready I was prepared for... Not a brand new car. However, to my absolute delight and astonishment, my car was sitting in their lot looking BRAND NEW again! My insurance had told me that they would only authorize after market parts, however A&L used factory parts because my car was new, and did it with no additional cost. A&L made an otherwise terrible experience tolerable, and the end product made the whole ordeal what i would like it most to be- Just a memory.

I have taken my car to A&L three times. Although minor repairs, the service and quality were excellent. The owner and staff set the tone.
