My tire was low on air and i stopped by here to get it fixed up. Walter was so nice and explained everything well. he seemed to genuinely care about me rather than acting like he was doing his job because he had to. rigid prices and quick service. i will definitely be going back if i have future car troubles.

Every time I’ve been into this location the employees working here have been very helpful and explain exactly what’s going on. They also have great prices. Lorenzo in particular is very generous and helpful—I highly recommend.

We took my daughters car in for a tire replacement and an alignment. They put on the wrong size tire and after the service the ABS, traction control, and emergency brake warning lights came on. I called the shop and told them that they had put on the wrong size tire. I was told the bring the car in the next day and they would replace the tire. My wife brought the car in and was yelled at twice by the service manager before she even made it into the door. While she was talking to the employee behind the counter about the tire and warning lights the service manager came over and argued with her. He repeatedly claimed that there is absolutely nothing they could have done to activate the warning lights. He even made the employee go out in the shop with him so they could have a secret talk about the car. He made my wife very uncomfortable about the situation. Like we were trying to scam them or we did something wrong. It was their mistake. Obviously they arent quality checking their work. That tire should have never left the shop. It was visibly bigger than the rest of the tires. When we went to pick up the car that they had all day we were told that they could not clear the warning lights and that they still feel like they didnt cause them. While I was standing there I did a quick Google search the showed the wrong size tire could trip the wheel speed sensor causing all of the warning lights. After the proper size tire was put on the car and it got up to speed all of the warning lights cleared. So by putting on the wrong size tire they actually did cause the problem. Mistakes happen. If they would have just fixed it I would have never complained. They never apologized. Never a sorry about your time or the inconvenience. We just got angry glares from the service manager who was clearly annoyed that we were there with their mistake. Im sure they dont care because they hear this all the time but we will not be back.

Made an appointment online for a squeaky brake late the night before. Arrived early and was accommodated and out the door before the appointment was even scheduled for. Ended up having my brake pads and rotors changed out for a very reasonable price. Jason and his team were courteous and worked fast. I appreciate the excellent work they did on my car and will continue getting it serviced here in the future.

Good place good people and no matter what happens Jason will do what he can to take care of you. I drive 100 miles to get here but it worth the service. They explained the problem show you what’s going on and go’s above for you to make you happy as well as making sure the job was done right. Please Please Please!!! Dont take your car to this Mavis Center. I took my car there for a routine oil change and they lifted it up wrong. It pushed up the fender and cause the door and fender to jam. I took it back and management didnt want to accept responsibility. When you can clearly see that my car was damaged from another car hit or shopping cart. I notice any post that is negative. The only response is contact the customer service and press #2. But that get you little to no results at all. This was the only place I USE to take my cars. But with new management and the results of my car. I will never go again and currently filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. If you still go there. Please take a picture of your car upon leaving it and thoroughly check the work and your car before you leave there.

Came in as a walk-in thinking I needed a new tire within 20 minutes they showed me which tire had a leak and that a nail was in the tire. Jason and James were absolutely great and speedy with helping assist with my tires being changed!!

Drove in at 4pm on Tuesday requesting they replace the front two tires of my car and I knew they would not get it back to me until the next day. The manager assured me it would be complete by 2pm the next day. I called the next day at 1pm to make sure that it would be complete as I drove from out of town and was just visiting. The person on the phone did not know they had my car to work on and did not know where the keys were and had to contact someone to work on it. I called again at 3pm and they said they had the car up and would have it finished by 4pm. Called again at 5pm and they said yes it will be finished in 10 mins and to come. When I got there the car was not finished and I waited another 30 mins for them to finish. Finally they were done and said I was all good to go. I took a look and they actually replaced the rear two tires instead of the front two tires which one of had a gash in the side wall (unsafe to drive) and they were about to let me drive off. The manager then said no one told me that (after I talked to them on the phone and in person several times that day and the day prior). No one was going to help me either until the general manager came and asked what was wrong as I was just left waiting for the other worker to come back. Unbelievable and unreliable service. DO NOT COME HERE.

I went to this business looking for assistance. I was very frustrated not being able to find what I needed at other places, but coming in here was meant to happen. A young man named Jason helped me out tremendously. He was very knowledgeable about the products and went straight to what I needed. He provided premier customer service and I was greeted with a smile and immediate help, thanks to this young man I will be returning.

I can’t say enough good things about Jason and the team at Mavis on Victory Dr. If I could give 10 stars I would. A group of us were visiting Savannah for the weekend. We were about to start our 9 hour drive back home on Sunday morning when we blew a tire. We called so many places that all said they either couldn’t get us in or didn’t have our size tire. Jason and team were friendly and very helpful. They were booked too but told us they’d do their best to help us. Just the offer was more than we’d gotten prior and appreciated. When we got there, they followed through, did their best to work to get us in, beyond friendly service, and they had us back on our way.

