This is my first trip to Walmart Auto Care. Got here early in the morning to get tires before work. Staff are authentic, chill, easy to talk to. They didn’t have the tires I picked like they thought so they offered me better than the ones I picked at the same price as the first. Furthermore, found out the ones I picked are on sale - they’re still giving me the nicer tires at the sale price of the first ones. I really appreciate that! Folks talk junk about Walmart all the time. Sure, it isn’t my favorite place either. But I believe folks are truly doing their best. I’m grateful for the great customer service this morning and I’m definitely willing to give them a try for future needs.

While the shop was running a little behind this morning, the staff’s pleasant and professional attitude definitely made up for it! Brian was very professional and went out of his way to accommodate customers.

I went 8/22/21 around 4:30/5ish. The girl working at the front was super sweet and the guys that were installing my new tire were so fast and helpful! They kept in contact with me the whole time and were very kind and professional! 5 stars all day to that crew!!

They cant answer the phone for anything, but otherwise good service. Cheap but good tires and low cost for mounting.

Nothing but excuses on why they could not perform services. Not just for me but three other customers that were there.

Drop my truck off for a oil change around 12 noon around 5 or so i call the phone number about 6 or 7 times know one answered the phone so I went up there to see if it was ready and thank God I was. The I look at the windshield and saw no sticker that tells me to come back and the paper work said that my truck was ready at 12:45 mind you I drop it off at 12 noon really not happy

If I could leave them a zero I would. I waited two hours and 45 minutes for tires and an oil change. I left the store with no new tires because the associates lied and stated they could not find the key for my tires. After being in the store for over three hours at that point waiting on paperwork for my oil change I get to my car and my key is sitting in plain sight. They had only one mechanic with two cashiers and a manager in the auto center but could not figure out how to get a mom of two young babies her tires completed. The waiting area was closed there were no chairs and I had to go sit where I could find a chair that I did not purchase to breast-feed my four month old. Walmart has disgusting customer service.

Minimum wage workers doing a Minimum job. Stations not working. 3 1/2 hour wait for an oil change.

I called several times during the middle of the day, the phone rang until it went dead.

I waited 2hrs for someone to tell me they could change my oil.

Tried to get an oil change but they said they’re “pumps aren’t working” ?

Nobody at this Walmart picks up the phone in any department. Ive ordered tires, theyre at the store and Ive called 5 times to try to schedule a tire installation and cannot get anyone on the phone.

Poor customer service

Brought my tires with me. It took 4 and a half hours to get them on my car. When I pulled up my car ran fine. When they pulled it out of the garage it was ticking and two quarts low on oil, with a very shiny drain plug.

They gave me a wait time, and it was actually much faster. So I was pleased. The employees were nice, they knew what was going on. Overall it was a quick and easy

Went in to get my oil change! I was hesitant because last time I went to get my oil change, (i went to another place, not walmart) they put in the wrong oil and it messed my whole car up and I had to get a part replaced. So I went in there letting them know I was nervous and to please make sure its the correct oil. They were super nice about it and eased my nerves a ton! The wait was an hour and a half which is a little long but I had to do my shopping anyways so it wasnt that big of a deal to me. Once I went back to get my car, they made sure I saw that they put in the correct oil which I appreciated so much! And the best part of it all, it was only $45 for full synthetic oil! The last place I went to was $80. I definitely will be coming here again to get my oil change!

Great service. Associate Shia (i think that was her name), was kind courteous and professional. They only had one worker in the pit so the wait was a little long. Otherwise, great service.

Got up early to get an oil change because I was told if I wanted to get in and out the earlier I got there the better. Also told it was cheap. Well, that did not work out so great. Got there at 7 AM. My wait time would have been 4 hours because the guy that changes the oil was still in training. Very sloppy Wal-Mart Auto Care. I left and went to Jiffy Lube. In and out in a half hour. Oh, and their guys were also in training. You get what you pay for.

The prices here or excellent probably the cheapest tires in town theyre mounted and balanced very well service is slow but friendly very nice

I figured Id drop my car off to get two new tires first thing when they open at 7am. After waiting 15 minutes with no one there, I decided to ask another Wal-Mart employee if they were open. I was told they should be open now but after radioing someone else, she was informed they wouldnt be open until 10am and only tire services. Later found out this is because their oil change machine was down. That understandable, but at what point is the rest of the world supposed to know your new times? They failed to change any times on their sign or website, was no one able to use common sense??Gets worse.I finally dropped my car off around 10:20. I was told it would be 2/2.5 hour wait. I had a friend take me back to work while it was worked on. At 12:52 I get a call from a Wal-Mart mechanic saying he cant figure out why my car wont move and why its making noises. After a brief conversation of him telling numerous time why they cant work on my car, I asked if he left the parking brake on... This moron was trying to drive my car with the parking brake on THAT LIGHTS ON THE DASH WITH ALARMS WHEN YOU TRY TO DO SO, and yet he couldnt figure it out. Fine, whatever. At 2:17 they call and tell me my car is ready, so I have my friend drive me there to get it. THE CAR HASNT EVEN BEEN TOUCHED! The system went down which apparently means people cant think for themselves, and because some joke of a mechanic couldnt even figure out what I parking brake was, I was pushed out of line! Total time to change 2 tires at this circus was over 6 hours! Every single employee there should be replaced since not one of them can figure out what steering wheel might even look like. They have no reason even being called a business let alone anything with the word auto in it.

The customer service is poor and unprofessional. I ordered tires online to get them put on my car and had to repeatedly call to see why they were delayed in shipping. I eventually came the auto center to speak to someone and they said the tires were not there. But when they finally went to look for the tires they had been sitting in the back room and had not been scanned as delivered. Everyone working in the department was rude and it took over 3 hours to get them put on my car even though I came first thing in the morning when they opened. I will never come back to Walmart again for an auto service.

They are always fast and friendly, I just love coming here to get my oil change especially the price!

If I could I would have give walmart 0 stars. This was absolutely the worst experience pertaining to getting proper service. I ordered some tires from walmart and the tires were late getting in, and then when I went to get the tires put on, they told me that the machine that lifted the cars up to replace the tires was broken. I found out that it had been broken for 1 month. Thats right 1 month. And they did not know when it would be fixed. Of Course, they did not tell me this when I purchase the tires over the phone. And that was just for starts. And then, when I went to have the tires put on, I could not talk with anyone about the problem. I had to wait for 30 minutes. The assistant manager told me that she was not even aware of the problem with the car lift ..... no one had told her. ..... and it goes on and on. Save yourself a major waste of time and a big headache. Spend a few extra dollars and get your car serviced right by professionals. I just cant trust Walmart anymore

I had to wait an hour after my oil change was done to have a manager approve it, which I never had to do before, my ice cream literally melted. I tried to call the number listed for the store manager for a week and no response, I then called the store and asked to speak to the manager and was on hold for more than 15 min I gave up. Plus Ive always had my lights checked and battery checked back home at my Walmart and needless to say less than a week after my change, my battery died and my brake light was out. I moved to this area and unfortunately never had an issue with other Walmarts only this one.

The time they take to change oil or change a tire is way to long. Should not have to wait 2hrs for a 5 minute oil change.

Worst auto experience Ive ever had, it took me 45 minutes to check out at the register because they did not know what they were doing. Go somewhere else if you want something done on your car

I have never had one issue with the tire center and have taken all my cars there for oil changes. I wont go anywhere else.

They did open on time 7.35, take there time to make coffee, while customers wait in line not enough employees working in bays. Poor Management.

Dont open on time. Always short handed waited 2hrs to get tired for them to tell me they cant do it because the lug nuts are on backwards.
