Incompetent people. After waiting for 20 on the line to receive a answer for the cost for 4 quarter of transmission fluid.....the secretary told me the cost its $355.00. A big misunderstood. I didnt ask for service. That the diferent between hear and prest attention to the customer.Anyway to complete she put me on hold for other 15 minutes and answer again to ask me how may she can help me.....daaa. thanks to Lord I have experience in customer service.And I explained again what i looking for... and she put me on hold for other 15 min again!!! At the end nobody answer my simple question and I stopped in Grainger Nissan cause there really helping me. Thanks for nothing Vaden...
Took them a bit longer to diagnose a simple problem, but they got it fixed for free.