I feel betrayed. They nearly tried to scam us out of $5000 this last time we went.The first time we came here in 2020 we had a fantastic job done on our second hand car! We had a full inspection done. It was expensive ($2000) but they fixed a lot even with the pandemic happening. We had our breaks replaced. I didnt think much of the price. Kept us going for a while.The second to last time we went our car wasnt done and we were charged full price which came to about $150. We went in for a full inspection and an oil change. They said we couldnt do a full inspection because they werent trained for that and didnt properly change our oil. We didnt know about the oil until later on.This last time, we noticed our car shaking during breaks and while idling. We took it in as we had a very long important trip about a month or two in the future.They said 2 of our 6 cylinders were out, (They had insisted us it was in fact a cyl 6, not a 4 like we had been informed upon purchase), they needed to fix our rotors, breaks, and realign our tires. They also told us we had a coolant leak and an oil leak. And that itd cost $5000+.Over five thousand dollars.Even with labor involved, thats absolutely ridiculous.We ended up taking our car to a mechanic while we were up in Tennessee to visit family instead to get a second opinion.Turns out that our car was in fact 4 cylinders like we initially knew and the cylinders themselves were fine. Breaks were fine. No leaks. The only thing wrong was one rotor and we just needed a tire alignment. It wouldve cost us around $200, but we had it done for free.Its a shame, the people who work for Mavis are so nice. The only reason we began going to Mavis was because my husbands grandmother recommended them. Knowing now how much they scam and try to lie about whats wrong with your car, we wont be coming back to any locations.

When I walked in I was immediately greeted by a man named Jason. He was extremely polite and patient with me, he explained exactly what I needed for the kind of driving that I do-I spend a lot of time on the highway. Its very reassuring knowing that someone cared enough to explain to me the difference between the different types of tire treads because I had no idea. He was pleasant during the entire process and his tone was calm. I got the BEST deal on my tires and my car rides so much smoother than before. I will be recommending Mavis I everyone that I know. Called the location, spoke with Jason and he was very helpful. Got my tire replaced and was out in less than an hour!

I scheduled an 8am appointment for oil change and (free) tire rotation in order to not have to wait too long. All worked well except no one was there at 8. It was 8:10 before someone with keys arrived. I understand that unexpected traffic issues arise but I’d like to think if you are responsible for opening the store, that you plan to get there at least 15-30 minutes early or have an emergency plan for someone local to open up. A couple of technicians arrived walking and had no answers either. Once in, the work went fast, but the receipt printout was unreadable (noticed once in the car) but I figured they would email me it, which they said they would. I called back around 3pm asking for it and I spoke to the same person that printed it out and we verified the email address and he did it as we were on the phone. It’s now 5pm and still no receipt. I could see my total, and Im questioning the amount now since something is off by $50. Lesson-learned: make sure you review your receipt before assuming all is fine. They did not do a good job of letting me review the receipt prior to paying. Everyone seemed distracted and I was just glad to get back on the road. Also they did not remove the old oil change label, just added a 2nd one to the windshield.

OMG FIVE STAR SERVICE! I came in for an oil change and to find out why my tire was knocking and my car was shaking and the guys here at Kaufman, showed me how my alignment was messed up because of over tire inflation and that I have a lump in one of my tires and they actually worked to get my business not just offered to do my business. Which I was really grateful for that because Im a single mom and I have a limited budget each month. I feel like I got the best price for the four all of the work they did! I highly recommend this place to those who are looking to not be ripped off by the high prices that other shops offer for their services. I feel like the superior customer service and just feeling like one of the family is well worth the money that I spent today.

Incredible service here! Entire staff there was incredibly professional, transparent and honest. Worked beyond fast. Changed two of my tires and swapped my rear tires to the front, all in about 20 mins tops. Very friendly gentleman here and would highly recommend this location to anyone in need of automobile work. Please, do not bring your vehicle here. First, I waited for 1.5 hours after my appointment time for them to pull my car back. Then, they changed the wrong tire (passenger instead of drivers side). So I caught it before driving away with sliced tire on the unchanged but damaged tire. When I drove away, my car began to shake violently. They were now closed and had not balanced the tired when they fixed their first error. I then found out that they had put the tire on so haphazardly, that they had broken 2 of the lug nuts holding the tire on, which may cost me hundreds to be fixed, as the hub now must be replaced. I’m very sorry that I ever came here.

What a great experience. Who says that when they have to have their car worked on? LOL. After getting a quote the day before from another place, they were half the price, looked at my car within minutes and had a full brake job pads/rotors/fluid and 4 new tires done in about three hours from phone call to completion. Absolutely thrilled. Go there!

Great service great price. Took a little longer than I expected but they were very busy when I got there. I got a discount on my service and got more than I asked for. Came in for an alignment and got a free inspection as well and found out what all needs to be replaced to get my front end back in working order. I thought maybe I just needed an alignment but turns out I need tie rod ends too. Thanks guys

I am a fan of the work done here HOWEVER, I made an appointment and was on time for it. I checked in and 40 minutes later they had STILL NOT even taken my car to a bay!!!!! What was the point of making an appointment???? Then I got an email saying *I* missed it??? EXCUSE ME???? I was on a limited time frame that morning. I didnt expect them to be done in 40 minutes, but I expected them to have begun. I dont think Ill be returning.

I spoke with Jason who was very thorough at answering all my questions I had about the few issues Im having with my vehicle.
