Shoutout to Service guest rep Teresa Guest who is the best and went out of her way to assist me when I was there from out of town and my check engine light came on from a local oil change place . She was extremely polite, helpful and treated me with such courtesy and respect. Thank you to her during a stressful time. The world needs more people like her

Their policy Treats me and other legitimate customers like a thug when I came in to get two spare keys cut even though I had ID, the VIN in writing and proof of insurance as well as being in their system from having the same keys cut before. Also owning four Chevrolets, I am in their system as owners and pay for service at this same place. They dont mind taking payment for service without proof of ownership and giving me that key. Regret that we all have to be inconvenienced by the wrong doing of others. Seems like to keep and aid their legitimate customers, they need to improve this policy.
